This is an amazing property with beautiful grounds, very well kept with a team of gardeners tending to it every day. The beach is clean and very long, the rescue guard is there all the time. The rooms are quiet. The Indochinese decor is impressive.

Da personalet opdagede vi ikke var Russere. Var de rigtig smilende og varme mennesker. Især phap ved svimmingpoolen var meget hjælpsom og serviceminded.

Der var/kommer mange russere, og det bærer det tydeligt præg af. Nu har vi været rundt i Vietnam i 4 uge, og den venlighed og smil vi har mødt, var noget anderledes end her.

Spacious lawns and gardens lovingly attended and superb staff made this place a ten out of ten. Beautiful pool, clean beach, lovely white sand and incredible congee.

They were having extension or refurbishments done, which started due to heat no doubt at least at 7.30 am three out of the 4 mornings we were there, and went until around 5 pm. Incessant jack hammering.

A reggeli tartalmazhatnak kicsit több európai elemet. Bár nagyon élvezzük a vietnámi konyhát, de egy hosszabb tartózkodás alkalmával már jó lenne változatosabb reggeliből is válogatni.

Me ha gustado todo. Es muy amplio con un gran jardín y dos piscinas grandes con hamacas para estar cómodos. Todo está muy cuidado y limpio. El acceso a la playa es desde el jardín. La habitación, con vistas al mar y el jardín, espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. El desayuno abundante y variado. Todo perfecto

Very friendly, helpful staff and the breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and spa, highly recommended Ms My she has healing hands. Kids room is great to when you travel with little ones. We definitely will come back

Przemiły zespół pracowników hotelu, uśmiechnięty, zawsze chętny do pomocy. Szczególnie pozdrawiamy pana z basenu Nguyēn Trong Pháp - okazało się że ma ukryty talent do fotografii. Mamy z przyjaciółmi piękną pamiątkę w postaci nie banalnych zdjęć.

There was a lot of variety at breakfast.

I did not feel safe or comfortable at the property. It is a very basic hotel with nothing to showcase. The beach doesn't exist, the pool and lounge chairs were dismal, and don't ask me for my room # for an old towel at the pool. I did not feel comfortable around the clientele. We checked out early and I made it clear I wanted a refund, but that has not happened. This is a very shady business.

Het is een goed onderhouden hotel met een fraaie tuin.

Het bed was voor mijn doen wat aan de harde kant. En het ontbijt redelijk. Veels te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad, wat echt vervelend was. Geen enkele dag bij het zwembad kunnen liggen helaas.

Отличный отель, расположение очень удачное. Эта часть побережья очень удобна: много кафе и массажных салонов. Персонал очень вежливый, крутой менеджмент. Очень следят за территорией. Много зелени и цветов.

Может если только добавить пуфов на пляже, не всем хватало.

Близость к морю , номера большие и хорошо убирают . Завтраки очень вкусные и много фруктов и разнообразия .

Свободных Нету лежаков не у бассейна , не у моря , , на всех не хватает и люди в 5-00 встают ради тоже , что бы занять лежак ( это ужасно !!!

Хорошее расположение - в конце главной прогулочной улицы Муйне. Потише, чем в центре, при этом пешком до центра менее 10 минут. При выходе из отеля - пара ресторанов, массаж и магазин фруктов - всё самое важное! Завтрак разнообразный. Море утром потише, после обеда сильные волны. Номер с видом на море вполне ок, чуть стартоват, но ухоженный, как и весь отель. Приятная зелёная территория.

Отель чуть староват. Лежаки наши соотечественники занимают до завтрака, после 9 утра трудно найти свободные.

The restaurant staff were excellent and the facilities were good.

There are not enough sunbeds for the guests. Everyday we were there we were lying on the grass for a few hours before a sunbed became available. I only counted about 30 sunbeds in total. There must be in excess of 150 guests. Very disappointing. The reception staff were not overly helpful.

An sich ist das Hotel super. Zimmer war gut, Lage top. Strand und Meer. Das Personal ist nett. Von zuhause war uns schon klar, dass wir an dem Silvester Event teilhaben möchten. Da Mui Ne unser vorletzter Stop, auf unserer Vietnam Reise war, wussten wir schon, dass das Essen viel mit Fisch und Fleisch zubereitet wurde. Deshalb haben wir direkt nach dem Check in mit der Guest Relation gesprochen und ihr gesagt, das meine Freundin weder Fisch noch Fleisch essen würde. Das wäre kein Problem, sie würde sich drum kümmern. Kurze Zeit später erhielten wir die Bestätigung auch über WhatsApp. Dann kam der Silvester Abend. Nachdem von den Gästen das Buffet eröffnet wurde, kam direkt die nüchterne Erkenntnis, es gab kein vegetarisches/Veganes Hauptgericht. Es hätte trockenen Salat,Käse, warmes sowie kaltes gemüse und Nachtisch gegeben. Als wir das Personal darauf angesprochen haben, kam der Chef von dem abend und wir haben ihm die Situation erklärt. Trotz mehrmaligen erklären, hat er ihr weiterhin Fisch und Fleisch Gerichte angeboten. Als er es dann verstanden hatte, brachte er ihr dann mehrere Teller von Essen was sie essen konnte, welches sie schon längst auf dem Tisch stehen hatte. Nach 2h wurde ihr dann ein Teller mit trockenen, ungewürzten Tofu ohne Soße gebracht. Auf nachfrage ob man nicht wenigstens Reis oder Nudeln dazu machen könne, wurde verneint. Nochmal später wurde uns erklärt, dass sie den Tisch vertauscht hätten. Das haben wir nicht geglaubt. Zudem war die Getränke Situation komplette Katastrophe. Jeder Tisch durfte nur ein Kaltgetränk wie Cola usw bestellen, da sie zu wenig gekauft hätten. Am nächsten Tag haben wir aufgrund unserer Beschwerden als Entschuldung ein vegetarisches 5 Gänge Menü bekommen, was das misslungene Silvester Dinner nicht wieder gut machen konnte. Zudem hat man uns mit verdrehten augen willkommen geheißen, als das Personal uns näher kommen sah. Generell war das Essen an dem abend sehr trocken und lauwarm.

Allt var verkligen perfekt! Underbar och varierad frukostbuffé, oerhört serviceminded personal. Fantastiskt välskött hotell, och rummen städades väldigt noga varje dag, nya handdukar osv. Jättesköna sängar och rymliga balkonger. Stranden som ägs av hotellet var även den välstädad. Läget i relation till utbud av restauranger osv var även bra.

„Rezerwacja” lezakow od wczesnego rana. Wydawanie recznikow na basenie po jednym (nie mozna zabrac dla rodziny). Brak mozliwosci posiedzenia na odrodzie, przy basenie, na plazy po godz 19-20. Wszystkie sprzety sa zbierane i okrywane. Niski poziom angielskiego wsrod obslugi (lepszy rosyjski ze względu na typ gosci)

Saknade poolbar och strandbar, vilket drog ned betyget en aning. Väldigt mycket ryssar på hotellet också, dom har tyvärr svårt att bete sig bra allt för ofta.

Bigger than we normally opt for. The issue of getting a subbed or beanbag. You had to be up very early.

Gepflegte Anlage und ein großes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick.

Leider konnte das Hotel unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllen. Für die große Anzahl an Gästen stehen deutlich zu wenige Liegen und Sitzsäcke zur Verfügung. Wer nicht bereits früh morgens gegen 7 Uhr eine Liege reserviert, hat kaum eine Chance, tagsüber einen Platz zu bekommen. Auch die Qualität der Cocktails war enttäuschend. Zudem ist es umständlich, dass man diese ausschließlich im Gebäude an der Bar bestellen muss. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist der sehr eingeschränkte Badebereich: Das Baden im Meer ist lediglich auf einem etwa 10 Meter breiten Strandabschnitt erlaubt. Insgesamt wirkt das Angebot nicht auf die Anzahl der Gäste abgestimmt.

For ones that spend more time on beach activities: the beach area (including the natural part and the artifical one like verand) is slightly less nice compared to those at a few other resort/hotels in the same area.

We stayed in a sea view bungalow, which was a real treat. It was great being able to swim in the sea or the two large pools, which were lovely and warm. As often the case with hotels, pool side loungers were in short supply and reserved with towels before breakfast, but there were extensive bean bags round the grounds and also options on the private beach. The garden grounds were stunning. Breakfast nice and varied. For a travelling Brit, it was a little strange being amongst a hotel full of Russian guests. But that was true of the whole resort!

We were upgraded to a bungalow on the beach front which was amazing. Spacious room, huge bathroom with outdoor shower, great facilities, comfortable bed. The dining room had closed when we arrived but they rustled up some soup for us, breakfast had everything you could possibly want available.

There was a shortage of loungers round the pool with the inevitable early morning ‘towel bagging’, the staff tried to be helpful but the behaviour was tolerated.

It was a very clean resort, pool was amazing and Phap (the lifeguard) was an excellent photographer!! Helped pose me and took a range of different photos haha

The beds were hard as a rock! So uncomfortable unfortunately Although they allowed us to change rooms - the first room’s bathroom only had a bathtub with no option to have the shower head up higher. it made for a very uncomfortable and awkward wash. The bathroom in the second room had a shower but it wasn’t sealed properly - i tripped a few times due to the amount of water that leaked onto the floor.

Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

Das einzige negative hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun. Leider zu viele Touristen für uns hier. Man hat gedacht man macht in Russland Urlaub. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall vorher wissen.

Tolle Oase und schöner Garten, direkt am Meer, sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen als Überraschung - eine reizende Geste.

Auf den Nachbargrundstücken fanden Bauarbeiten statt. War nervig - aber ok.

해변에서 청소년팀인지? 마이크와 스피커를 사용해서 계속 시끄럽다는 점이 쉬러온 호텔에서 조금 아쉽습니다.

Sunny Beach is exceptional. The beautiful and peaceful resort grounds, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the buffet breakfast, the clean and well stocked gym, and above all the incredible staff and service - are all excellent. I had such a relaxing and comfortable stay here, I ended up staying longer than planned. The best accomodation I have had in Vietnam!

The hotel is very big but the land too so except at the breakfast, we dont feel crowded. 2 big swimming pool so very confortable.The beach is large for Muo Ne, even on the afternoon. The room is very cosy and elegant. Good breakfast.

A fantastic resort. Staff were wonderful food was delicious and yhe neach and pools were in great shape. We were there in March so a little off season so it was not crowded which was great. Found several bars and restaurants very close to the resort. Met fellow travellers and had a great time . Weather was hot and the ocean was relaxing. Didn't do that spa but heard it eas good. Recommend this place to anyone.

Compare 4 star resorts I have stayed in. Sunny Beach is the best with the ocean behind, nice garden, sparkling swimming pool, clean, comfortable bed, movie in room. Good buffet breakfast with variety of dishes. Extremely friendly staff

To use the shower I have to climb in and out the bathtub which is too high not suitable for elderly. If there’s a handrail it would be great

Here’s why you should book this hotel: - rooms are spacious ( even the basic one), but I recommend you to book the sea views one, the view is breathtaking - breakfast fox is various and good even for the foreigners. There are choices and not only Vietnamese food. - 2 big pools, to be honest I don’t understand the reviews that saying that there are no sun beds. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool and even by the sea. - the beach they keep it clean and I swim a lot. - I like to work out so I use the gym many times there are are equipments and is very clean - staff is very kind

Bit enough sun beds and many guests reserve them first thing in the morning but then don't occupy them until later in the day, very frustrating. Beach Sun beds would benefit from having some shade and a table to keep your belongings off the sand.

Fantastic caring staff who are genuinely passionate about ensuring your stay meets all expectations. The property is meticulously maintained with absolutely stunning greenery & two wonderful large, swimming pools with plenty of loungers to relax and an ample supply of towels. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. The breakfast restaurant is right next to one of the large pools with stunning views of the ocean. Many choices to satisfy both Western , and Asian taste. All of the restaurant staff work so hard every day to engage the customers and are unfailingly polite and respectful. I certainly looked forward to breakfast every day. I should mention all of the attention to detail we received from the reception supervisors and restaurant supervisors who seamlessly worked together to make our stay special. Fantastic leadership! I visited many resorts during my stay in Mui Ne to compare and Sunny Beach was by far the most maintained lovely peaceful oasis of all with a very reasonable price that elevates the property above the competition. As an added display of their customer service my wife realized on the bus that she had left her bathing suit and her clothesline out on the balcony. I contacted the hotel and they couriered it the same day to our next hotel in Nha Trang-fantastic follow up to make sure it arrived safely.
