Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление! Номера очень красивые, уютные и главное — везде чистота и порядок. Сам отель утопает в зелени тропического сада и действительно напоминает настоящий оазис 🌴 Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, всегда приятно общаться. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол — разнообразное горячее , нарезка из мяса , свежие соки , салаты и фрукты !каждый найдёт что-то по душе. Также на территории есть бассейн, где можно приятно отдохнуть и освежиться. В целом прекрасное место для спокойного и комфортного отдыха. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова! ❤️

The resort is relatively small, but it is beautifully designed and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay as it felt private, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with several seafood restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I loved the experience and would happily stay here again.

Das Villa Aria ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, sehr komfortables, ruhiges und gut organisiertes Hotel in sehr guter Lace in MuiNe. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und kompetent, die Anlage bestens gepflegt. Der Außblick von der sehr sauberen Poolanlage zum Strand und Meer ist gigabtisch. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlt es an nichts, die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr großzügig und stilvoll aushestattet. Wer in MuiNe ein großartiges, kleines und feines Hotel sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have repeatedly raised the same issues. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. There is a clear and ongoing lack of management attention and accountability. 1. Basic guest experience issues ignored The use of heavily scented detergent on towels is unacceptable. The smell is overpowering and unpleasant. This is not standard practice in quality hotels and has been raised before - yet continues unchanged. 2. Service culture is fundamentally broken With one notable exception - Mai, who demonstrates genuine service attitude - the staff across reception, poolside, and restaurant appear untrained and disengaged. They do not greet guests, do not initiate interaction, do not anticipate needs, and show little interest in customer experience. Many staff members have been there for years, which suggests this is not a training gap but a deeply ingrained culture problem. 3. Restaurant failure despite strong potential The restaurant space itself is attractive, but it is effectively non-functional due to poor service: * Breakfast is extremely basic, lacking quality fruit and offering only local-style coffee with no proper alternatives. * Cocktail service is substandard - staff lack the skills to prepare even basic drinks properly. * Most critically: the service is so uninviting that guests simply avoid the restaurant altogether. During the April 30 holiday, when the hotel was fully booked, the restaurant remained completely empty. That is not a demand issue - it is a management failure. (Photos available.) 4. Housekeeping is the only consistent strength Rooms are clean and housekeeping performs well. However, bedding is noticeably aging and due for replacement. 5. Absentee management I have never seen the owner or manager present on-site. This raises a fundamental question: how can leadership understand or improve the guest experience if they are not experiencing it themselves?

Es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Nos gustó mucho como tienen cuidadas las instalaciones y la zona de la la piscina y fácil acceso a la playa.

Es war der Hammer, Pool direkt am Meer und vor unserem Zimmer. Super sauber alles, inkl. Strand. Das war ein Mega schöner Aufenthalt mit einem freundlichen Team. Ein Paradies 🩷

Отдыхаем в этом отелей не в первый раз. В нем особая аура. Отдых в это отеле - это полнейший релакс. Территория великолепная. Как будто живешь в джунглях. Все рядом и бассейн и завтрак и море. В номере все продуманно. Полотенца благоухают.

Однообразный завтрак. Он вкусный и его хватает, но абсолютно однообразный. Кроме того у нас отсутствовали русскоязычные каналы ТВ. Обещали разобраться с компанией связи, но так и не решили проблему. Жуткая ситуация с питьевой водой в номере. В номерах ставят по две бутылки воды, но многоразовых. бутылки каждый день заполняют водой. Но откуда берут воду - неизвестно. При этом вода на вкус соленая. Одним словом мы ее не пили, а использовали больше для технических целей, а для питья покупали воду в магазинах рядом с отелем. По воде - это позор для отеля. Такое ощущение, что мы живем в условиях резкой нехватки питьевой воды на земле.

Personalet talte meget dårligt engelsk. Selv i receptionen var det ikke godt. Specielt i restauranten kunne de ikke tale et ord engelsk. Desværre valgte vi at spise middag der og vi kunne slet ikke få hvidvin, de havde ellers mange på kortet. Ved afgang havde vi bestil ( af receptionen) en stor bil til lufthavn i Ho chi Minh men der kom kun et lille bil så vi måtte side klemt i 3 timer på bagsædet.

Die kleine idyllische und sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage mit Frähstücksraum bzw Restaurant ist niveauvoll aus Naturnaterialien gestaltet. Das gesamte Team isorgt für eine gute Atmosphäre am Pool und Strand. Am Abend haben wir gerne im Restaurant gegessen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen is der fried fiish. Bis 16:00 Uhr muss man den Fisch vorbestellen. Da es in diesem Restaurant etwas teurer ist als in anderen Restaurants hatten wir oft ein Dinner for two mit einer göttlichen Zubereitung des Fisches und fantastischem Ambiente und Ausblick auf das Meer. Natürlich gibt die Speisekarte noch viel mehr her.

Restaurant cocktails not great (nobody knows how to make them), food expensive for the quality it is, breakfast beyond basic. Basically you need to go out for food and drinks.

Un petit coin de paradis au milieu des grands ressorts Nous nous avons été émerveillés en découvrant le cadre bucolique qui va jusqu'à la mer...notre chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée.....la piscine et son environnement sont magnifiques et irréprochable. La salle de restauration surplombant la mer était des plus agréables......que de belles journées nous avons passées......merci à Mai pour son extrême gentillesse et son sourire... Sans oublier son grand professionnalisme nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Nous n'avions pas toujours de l'eau chaude. Le ménage des chambres le matin était un peu sommaire. Il fallait apprendre à apprivoiser la chasse d'eau... Mais bien peu de choses par rapport à tout ce que nous avons apprécié

Room was light and airy and we loved the little terrace looking across the pool to the sea. Was just lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The breakfast was modest in terms of choices but you certainly won’t go hungry. Don’t think I’ve ever eaten pasta for breakfast but the carbonara was absolutely delicious!

Väldigt mysigt litet hotel. Design på rummen var väldigt trevliga och utomhusområden var superbra. Trevlig resturang med jättefin utsikt över havet och vågorna och poolområdet var väldigt fint. Ett lugnt och mysigt ställe som passade oss perfekt (familj med äldre barn).

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Klein aber sehr fein. Tolle Zimmer, schöne Anlage direkt am Strand mit tollem Pool und sehr netten Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Tolle Ausstattung. Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend mit frischem Obst, Eiern und gutem Kaffee. Pool und Strand sauber und immer ausreichend Liegen und Handtücher.

Wir haben uns in diesem Resort so wohlgefühlt,dass wir eine Nacht verlängert haben.Die Zimmer sind schön groß,sauber.segr leise.Das Personal ist überaus freundlich.Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderbar.Das Frühstück war super lecker und auch die Teamtime um 15.00 Uhr.Ideal zum erholen und genießen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten einen hohen Komfort. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das stets präsent ist, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt vollkommen zum Entspannen ein – man braucht das Hotel eigentlich gar nicht zu verlassen. Durch die kleinere, überschaubare Anlage herrscht eine angenehm ruhige und persönliche Atmosphäre. Das Hotel bietet zudem einen schönen, gepflegten Strandabschnitt sowie einen großzügig gestalteten Pool, die beide zum Abschalten einladen. Das Frühstück sowie die Tea Time überzeugen mit einem leckeren und vielfältigen Angebot, bei dem für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Ein gelungenes Hotel, ideal für alle, die Erholung, Komfort und eine entspannte Atmosphäre suchen.

Die Zeit in der Villa Aria haben wir sehr genossen. Das kleine Hotel ist ein wahres Sternchen zwischen den riesigen Hotelanlagen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Wunderschön ruhig kann man hier nach vielem Reisen die Seele baumeln lassen. Definitiv punktet das Hotel mit Pool und Restaurant direkt in Strandlage. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön (der beste Strandabschnitt). Wir fanden das Frühstück sehr gut, eine gut sortierte Auswahl. Die Idee mit der Kaffeezeit nachmittags ist toll. Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, selbst Schirme und Strandtaschen sind vorhanden. Die Anlage und der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Poolhandtücher sind vorhanden und werden sehr ansehnlich drapiert. Prinzipiell können wir sagen, dass man in diesem Hotel Wert auf Kleinigkeiten legt und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist. Fußläufig kann man an der Promenade flanieren, die Restaurants, Einkaufsläden und Wellnessshops beinhaltet. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit wärmstens empfehlen.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir haben am ersten Abend Dinner gegessen, das hat uns nicht zugesagt. Das Essen wurde weder mit Liebe angerichtet, noch hat es geschmeckt. Das passte so garnicht zu dem sonst so hervorragenden Hotel, daher ein Punkt Abzug.

The rooms, while getting a bit dated, are large and comfortable. The rooms by the pool are nice as they have a little patio, though not really a pool view as the view is obstructed by the garden. Gardens are very well maintained and are beautiful. There is a small private beach. Best part is the pool with ocean view.

Construction next door starts at 7am which basically wakes you up, not great. Bar staff seemed to be new and did not speak any English. Would not say hello and did not know anything about cocktails. Cocktail menu poor and actual cocktails are not great for the price. Dinner menu looks nice (in pictures) but for the price many more wonderful options elsewhere. Breakfast very basic and no latte or americano, just Vietnamese coffee. Towels for the pool and room are washed using scented detergent, which is unnecessary and annoying. Bedding old and stained. Reception always dark and staff don’t seem flexible. Overall: in just 12 months the quality of this place has gone down tremendously. At this rate, the business is not sustainable. I am not heading back, which is a shame because it was such a lovely oasis before.

Absolutely loved this hotel, had the luxuries of a 5 star resort but with the peace and charm of a boutique place. Beautiful garden, well maintained pool and beach, really lovely peaceful stay and we'll definitely be back. I especially loved our balcony surrounded by green.

The food could be improved with small tweaks, for example they had bread but no butter or more western style cold cuts or cheeses to add to it. I ate dinner one night in the restaurant and received something very different to what I ordered, a Caesar salad that came with balsamic vinegar instead of Caesar dressing and a mushroom spaghetti without any mushrooms. It was still good, but not as advertised. The food was the only part I felt lacking for the price we paid. Everything else was great.

This place was one of the best hotels on our trip. Everything was just right: clean rooms, tasty breakfast, excellent service. The pool and beach were right outside our door and the whole place was beautifully designed and super relaxing. We felt totally at ease here – from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking to unwind, this is the perfect spot.

Kinds receptionists, bell man uncle, room cleanness, cozy and lovely swimming pool, spa(highly recommend shoulder and foot massage), waitress in restaurant, breakfast foods and even dinner foods next to the beach were superb and unforgettable experience.

very nice pool area and beautiful restaurant to enjoy the breakfast in. it is a small hotel and nicley designed with lots of plants making it feel very peaceful. the staff was so kind and caring, we felt very welcome.

in general it was very good for what we paid. The breakfast was maybe a little bit boring with only white toasts as bread option for example. If you like to order in the restaurant it was very expensive compared to the restaurant just outside the hotel.

Ett av de bästa vi bott på. Vi hade delux rum med utsikt mot poolen. Fantastiskt område med alla blommor och växter. Bra frukost som serverade allt man kan önska. Fint poolområde. Enda negativa är att det finns inga solstolar på stranden. Kan bero på blåsten.

I think the best hotel in Western Mui Ne. Close to kite surfing beach and lots of restaurants. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant/breakfast right in beach. Free drinks and snacks at 3-4pm. Very friendly staff.

Overall, we liked the hotel: good breakfasts, a cozy property, and comfortable rooms.

The staff speaks poor English and will not assist you in case of an emergency situation.

A little oasis of tranquility. Loved how green and lush the garden was, and how clean everything was, including the small beach. The food was high quality and interesting, if a little limited.

The coffee at breakfast could be better, and I was okay with not having beef, pork or milk for a couple of days, but I can imagine I would get a bit tired of cashew milk if I stayed there for any longer.

The beach has disappeared. They also need to make it clear that their restaurant has a very strange view on what is healthy for you. It serves shrimp and duck but does not serve poultry, pork and beef. The veggie options also are very limited. So basically after a meal you will need to go out and look for some variety.

Breakfast was basic. They don't serve cows milk and pork for some reason. Not that we mind- just random. One thing that annoyed me was I accidentally broke their in house mosquito repellent and I got charged for it. I was happy to pay since I broke it but it was 1/3 full yet I paid for an entire full bottle.

The limited food offers (No beef/ pork and absolut NO diary products) were quite a negative surprise once we’ve checked in and read the “welcome” letter. Even though it’s a choice of the hotel to have this menu concept and we fully respect this but it would have been fair to know about this beforehand. Because honestly we would have chosen a different hotel. For the price they charge per night it’s a big NO GO….

While small, it is a quiet property with a very nice pool and a private beach. The pool is right besides a nice restaurant with the ocean view. Beautiful gardens and maintained well for a Vietnamese hotel.

Wine list very poor for the price and corkage fee is 500k for own bottle, which is excessive. Pool view rooms on the first floor have no pool view. On the other hand, that makes them rather private.

The property is lovely! However, this area of Vietnam wasn’t for us. If you’re after a more authentic location on the trip, then would look at other options. This is very touristy.

Superbe séjour dans cette petite structure hôtelière. Accueil, service et gentillesse dans un cadre très propre et calme.

We loved this hotel as we don't fancy big hotels with masses of people. Here we could relax by the pool, in the shadow, and be served nice lunches such as spring rolls, summer rolls, sandwiches with shrimps etc. The breakfast was fine with multiple choices, and you could order your omelet. The location by the seafront and in modern very nicely designed furniture, we enjoyed breakfast and sometimes even dinner. Mui Ne is a windy place (when we visited in March) but this only meant high waves from the ocean during the daytime. Kite surfers paradise. We took a 4 hour train from Saigon, away from the city mess, and found this boutique hotel pearl. We intended to move to another region after a week but decided to stay. We needed the solitude, calmness and quietness to read our books. The personnel was lovely and we could only hope they were given more respect and smiles from guests.
