We had our third visit to this hotel in June and will be back next year. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views amazing and the food is the best we’ve had at any hotel. The private beach and sea are stunning and you can walk into Kardamena in around an hour, which is a lovely walk and a brilliant town with lots of nice restaurants, shops and bars. We done the three bay lazy day cruise with Captain Stefanos (through offshore travel) which we would highly recommend, great value and superb Greek food cooked on the boat. We really cannot fault the hotel in any way, but in our eyes it’s the staff that really make it extra special and personal, you can see why so many guests keep returning. Special mentions to Violeta, Aurora, Mara, Angela, Arkan and Alex who along with the whole team really made our stay so amazing and we really appreciate all your hard work. Roll on next June!! Massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for another amazing holiday 😁 ☀️ 🇬🇷
Me and my partner had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was lovely and relaxing and having a beach with the hotel was a bonus. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a couples massage by Sofia and Chris. Really is worth a trip to the spa. We also had a sea view room which is worth the extra money. Yes I can agree with some of the reviews about the Cobbled paths. They really do need filling in in places but we did not let it affect our stay. Just watch where you walk. They really do need to fill them. The pool was very cold but was ok when got in but couldn’t stay in for long. We went in the sea more as was warmer. Spa pool was also cold. Food was lovely. We went half board but always a good choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. Did a lunch time on one of the days as swapped our evening meal as was doing a trip in the evening. Even lunch had a good choice. Do make sure you ask for mineral water at the evening meal as if ask for bottle water they give you a bottle of their filtered water which the tui rep says is ok to drink but me and my partner prefer bottle water that is unopened. Some entertainment wasn’t great and there was not enough space in the lounge bar but we just sat out side and you could still hear it. Silent disco was brilliant. Also a visit to kos town and Zia is a must. In all this is a lovely hotel and we had such a lovely week.
Really enjoyed my day at the Spa! The massage was amazing and the facilities were very pleasant, clean and peaceful. I would definitely go again.
This is a lovely hotel with access to a very convenient beach. The restaurant had a good range of foods, which were frequently replenished. Our room was spacious, with a large patio, comfortable and kept well cleaned. The hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful. We didn’t have a swim up pool but enjoyed the main pool. Since it was the end of the season, there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas. If you have problems with pool ladders, some of the swim up rooms have walk in pools. The entertainment was sometimes excellent but even at the end of the season, there was limited seating.
A great trip to the spa. Had a Fabulous exfoliation, moisturiser , massage and facial by Chris , feeling relaxed ☺️ definitely worth a visit
My wife and I have just returned from a late season week at this fantastic hotel and resort, we stayed on a all inclusive deal and really could not find fault with this holiday, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff, and I mean all the staff, were absolutely brilliant ,being friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, from my point of view special mention must go to Chris the masseur in the beautifully appointed spa,but it is difficult to differentiate between any staff members, on the whole a quality break at a quality hotel, we are hoping to go back in may and it can't come around quickly enough.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, everything we needed within our room. Private/shared swimming up room. We spent 3 nights here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. Loved that it was child free and quiet but also missed the liveliness of the evening. Entertainment was ok nothing too special. The only downside is that we ordered room service and it took just short of 2-3 hours for a burger that arrived cold which wasn't cheap. Also the not taking food from the restaurant to take back to your rooms i think should change as it's a bit of a walk from the rooms right to the restaurant and the shop on site is well over priced. It was lovely and clean, the fridge was well stocked and overall a lovely hotel.
The hotel was clean and quiet which was great for a relaxing week. The funk and soul band were excellent and had everyone up dancing! The spa massage and facial with Sophia was amazing and just what I needed to unwind.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience! This resort truly has everything, it’s right by the sea, the restaurants are fantastic, and the loungers are super comfortable. I especially loved the spa area, which has both a sauna and a steam room, as well as a great variety of treatments and massages. The service was excellent. I booked a massage with Georgia, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. I felt amazing afterward! I can only recommend this place and I would come back again anytime.
My wife and I went to the Atlantica Belvedere Hotel on Kos in late September 2025 for two weeks. My wife has been ill for many years and, although our allocated room was very good it did not have space for a lounger on the balcony, which would have been useful if she did not feel well enough to leave the room. Aurora on reception (who speaks perfect English) looked into it for us and moved us to a room, that was ideal for my wife, after just two days. The room was very quiet as I think all of them are, since ours was not at the edge of the hotel. There is no road noise. Planes fly over regularly, but with little sound, which only lasts seconds. The hotel is very well maintained with plenty of spaces indoor and out, with chairs or loungers. There were always loungers available, though those on the beautiful, deep sandy beach could go earlier than pool or garden ones. There was no saving loungers in the early morning. The hotel is very spacious and has an excellent tennis court as well as for Pickle Ball and Paddle Ball. Unfortunately my wife was not well enough to play tennis, despite it being the best court we have seen for years. The pathways are cobbled with deep crevasses between the cobbles. It prevents them becoming slippery when wet, but is dire for high heels. Ladies take a pair of flat shoes to walk to the restaurant etc and a bag for the high heels to change into once there. The food was good and the staff very helpful, though there was occasionally a short wait to be seated at the busiest times, made acceptable by a free prosecco handed out immediately. The weather was perfect, sunny every day with a light breeze and only one shower in the two weeks. Now the acid test, would we go again? Whilst we do tend to go to different resorts and hotels each year, this one we will return to.
Truly the most fantastic stay. Would most definitely recommend to anybody. So relaxing. Food was amazing every evening so much to choose from, all so fresh and delicious. Many lovely activities you can get involved in, we did pebble paining and sip and paint with Claire. I also visited the spa and had the Cretan massage, and the ice facial, Chris from the spa was brilliant. He instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I enjoyed both treatments thoroughly. We would definitely visit again and I would recommend for anybody to treat themselves to a massage whilst here!!
Great hotel, very clean and service was excellent. Food was really good. Pool area was nice, we enjoyed the beach most days. Very relaxing place. Shout out to Evaggelia at the beach bar who always welcomed us with a smile and great service.
I had an excellent Cretan massage treatment, and Chris the therapist was incredibly professional and welcoming. The treatment given by Chris was excellent, and my partner whom had the same treatment also could not speak highly enough of Sofia, who provided her treatment.
The facial treatment I got at their spa was very nice. The music was relaxing and the conversation with Chris, who done my treatment was very interesting. I don't have a lot of experience since it was my first time at a spa, but I really liked it here and the staff was really welcoming and helpful. Overall a great experience, would do it again.
The full body massage by Sofia was amazing! Super nice and very relaxing. I felt very relaxed after the massage. I can definitely recommend her.
Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, facilities and staff, Chris gave me a Cretan message and my shoulders feel reborn! Very enjoyable time
Friendly service from very professional staff. Highly recommend the Cretan massage. I would definitely go all inclusive, next time.
After a stressful year, I was very much in need of some relaxation. I booked a Cretan massage at the spa and have come away feeling relaxed, revived and restored. My therapist, Chris, was excellent, adapting pressure where needed, unlocking the knots in my shoulder following an injury a few months ago and made the experience exactly as I’d hoped. Highly recommend.
Arrived on a wet Wednesday but it turned tropical by Friday on. Some people have criticised this hotel for the most nit picking reasons, trust me, I have stayed all over in many different hotels and this rates as excellent in my opinion, though it was quieter in October. Some of the rooms are a little way out, those numbered from 500 up, our room was perfect, view etc but some rooms had no view or privacy including the swim up rooms. The pool area, snack bar and drinks area were all good, staff very friendly throughout and drinks with the AI were fine, as was the food. Plenty of choice for all tastes and all fresh and well presented. I would return but I would insist on rooms from 420 to 460, otherwise your whole experience could be ruined
We stayed at the Atlantica Belvedere Beach Resort for a week in early October, and overall, it was exactly what the brochure promised: peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The hotel itself is immaculate – clearly very well looked after – and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful if they tried. From the restaurant team to the reception staff, everyone seemed genuinely happy to help. The food deserves a proper mention too: varied, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious, with an excellent range of dishes that changed daily. If you enjoy your meals as much as your sleep, you’ll be in your element here. Now, for the honest bits. We upgraded to a swim-up room, which looked amazing on paper (and in photos), but in reality… well, let’s just say it was more “polar plunge” than “relaxing dip”. The water was so cold in October that even the thought of getting in required mental preparation and possibly a wetsuit. I suspect in mid-summer it’s bliss, but at the tail end of the season, it was an expensive paddling pool for decoration. Lesson learned: next time I’ll stick with a normal room and put the savings towards a cocktail or two. The indoor pool was slightly warmer, but only slightly. Evenings were a bit tricky too. Because it was cooler, everyone naturally gravitated indoors — and while that’s no one’s fault, the indoor seating area couldn’t quite handle the influx, so securing a chair sometimes felt like a competitive sport. Outside the hotel, the local bus service to Kardamena was… let’s say “adventurous”. When it worked, it was fine, but getting on felt like winning a raffle you didn’t know you’d entered. One driver in particular seemed to loathe both people and the concept of smooth braking. After a particularly “spirited” journey, we decided to walk the 4km back instead — about 45 minutes of gentle strolling and far less stressful than hanging on for dear life. As for Kardamena town itself, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. You can see the potential — there’s a lovely seafront and some genuinely charming spots — but it’s looking a little tired and unloved these days. The pavements are uneven, some buildings need TLC, and it feels like it could be stunning again if the local council gave it a bit of investment. We travelled with our 19-year-old son, who diplomatically described the resort as “an old people’s home with sunshine.” He wasn’t completely wrong — it’s definitely geared more towards couples and relaxation than action and nightlife — but he did find things to do nearby like watersports, paragliding, and (to his mother’s horror) getting his first tattoo in Kardamena. All in all, despite the mixed weather and the odd hiccup, we had a genuinely lovely, restful week. The resort is perfect if you’re after peace, good food, friendly staff, and a chance to switch off completely. Just maybe skip the swim-up room in October unless you’re training for the Ice Bucket Challenge.
Fantastic couples massage with therapists Sofia and Chris. We went for the Cretan massage and have zero regrets. Super relaxed now!
The hotel is not what we would class as a 5 star resort but its clean and very chilled, not to many people and plenty of spaces to retreat to, it would be nice to see a dedicated coffee area with cakes or cookie's that has hot coffee not the luke warm served in the bar areas. The food is varied but nothing special it would be nice for more vegetarian meals but on the whole something for everyone, I especially liked the soups. The pool bar staff are particularly slow and not very friendly so we generally avoided this area, the beach bar offers snacks but very limited menu. The rooms are cleaned daily and fridge bars topped up frequently but felt like somewhere that was not set out to retreat to and relax if you want to get away from people. Our room had a rubbish view of the next block and the constant stream of people going to their room this meant we had the curtains closed most of the time, most rooms looked like they had a better position than ours (649). The one thing that annoyed me the most was the 5* tax levied by the government @ 15 euros a night, our flight was delayed by an hour so we reached the hotel on the following day than was booked but we're still charged the 11 nights to me i don't like paying for something I didn't get. We would probably not go here again but in saying that it's not a bad place just to far from nice walks and bars/restaurants or proper transport not that we would want them on the doorstep.
Disappointing week at a hotel which looks like a 5 star hotel but does not feel like one. Service was slow when we reported issues with our shower flooding our room upon arrival and the request for more towels due to it, which took days. The hot water tap in our bathroom produced brown water daily. You have to queue for dinner which is awful and the choice is really limited. There is little atmosphere and even though it was noted it was our honeymoon we received no acknowledgement, so not a place to celebrate a special occasion. The swim up room was nice, although has no privacy, with people able to see into our room. There were glimmers of good service with the wait staff, spa team and the housekeeping staff, who were lovely. I think we have been slightly spoilt with our usual choice being the Oceanis Beach in Kos, which in our opinion is better in every way.
Yes the spa team have been fantastic Chris and Sophia have great very professional. They know what they were doing and feel like my pain has gone from my back so relieved.
From arrival to departure all the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was varied and lovely. The beach and sea was stunning, we loved swimming in the sea, it was so beautiful, usually plenty of sunbeds but did get busy some days. Lovely big pool. Wouldn’t pay extra for sea view as rooms quite far back and not much benefit for additional cost. Our only issue was the choice of cocktails included in AI, there were very few and for a proper decent cocktail they charged around 10 euros each which we thought was a bit off and wasn’t aware of before we went, most places include cocktails but this hotel had literally a handful on offer which were basic. Apart from that small issue we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Location of the hotel was remote and required transportation to get around. The Atmosphere was friendly but the staff seemed very tired and perhaps because of the end of the season, it was difficult to make friends with them. The rooms were excellent, and well furnished the cleaning was good, above average. Having to Que for food at night was not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, this was very poor and made you feel very uncomfortable. The food was fantastic great variety and very nice. The gym was shocking open from 10am until 6pm no free weights I had to join a gym in town. All in all I wouldn’t return to Kos or the hotel the other islands offer my more diverse options and not so windy!
Spent a week at this hotel at the end of September. We had booked a sea view room, and we did have a view of the sea, but it want an unobstructed view as there were other apartments between us so if sitting on the balcony you had a great view of the doors to the next block. The room was really nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. Large bathroom with separate bath & shower, that had plenty of shampoo, shower gel provided. The balcony was really large and had a table & two chairs. Could have fitted two sun loungers on the balcony which would have made it even better. Mini fridge was restocked daily with bottled water. We stayed half board, so had access to both breakfast & evening meal. We asked about upgrading to all inclusive, but this would have been €60 per day for each person so an additional €720. This was I felt far too expensive, so we just paid for drinks & lunches which only came to £200 for the whole week which included €60 for the beach gazebo. Food was OK, some days better than others and quite a bit of repetition. The last night there wasn’t really anything that appealed to me but that was more about personal likes & dislikes. Hotel staff were all very pleasant, one male receptionist was especially helpful and gave us some good tips about the best way to get into Kos town by bus. Can’t remember his name sadly, but nice chap. We booked the gazebo on the beach for one day. This included a fruit platter, sandwiches and a selection of soft drinks. I thought good value for a treat, although with the heat the food & drinks really should be supplied in a cool box. Hubby took the sandwiches back to the room to put in the fridge so they didn’t spoil. Tui entertainment staff were all nice, I did a couple of the activities and we went to a cocktail making demonstration which was a good way to spend half an hour. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to come. It is fairly remote but you’ve got options to get into Kardemena by bus. Unfortunately came down with extremely bad gastroenteritis the day we were going home which necessitated hospital treatment so I was fit to make the flight. Hotel arranged the doctor for me and let us stay in the room beyond the check out time while we waited for him to arrive. It was a rubbish way to end the holiday, but overall we had a great time (until the last few hours!).
my experience at the spa was absolutely second to none!! Chris was SUPER!! Im a tickly person to massage, and i like firm pressure, he had his work cut out but explained & adjusted when he needed to, if i was sensitive!
Just got back from 2 weeks at this resort and had a lovely time. The hotel, grounds and room were spotless and very well kept. We were all inclusive and thought the food choices were very good and I'm quite picky lol. The only slight negative point I had over 2 weeks was the beach bar and toilets are too far from the beach and there was no drinks waiter covering the beach area, however I stress this would not stop me returning. The Tui Blue aspect was very good with Han and her team working hard to make sure we were entertained and kept fit (thanks Yanna) . Unfortunately I was ill while at the hotel and had to call a doctor the staff were so helpful and made sure I was well looked after thank you Alex, Maria and your staff. This is a very good hotel with its greatest asset being the hotel staff and the Tui Blue Staff. The team make a very good hotel into a great hotel . Thank you.
Really lovely resort - great facilities. Well maintained rooms The cobbled path ways could be a problem for people with accessibilty problems Tui app was great at booking activities and providing updates Staff was lovely - especially Jeena on Fitness and her great range of activity classes Food was amazing … great variety One negative - there seemed to be a fair amount of smokers staying in the resort and often smoking on the sun beds - I had to move at least three times to avoid the smoke blowing over to me. Perhaps there should be a designated area for smokers by the pool?
Nice hotel adults, only. The hotel had a lovely beach with plenty of loungers. Food in the main restaurant had lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal , we did have to queue in the evenings to be seated which was rather disappointing. Our room 234 was tided and had towels changed daily and we had plenty of water. Down side poor opening times for the gym and beach towels changing 10-6pm not ideal. I had a massage fantastic and well worth the money. Staff very polite and helpful.
What a beautiful hotel. But it does not have a ‘hotel’ feel to it. One main building but this is not where the rooms are. Clean, elegant, no mass tourism feel. There are enough facilities, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is extremely good with a lot of variaties. Other resorts repeat the same menus, but way less here. Beach is very nice; no boats or other rentals in sight. Just find a beach bed and relax.
Beautiful, peaceful hotel and resort. So chilled. Excellent service and wonderful staff, all so happy to assist. Perfect.
Disappointing Stay at a TUI Blue 5-Star Resort - Lacked Basic Amenities and Accessibility Given that this is marketed as a 5-star TUI Blue all-inclusive resort, there was a certain level of expectation that was unfortunately unmet on almost every front. While the resort's atmosphere is calm and relaxing, often enhanced by gentle, lo-fi music, and the grounds are picturesque with incredible sea views and well-maintained greenery, fundamental issues with amenities, drinks, and accessibility severely detracted from the overall holiday experience. A major failing for a modern luxury resort is the complete lack of accessibility. The poorly maintained cobblestones throughout the entire resort are a serious safety hazard, as guests tripping on them was a daily sight; this is a significant barrier for anyone with mobility issues. Beyond the grounds, a noticeable and dangerous lack of handrails is present throughout the property. Furthermore, the main pool area is basically off-limits to anyone not confident in the water or with mobility needs, as it features ladder-only entry and no gradual access. The all-inclusive drinks package is completely underwhelming and, frankly, concerning. If you don't specify a branded spirit, you're automatically given the vile-tasting house spirits. Most desirable cocktails aren't included in the all-inclusive, and none of the included options use branded spirits. More critically, the policy on drinking water is unacceptable. Guests are allotted only 800ml of bottled water per person, per day. After this, you must refill at the bars, but the tap water provided tastes salty/unclean, which I attribute to a bout of D&V (diarrhoea and vomiting). This policy is inconsistent: guests can sometimes secure bottled water at dinner if they push the issue, but bottled water is never included at lunchtime, a baffling decision for a so-called 5-star all-inclusive. Despite this let down, Emmanuel at the Ulysses bar deserves a huge shout-out for being attentive, friendly, and fantastic at his job - a true silver lining. The evening entertainment setup clearly feels like an afterthought. Most of the seating has an obstructed view of the stage because of the bar doors. Additionally, if you need the toilet while watching, you must leave the area, walk across the lobby and reception, and take a lift down to the Spa toilets. Other facilities also show a lack of planning for a resort of this size. There are only two public toilet locations around the entire sprawling resort (pool bar and spa), meaning only two cubicles are available for everyone at the pool, beach, and beach bar, which leads to constant queues. The daily hard sell of massages while guests are trying to relax is also highly intrusive and irritating. The one saving grace was the A La Carte restaurant. The food here was the best of the entire stay; the gyoza and beef cheeks were delicious, with the almond cake being the absolute standout. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, offering the briefest glimpse of the genuine 5-star service we expected from the entire resort.
Just back from 10nts at hotel, like others I don’t understand why reviews only focus on the spa experience: we didn’t use spa as not really our thing so will review the hotel/holiday to the island of Kos, which was our first time We had stayed in July at an Atlantica Hotel in Rhodes and had a fantastic holiday so felt confident in booking the same chain again, we also like to book adult only hotels as our preference We enjoyed our stay, we had a very relaxing holiday, whilst there was things to do if you chose to (pool exercises, yoga, darts, quizzes), you could also find a quiet spot to just relax. Whether it was the time of year the pool area was quiet and you could always find a bed, it was made clear you couldn’t put your towels on to reserve early in the morning and staff would remove. The hotel had 2 pools near reception but not allowed to use those which was a shame, seemed a waste The food in the main restaurant, beach bar and speciality restaurants was very good, plenty of choice and they had theme nights e.g. Greek, Italian nights. Certain times e.g. 7.30, 8.30 expect to queue as busy times and depending on whether you want outside or inside dining you may have to wait for a table. My only picky thing about food was poached eggs, they were never runny but that’s personal preference Lobby bar at night, due to time of year guests were choosing to sit inside rather than outside so couldn’t always find seating, if you sat nearer to reception had to wait a while for a waiter to take your order We had a room in block five which was not far from main building or pool, we booked a sea view, we arrived late at night so didn’t see view until morning, I wouldn’t say it was a total sea view, you could see sea over the block of rooms roof in front, more of a partial sea view as mainly looking at rooms in another block, we didn’t use the balcony which was a shame. There are rooms further along from main block that have a total sea view, maybe hotel should consider the descriptions, when we have booked rooms in other hotels before they have said full sea view or partial sea view Drinks: when we stayed at the Atlantica in Rhodes the choice of drinks was extensive and brands, there were very few that had 2 stars whereby all inclusive guests had to pay an additional cost. This hotel was limited on drink choices, there were more with 2 stars requiring all inclusive to pay more. My husband likes JD and coke and had to drink another brand, didn’t always taste the alcohol in drinks feel watered down, very limited cocktail choices which was a bit disappointing as thought would be the same as other hotel stayed in, and with all inclusive expected more choice Toilets: toilets by pool area behind bar area, no nearer toilets if on beach. Toilets for lobby bar you have to go downstairs either by stairs or lift, not sure why there are not toilets nearer to bar area Whilst ther are a few picky bits noted in my review, overall we did have a lovely, relaxing holiday, we did a few trips as well and the TUI rep (Hannah) was very good and informative, we don’t normally go along to the welcome meets but as never been to Kos and the hotel was big we wanted to get information about both the hotel and Kos to make the most of our holiday. Would I return probably not and that’s not because of the hotel, we don’t tend to go back to the same place twice and as Kos is a small island we feel we have seen what we need to
I had a full body massage, facial treatment and body mask. The treatment was very pleasant and the staff were welcoming and smiling. My masseuse Sophia was nice and smiling and hit the correct pressure first time around. Would definitely recommend it to others or come back another time myself.
I was at the spa, and had a cretan massage with body mask and facial treatment. I had a masseuse named Chris, and it was a very good experience.

Der Hotelshop gibt nicht wirklich was her.
We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel. We booked directly with the hotel, rather than an agent, and I’m glad we did because it was cheaper and the communication was great. I exchanged several emails with Katja beforehand about payment dates and room requests, and she was really quick and efficient in her replies. On arrival we were greeted with cool flannels and a drink, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in rooms 517 and 519 and everything about it was perfect - the staff are lovely, the whole resort is spotless and the food is wide ranging and delicious. The balance of entertainment and time to just ‘be’ was just right - a pool activity in the morning and afternoon and then entertainment in the evening in the outside bar. The ABBA dance group and singers from South Africa were amazing! All the staff were helpful and friendly, but we loved Anastasia in the bar - she was so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% visit this hotel again, and will likely book again for 2026! :)
I went in for the Cretan massage today with Chris and I came out so relaxed he is really nice and makes you feel at ease straight away. The ambience makes you really relaxed right from the beginning. He also gave me some tips and other massages I could do in order to improve some areas in my body that he found really stiff. Overall an amazing experience would recommend.
The spa treatment was very nice! I had the back neck and scalp treatment and felt very relaxed afterwards. My specialist was Sevi and would definitely recommend! Definitely coming back!
The spa here is truly wonderful! Sevi is such a kind and caring therapist – her massage and treatment were incredibly relaxing. Thank you so much, Sevi! I had a fantastic time :) I highly recommend that everyone staying at this hotel visits the spa. The entire team here is so professional and welcoming.
Had a wonderful neck, back, shoulder massage with Sevi, at the hotel spa! Atmosphere v peaceful and staff really professional & friendly. Would highly recommend and repeat!
The full body massage was perfect. Sevi was a great masseuse and lovely throughout my entire experience. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful staff so very helpful and professional the entire hotel is keep perfectly clean highly recommend the spa and full body massage
This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The reception team provided a very efficient check-in and Violeta & Katja were so helpful with our room booking. The food was exemplary and such a variety of choice with many themed evenings. The waiters were very professional and made meal times very enjoyable. We stayed all inclusive and their was a wide variety of drink choice. Bar service was very efficient. We stayed 2 weeks and could easily have stayed a third as we were so chilled and relaxed.
I went to the Spa and my massage therapist was Sevi. She was amazing, kind and patient! That was the best massage I’ve ever had. Everything was incredible and she did an amazing job!
I visited the spa end of July 2025. I got a massage and a facial by Nefeli. It was the best spa experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend, no notes. Never been so relaxed after a massage. I am blown away, wish my stay was longer so I could visit again!!!
Had the best time in Kos and this hotel was lovely. The staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the food was great and plenty of variety to choose from. Myself and my daughter had a back neck and shoulder massage in the spa which was very relaxing and an added bonus to our trip so would highly recommend. The entertainment and facilities are good and the pools and beach area was lovely and clean. Overall we have had a great time and would definitely come back 😊
Had a lovely week stay here, wanted to take my mum away for summer and this was the perfect choice. Balance of peace and quiet and lots of things to go out and do when we wanted to. We had some treatments at the spa with Sevi which was also amazing from start to finish! Overall we’ve really enjoyed our stay and the service here, the team are always polite, helpful and on hand whenever you need it! We weren’t aware of all the spa services available but were approached by the lovely team who gave us a test treatment and talked us through services which was great. Would recommend! Amber x
The worst hotel ive ever stayed at. 5* more like 2*. 6 nights stay and 3 nights we had ants in our room and in our bed and towels not changed. They insist we pay in full and no compansion. Nothing works in the hotel either. I.e card machines, computers to book resturants etc
Wow loved this resort, rooms were beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. Food was really great , plenty of choice and the waiting staff were so friendly. The A la Carte restaurant is a must , stunning surrounding and the food was excellent. I must give a mention to Mara the customer relations manager, so very helpful and went above and beyond . Would definitely go again and again ❤️😊
Great resort, rooms are nice and spacious. Friendly staff. Pool is nice and the beach is very close and enjoyable as well. Buffet 3 times a day and multiple bars for drinks as well, with live music in the evenings. The spa offers a lot of treatments. Would definitely recommend for an adult only relaxing holiday Personal downsides: the gym area and the pool are only open from 10-18u. On the beach it is too dark to swim later at night as well
Me and my boyfriend stayed here as our first holiday together at 18 years old. After reading sort of mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was such an incredible experience and definitely one of the most lovely hotels either of us has ever visited. The pool was quiet but very lovely. It was also lovely how close the beach was and we found that at both the pool and beach there were always sunbeds available! We stayed half board and both the breakfast and dinner were great with a great selection. They catered very well for my dietary requirements (vegan) and we both found the food delicious. I would say though that at times it took a while to get water at dinner and it was very hit or miss if we were offered coffee at breakfast, but overall not a big issue. The room was spotless and a great cleaning service everyday, with bottled water being refreshed daily. The service at both the beach bar and lobby bar were quick considering how busy the staff must have been and the staff were always polite and helpful. We also appreciated the local buses to Kos and Kardamena, and we would highly recommend going on the “Zia by night” experience. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would definitely come back!
Staff were brilliant..... All made us feel most welcome. Han and Claire, the Tui reps we had the most to do with were brilliant. Always had time for the guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The Spa was also amazing! Eva and Sevi made me feel really special..... Cretan massage was amazing...... Next year I would go for the double deal, and have 2! Would totally recommend. 5 stars. Ax
Wonderful adult-only resort in Kos. The service is top and all the personal is very friendly. The beach is amazing. The food is OK, quality of the ingredients could be better. The spa is amazing, we had two treatments and both were very good. Thanks a lot to Chris and Sevi at the spa for their friendliness and wonderful job! And also a big thanks to the waiters!
The resort was wonderful! Lots of different activities to do. Would recommend the spa to anyone. I personally has Sofia! Who gave me a full body massage. Such a lovely resort and amazing environment. The resort is a 10 minute shuttle bus away from Kardamaina and then 45 mins to the Kos town. Both accessible through the resort.
Really lovely week and would recommend to others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort and rooms are very clean. Great choice of food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served lovely Greek food. Around the pool we had no problem gaining a sunbed and it was quite spacious.
Went for a spa treatment at the Atlantica Belvedere Resoet. (Angel Spas) . Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Our therapists gave an excellent treatment. Relaxing and very enjoyable experience. Gold star service. Thank you Sevi and Sofia. Excellent
The good - Firstly this is a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely stay. Beautiful pool area but even though you shouldn’t reserve loungers people selfishly did. For a five star hotel you would also expect mattresses in the Loungers. Lovely beach Food was outstanding Rooms were of good size but in need of upgrading. Patio area from room was not cleaned the whole 10 days we were there. Bad - Bar service was appalling not enough staff working behind the bar in the pool bar, beach bar and main bar in the hotel. When ordering drinks in the evening we were typically waiting around 20 - 40 minutes. Beach bar you had to Waite for a certain waiter or waitress to come over to order food and drinks leaving other members of staff standing there when they could be ordering what we needed. Then you waited 10/15 minutes for drinks to arrive because they are talking behind the bar. On the early morning we arrived Sunday 29th June the gentleman behind the reception was unhelpful, didn’t greet us with a smile, just gave us our room card didn’t even explain were we had to go until we asked. Overall do not let this put you off coming to this hotel, just hope they see the reviews and take this into consideration.
Disappointing for the Price – Some Incredible Moments, but Service & Value Didn’t Match Expectations We stayed at this resort for what we hoped would be a relaxing and luxurious break. We paid over £3,000 for our stay, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet the standard we expected from a 5-star resort. There were definite highlights — the food and location were fantastic — but issues with service, drinks, and the spa brought the overall experience down. We effectively had only 6 full days due to late arrival and departure flights, which further reduced the value for money. Important tip for future guests: When your confirmation says "Monday at 00:00," it actually means Sunday night going into Monday. This caused confusion, and we wrongly believed we had an extra day, which we didn’t. 🛏️ ROOM – Beautiful but Minor Service Lapses Our room was genuinely lovely — modern, clean, and well-furnished. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is vital in that heat. However, despite leaving our dirty towels in the bath (which is typically the signal to replace them), they weren’t changed. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s something you don’t expect at this level of resort. 🍽️ FOOD – Absolutely Outstanding The food was the true highlight of our stay. * Buffet: Every night offered variety, freshness, and excellent quality. The food was replenished regularly, regardless of how much was left, which was reassuring and showed commitment to freshness and hygiene. * À la Carte: We were blown away. The quality was close to Michelin-star level. Beautiful presentation, unique flavor combinations, and genuinely exciting dishes. * Beach Bar: Another surprise — great selection and delicious food. Options felt fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully chosen. * Downside: It was disappointing that you had to pay extra for ice creams, even on an all-inclusive package. Feels a bit petty considering the price. 🍹 DRINKS – Major Disappointment for an All-Inclusive Resort This area really let the experience down. * The all-inclusive drink selection was very poor. Many cocktails and branded spirits were not included unless you paid an extra €14 per drink — which felt excessive. * The cocktails that were included often tasted artificial, overly strong, or simply unpleasant. Beer was the only consistently decent option. * Ordering drinks was also cumbersome: you had to give your room number every single time, even for water. It became frustrating very quickly. I was especially looking forward to enjoying proper cocktails in the sun, so this was a real letdown. 🍽️ SERVICE – Inconsistent Across the Board Restaurant Service: * Service was very slow at times. On multiple occasions, we received our meals before our drinks, and sometimes not at all. * My partner had to help himself to water from a fridge on several occasions because no one came to our table in time. Poolside Service: * Service was fast if you went up yourself to order. Don’t rely on being served while lying on your lounger, though — that barely happened. Beach Bar: * Again, food arrived before drinks, which wasn’t ideal in the heat. * You really had to chase staff to get served — they seemed overwhelmed or understaffed. Reception: * Check-in was unremarkable. The staff member who greeted us barely spoke and simply pointed to the concierge. We also paid the expected tourist tax (€105 for the week). * The concierge was helpful and efficient and took us to our room promptly. * However, our checkout experience was awful. We had a late flight and were told to return at 19:00 for our courtesy room. We arrived at 18:00, hot and uncomfortable from the beach, and were met by Maria, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She said “no” abruptly, with no explanation or empathy, then rolled her eyes and gave us very dirty looks. * When we were finally allowed in the room, it was filthy — sand on the floor, dirty wine glasses, and someone’s belongings still inside. No apology was offered, and it genuinely soured the end of our trip. 🎯 ACTIVITIES – Varied and Fun There was a wide variety of activities available, and most were enjoyable: * Cocktail Making: Disappointing — it was more of a demonstration than an interactive class. Only two volunteers actually got to make anything. * Wine Tasting: Lovely experience — three wines (two white, one red) served with cheese and marmalade. Very pleasant. * Cooking Demonstration: Excellent, though the kitchen area was extremely hot — still, the chef was engaging and skilled. * Wellness Activities: Yoga and strengthening classes were fantastic. Instructors were friendly and professional. * Beach Movie Night: A magical evening — watching Mamma Mia under the stars was a real highlight and felt like something out of a movie. 🎉 PARTIES – Good Idea, Poor Execution We attended the White Party, which had so much potential. The vibe was great, and the DJ/music was spot-on. Claire, the event coordinator, did a fantastic job setting it up. Unfortunately, the resort completely dropped the ball on staffing: * There was only one server for the entire event (which was packed) and two overwhelmed bartenders. * We arrived at 20:00 and got our first (and only) drink at 23:00, right before the party ended. Waiting 3 hours for one drink at an all-inclusive party is just unacceptable. 🏖️ POOLS & BEACH – Nice but Limited There is only one main pool at the resort. It’s well-maintained but can get quite busy. * Aqua Fit: A fun activity, though it’s only available on certain days * On windy days, all sunbeds and umbrellas are taken down for safety — which is good protocol, but guests should be warned to apply extra suncream, as you burn easily without shade. 💆♀️ SPA – Pushy, Lacking Professionalism This was probably the most disappointing aspect of our stay. * On our first morning, we visited the spa to collect towels and asked to see the treatment menu. There were no prices listed, and the staff member sat us down and gave a hard sales pitch. * I felt pressured into booking a massage without being given clear information. * I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but the treatment was rushed and incomplete. The therapist (Zoe, who was lovely) only worked on my legs and back — nothing on my stomach, arms, or neck, which are typically included. * The 40-minute session felt more like 25 minutes, followed by “relaxation” time, which meant sitting on hot stones while being shown an iPad to review and book another service. It completely killed the spa atmosphere. 🚗 EXCURSIONS – Amazing and Worth Exploring If you’re staying here, I highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. * Peacock Sanctuary: A peaceful, magical spot — truly worth the visit. * Swim to the Island Church: Surreal and beautiful. The snorkelling was some of the best we’ve done — we even saw pufferfish. A highlight of our holiday. 🧾 FINAL VERDICT: This resort has so much potential — the food, activities, and setting were all wonderful. But the inconsistent and often poor service, the lack of transparency in the spa, and the disappointing drinks experience really dragged down the overall feel. For a resort advertising itself as 5-star and charging 5-star prices, the execution wasn’t there — particularly in hospitality and guest care. With improved staff training and a better guest service approach, this could be an amazing place. Until then, I wouldn’t return at this price point.
Myself Steven hill and my Wife Lily hill visited this beautiful hotel in June and instantly fell in love with the hotel its simply peaceful paradise stunning location .this was our first time visiting cos and it was nothing short of stunning.but it was not only the hotel and location that was stunning the staff were amazing so friendly and relaxing nothing is too much for them to do for you best hotel ever. my wife and i would like to thank all the staff on reception ,restaurant, lifeguards and the spa and the tui reps Mara,Maria, alex, stratos, diana, lisa, moira, stefanos, george, nico, georgia, emmanuel, vosa, angela, ahmed, dante, george and many other names that should be here you are all very special people who give one hundred per cent of yourselves there will always be a special place in our hearts bless you all thank you again.
I’ve had an amazing massage session with Sevi, she was very professional and gentle during the massage and made the experience very pleasant.
We returned from here last week, we travelled as a group of 8, including friends and our eldest daughter (who turned 30 on Saturday whilst we were there)! Whilst check in was a little over complicated (I’m not sure I understand the need for wristbands when we had to give our room number every single time we ordered? Surely either give a wristband or ask room number, as both seems excessive each time) we experienced nothing but fantastic service after that point. Staff are all so helpful and friendly.. the staff at the desk are always on held to help and the staff in the restaurant and bar are just incredible. Emmanuel is an absolute credit to the hotel, remembering our drinks order and bringing them to us each evening without us having to ask and he taught me some new Greek phrases (I’ve been learning). Anastasia who serves the outside bar is also absolutely amazing and I also have to give a big shout out to Maria and Renos in the restaurant, for bringing me a cappuccino every morning without me even having to ask! We loved every minute of our stay, we came home feeling refreshed and relaxed. A much needed holiday for us as I’ve been undergoing cancer treatment for the last 6 months whilst still working full time and I didn’t realise how much I needed a holiday until we got here and switched off. Our room (547) was kept lovely and clean and had amazing views.. we couldn’t have wished for better. I just loved sitting on the terrace in the early evening, with my glass of wine, overlooking our private pool and the beautiful sea & mountains - we’ve already been looking at booking to return. Ignore reviews about star ratings etc as they’re just bizarre. Anyone with any common sense knows that a 5 star in Greece is not the same as a 5 star in the U.K., just as a 5 star in the U.K. is not the same as in, say Singapore or the Maldives, for example (we’ve stayed in many). Bizarre that people mention this in their reviews. We’ve stayed at other “5 star” hotels across Greece and this is up there as one of the best we’ve stayed in across Greece. If there was one small criticism or negative about this hotel then I’d have to say it’s the lifeguards. They are absolute kill joys, literally shouting at guests across the pool if they dared to laugh or look like they were having a good time or making a splash by gently dropping in off the side of the pool. On one occasion, our son in law politely asked the male lifeguard if he could take his lilo into the pool, he said yes, and then 20 minutes later the female lifeguard started shouting at them in front of other guests. Highly embarrassing when they’d been given permission! I really don’t understand why there are lifeguards staring at everyone around an adults only pool which isn’t even deep, when surely they’d be much more useful down on the beach where the current was sometimes quite strong. We witnessed 3 guests having medical incidents around the pool and each time, it was other guests who ran to help because the life guards were too busy making sure no one was having fun in the pool so didn’t even notice! Every guest we spoke to had the same feedback about the lifeguards… they even told the TUI reps off for splashing and having fun when it was a pool party! Bizarre. But that one negative aside, this is a fantastic hotel, amazing staff, great food, good evening entertainment (the acts from South Africa were incredible!), great location and great island and we would definitely return. Top tip: highly recommend going into Zia in the evening for the sunset, it’s stunning!
War ok, aber kein 5* Hotel
Not 5 star disgraceful reception asking for 103 euros for tax !!! food repetitive but ok wont starve. pool freezing & scolded from lifeguard no floats in pool !!! cobbled walkways dangerous. not near a town kardameina is a bus ride away and kos town is amazing but 3 bus changes to get there of pay £16 pp for coach takes 40 mins. coach driver on return driving like lunatic 10pm and would not let us on coach until 10, all waiting 20 mins on pavement. Anastasia in bar is amazing although others take ages. evening entertainment ok but need to get a seat on terrace before 8 and wait til 930 before it starts. best thing was the room and bed so comfortable. Iqbal the buggy driver is fantastic will pick you up and drop you back as our room 232 was far away from complex. so many wasted water areas which make the hotel look fab. would i return .... no too far from a walk into town. Danger do not attempt to get back to hotel late after bus service finishes as chaos to find taxi and almost a fight when one does turn up. Plus nice beach and no need to get up at 6 to put towels down plenty there.
Struttura molto pulita, esteticamente bella. Unica nota negativa estremamente silenziosa la sera
Our final day at this serene and rejuvenating hotel, it stands out as potentially the most relaxing adult-only TUI hotel we have experienced to date. A good advantage is the consistent availability of sunbeds near both the pool and beach, so there is no need for early morning reservations, a first for us. The absence of amplified music and inflatables makes it a more tranquil atmosphere. The pool is huge, a little cool on entry, but it provides a welcome respite from the heat. we divided our time between the pool and the beach, with the sound of the ocean creating a particularly peaceful experience. Would recommend bringing beach shoes due to the pebbled entry into the sea and many other beaches around Kos. The food in the main restaurant was to a very high standard, offering a wide variety with a different carvery station each day. The desserts were particularly delicious, especially the Greek selections. My compliments to the chefs. We booked a taxi from reception into Kardemna, we went on a boat trip to Nisyros booked with offshore travel, very good trip, on our return we waited by the bus stop for a taxi back, more convenient than catching the bus,it took less than 10 min cost approx €11. We also rented a car for 2 days from International rentals (in the hotel lobby) prices were very reasonable, staff very helpful gave us a map and highlighted the best places to visit, which we did and thoughtfully enjoyed. The entertainment was exceptional, fantastic vocal performances, and choreography from the dance act. However, we feel the viewing experience could be enhanced by raising the stage to improve visibility for all guests, not just the front row. It can get a bit windy, especially in the evenings, so recommend bringing a light jacket/cardigan. Not always enough seats, so you might have to stand for some performances. All the staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and will do anything they can to help you. We booked a garden view room. Which also had a sea view, It was a delightful spacious room 561 not far from the pool or restaurant, and we had the most adorable cleaner who really looked after us. Tui reps are great, and their are plenty of activities on offer, I enjoyed the pebble painting and the white party. We stayed half board a rough guide to drink prices €10-50 for a G&T €5-50 for 550ml beer. €3-50 soft drinks, cocktails are around €10 upwards. Slight niggle I ordered a Mojito on my last night and it was not nice, which when i'm paying €10 i was expecting a nice tasty cocktail made with branded spirits, not one made with local spirits , all I could taste was soda. The cocktail I did enjoy was the Pina Colada. Service can also be a bit slow as the bar seems understaffed, only 2 people working the bar, and this is the only bar open in the evenings. But overall, this is a lovely hotel, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
If I could rate the hotel 4.5*, I would have done. We have been to the hotel the last four years and there’s good reason why we keep returning: * It has its own private beach located right in front of the hotel which is a big draw, as we spend most of our days here * The hotel (and rooms) is beautifully presented and always spotless. The cleaning and gardening teams do a great job. It feels luxurious * The fitness classes led by Jenna are great. I have been to quite a few over the years. They are set at the right level for a holiday and adapted to different fitness levels * There is a wide selection of drinks and salads * We have been on quite a few of the trips and particularly enjoyed Nisyros and Zia * The bus to local town Kardamena is quick and only €2. We recommend Avli for food! There have been some welcomed improvements over the years: * The service is a lot more efficient at night in the hotel lobby and at lunch. Emmanuel, Gellar, and Renos have been great * There are more food labels so you know what the dishes are and if they’re vegetarian * This year a few staff members noticed we’d been before, which made us feel welcomed * The beach bar is sometimes open for drinks at night as a break from the main entertainment However, a few areas for improvement which means it’s not quite 5*: * This year, the service at the pool bar was a bit disorganised and slower compared to previous years (although Maria is very efficient) * The food does get a little repetitive if here for 2 weeks and you don’t eat meat (as neither of us do). Perhaps a few more vegetarian main options would be good for lunch and dinner * The nighttime entertainment can also get a little repetitive and is sometimes a bit serious/down beat for a holiday * Being greeted in and out of the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner feels a little awkward. Maybe just at dinner would be fine. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a relaxing beach/pool holiday. There’s a reason we keep coming back!
This is a 3* hotel NOT anywhere near close to 5* …. Why…??? 1. Had to carry own cases to room 2. No zero / diet soft drinks 3. Only 1 swimming pool NOT 3 as advertised 4. Grounds unkept, overgrown grass, weeds everywhere 5. No bar service to beach 6. No cushions on loungers 7. ONLY 35% of drinks on menus are available in all inclusive package 8. Buffet restaurant food like warm, tasteless and lacking variety. Service in there abysmal - every night did we have to chase waiters down to try and get a drink, much to their displeasure. Breakfast servicing orange squash NOT juice. 9. Lack of facilities - 5 minutes walk across 2 floors from bar / entertainment to reach bathrooms. 10. Unsafe spaces - cobbled paths were very uneven making them difficult to walk through and impossible to wear heals. Steps into swimming pool incredibly steep and almost impossible to get in and out. POSITIVES…. 1. Staff - huge thank you to Emmanuel & Anastasia - Bar Evangelia, Mersina & Spiros - Ammos Beach Bar for impeccable customer service 2. A la Carte Restaurant - very nice, sadly only allowed to visit once during stay. Highly recommend … Chicken Gyoza Pastitsada Beef stuffed grape leaves Wild mushroom Almond nougatine Textures with dark chocolate
Beautiful hotel with stunning views! All the staff were amazing, Anastasia & Emanuel the bar staff were so lovely and friendly. Everyone on reception couldn’t do enough for you, too many to name. Our main man was Iqbal who was so nice, always joking. He took us to our room every time we needed him in the golf cart. Definitely not a 5 🌟 The food was good, excellent variety, salads were superb but very samey, no decent wine and the A La Carte wasn’t anything special but again the restaurant staff were amazing! Shout out to Han the Tui rep was brilliant. How she welcomes all the guests with her knowledge and expertise. Overall a very relaxed holiday ****
Elle at the spa was absolutely amazing. The massage and facial was very relaxing! Strongly recommend when staying at this hotel.
Just back after a 7 night stay which was enjoyable but not a fully blown 5 star . The room was clean , meals a little repetitive , only 1 restaurant with table service , staff good even though some make drinks better than others . The management seem to stand in your way at meal times and just talk on their phones ( a little strange ). Food is only served within a small time slot which makes meal times very busy .there is a large selection of food but often isn’t hot enough .The water in the pool is FREEZING ! Maybe because it is painted white but even at the end of the day was still a challenge to get in . They is no ambiance around the pool at all , no music and not many actually in the water .The sea was warmer , sand was hot so shoes needed and no service , you had to fetch drinks & food to your sunbed . Plenty of sun beds even though the Germans did their usual thing and put towels out ( even though they said it does not happen ). Bus into town worth the visit and only 2 euro . The entertainment at night was better than normal but finding a seat was quite difficult . The drinks in the Lobby bar were excellent and some higher numbered rooms were a good walk to get to .we used the spa and the massage was very good and fairly reasonable for hotel prices . Very close to the airport so transfer only takes 20 mins . You can see the planes landing over the hotel but this doesn’t cause any discomfort or noise . The sea is clear , sand is good but a 10 min walk to any watersports down the beach .
I booked to have a back neck and scalp massage and my therapist was Zoe she was so lovely and very calming the massage was really good and would recommend Zoe if you ever go for a massage she was so sweet
For the last few years I have revisited this Hotel Twice a year in May and Sep. I have tried other hotels but this one is consistently lovely. Staff are super friendly from reception to bar to restaurant and can’t do enough to make your stay special. Immaculately clean throughout and right on the beach. There is nothing I don’t love and looking forward to returning once again in Aug. Great entertainment in the evening and great food. Simply amazing a huge thank you to all the staff who work really hard.
Wow ! Such a wonderful stay at the Atlantica Belvedere Resort. We stayed back in 2019 and wow what a difference now June 2025 ! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiley faces, the reception team were so helpful and have been throughout. We also received a much needed welcome drink. We were taken to our room by the traditional golf buggy. Our room was just perfect ♥️. The cleaners did a great job too and work hard, they were all so friendly. All staff jotted around the hotel were friendly they also do a great job. We mainly went to the beach bar for lunch...what an improvement...in fact it made us eat a lot more than we should have at lunchtime 😋🤭🐷..oh well that's for holidays are for!!! The restaurant what an improvement with the food... Absolutely wonderful..well done to the chefs.. Lovely presentation, and staff walking around making sure everything is topped up. Waiters and waitresses do a great job, sorry I can't remember the man who served us regularly our drinks in restaurant but he does a great job as well as the others. Bar staff and waiters/waitresses also do a great job in the main bar in the evening..shout out to Emmanuel (hopefully I've spelt that right!), he made sure we were topped up with drinks in the evening, friendly young man. Would we return of course !! Thank you to everyone at the Atlantica Belvedere Resort Kos.
Overall, this is a great hotel with a private beach, pool, and very well-maintained facilities. Free parking is available, and there are various sports activities such as volleyball and tennis. The room was excellent, clean, and well-kept, with its own balcony. The food was outstanding with a good selection, and the all-inclusive options were fantastic, especially the cocktails, which were served excellently. Evening entertainment was also offered, including a movie on the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
This was our second visit to this resort in 2024 and we are hoping to book again for a couple of trips next year. The hotel is absolutely lovely, sited next to a beautiful beach in a quiet area, but also close enough to Kardamena a fine minute drive - where there is nightlife (if you want that!). I actually wrote another 5 star review earlier in the summer, the food at this resort is excellent, there is variety of choice every day and a mixture of hot and cold options, plus hot and cold plates to put your food on!! The quality of the food was one of the main reasons that we booked to come back there, alongside excellent levels of cleanliness and overall great service provided by all staff.
Eva, in the spa area, tried to do a hard sell as soon as we arrived, getting us to sit down and explaining the different treatments etc, which was fine. But as soon as I made it clear I was not going to purchase there and then she was hostile and rude the rest of our holiday - even when handing back towels. The red haired lady on reception was also rude - and I cannot think of a single thing we could have done to cause this. Some of the pools aren't actually usable and you can see they have had the ladders removed. The paving stones are absolutely dangerous in some areas. Physically, the hotel was nice, and the rooms were good, as was the food. However, we would not recommend.
Myself and my daughter holidayed here for a week in October and the hotel was stunning. Modern, clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, the food was great and the rooms were big and comfy. We were offered a free room upgrade and were taken to both rooms for us to decide. There was no pressure but we opted for the upgrade because it had a swim up pool. Would highly recommend a stay here.
We visited the same hotel last year and this year again because the first visit was so amazing but this year we noticed that the quality of the food had dropped a lot, the hotel staff attitude was changed from happy to annoyed. From the AI (all inclusive) drink list several options were not available. The night shows were the same as last year and they were not good. We felt that this year the trip was not value for the money unfortunately.
We stayed at TUI Blue Atlantica in June and had a truly wonderful time. Although it’s a buffet-style restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and quality. The setting of the restaurant added to the experience—it felt like dining in a fancy restaurant every night. The service was exceptional—this was honestly the best we’ve experienced. Everyone at the venue was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. If you visit, I highly recommend taking a trip to Kardamena. There’s a cheap and convenient bus right outside the hotel, which makes it easy to explore. In the evenings, the live music was a lovely touch and really added to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great adults only holiday. One thing I will just add is that all drinks are not included in the all inclusive deal.
For an adults only half board the snackbar is very poor! Less of choice and very simple food. This was the worst experience of all the lunch restaurants in all adults only hotels i have ever been! Breakfast and diner was good!
Consigliatissimo
Large comfortable rooms, good dining options, excellent staff, nice beach, comfortable sunbeds. We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. We found several other people at the hotel who had also had the same symptoms.
The staff were incredible, especially Ovidu and Alfredo at front desk. Although it seems like there are a lot of pools, there really aren’t unless you have your own swim up. Drink services at the beach would have been nice. The food was good with a large variety. The rooms were really spacious and spotless.
All Inclusive Drinks not so good.
