Lần nào công tác cũng ghé Jovia, thân thuộc như ở nhà. Nhân viên dễ thương và luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, vị trí ngay trung tâm, tiện di chuyển.

Det sødeste, venligste og servicemindede personale. Hotellet ligger perfekt, i gåafstand fra det meste. Fremstår en smule slidt, men rent. Vores værelse var ret lille, men gik fint alligevel. Vi var der i 18 nætter. Morgen er utroligt god, stort udvalg og madder af frisk frugt/grønt. Er stor fan af kaffe, men ikke smagen af hasselnødder. Så den sprang jeg over, men en masse andet at vælge mellem.

Pool området kunne godt trænge til en update, men var godt og funktionelt.

El desayuno es escaso y en nada parecido a lo que aparece en las fotografías que publica el hotel en el portal de booking al igual que las instalaciones, un hotel que parece venido a menos.

The staff were amazing. Chloe and Nick went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They allowed us to change rooms with no hassle when our first room didn't suit our needs. The hotel is located very centrally, near to Ben Tanh Market, the cathedral, book street, and East West brewing company if you like a craft beer.

The rooms were very worn down compared to the pictures. The hotel could benefit from a decent maintenance team.

Het ontbijt was de slechtste die we tijdens onze vietnam vakantie gehad hadden.

Hotel bardzo dobrze sprawdził się jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Sajgonu. Największym atutem jest lokalizacja – praktycznie w samym sercu miasta, blisko najważniejszych miejsc i atrakcji. Sam hotel jest raczej podstawowy i nie oferuje wielu dodatkowych udogodnień, ale jest czysto, ceny są rozsądne, a personel zasługuje na duży plus. Wszyscy byli bardzo pomocni, uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. B pod uwagę cenę i lokalizację, pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Poleciłbym ten hotel osobom, które szukają niedrogiego i dobrze położonego miejsca przede wszystkim jako bazy do zwiedzania miasta.

Jedynym minusem był dla mnie stosunkowo niewielki wybór podczas śniadań. Zaznaczę jednak, że jestem przyzwyczajony do śniadań w europejskim stylu, więc jest to uwaga kierowana przede wszystkim do polskich i europejskich gości – dla osób przyzwyczajonych do lokalnych śniadań może to w ogóle nie być problemem.

Très bon accueil et personnel prévenant tout au long du séjour. Hôtel très bien tenu et confortable en plein centre de Saigon.

Está en una ubicación perfecta para ir a pie a todos los puntos de interés. Nosotros teníamos una habitación familiar muy amplia con vistas a la ciudad. Correcta. El personal del hotel muy agradable.

El desayuno era horrible, estuvimos dos noches y el segundo dia nos fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar.

Apart from the start, the rest of our visit was great and staff were great. Except for our initial arrival. Great location

We arrived at 8:30am we had actually paid for the day before and advised weeks before that we were on an early flight and wanted to go straight into our room as we had an overnight flight. The gentleman at reception advised that check in was the day before and they had given our room up, so we can't get into our room until after 2pm. Me tired after our flight wasn't happy and stated "you have given up my room?" Reception guy then proceeded to be very rude and talk down to me. I then showed the email I had previously sent, his behaviour changed and said it was a misunderstanding and we can now go to our room. The bath wasn't attached to the floor and was dangerous as you had to shower in the bath, I told the girl at reception, but she told me that this was normal. Quite dangerous as my wife almost fell over when showering.

An extremely noisy family was on our floor and wandered between two rooms with doors left open and children screaming . Notified staff about it but little they could do other than move us. Should have enforced that their doors were kept closed at least. Thankfully we were out of the room mostly. Staff was very nice.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Location was really good, close to local shops and restaurants.

The pictures weren't totally truthful, but it was okay standard. They might need to renovate, the floor was covered in one place.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, cerca del mercado de Ben Than. Personal muy amable, habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas. Camas muy cómodas, en general una buena estancia.

Quizás la piscina mas pequeña de lo que me imaginaba, pero buena para un resfresco del calor de la ciudad. Desayuno buffet un poco básico.

La chambre partait en lambeaux (tapisserie arracher), le petit déjeuner pas à notre goût, la piscine qui n’est vraiment pas du tout la même qui sur les photos, seulement 4 places pour se mettre autour L’hôtel est à rafraîchir

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die außen Geräusche sind deutlich zu hören, aber Ruhe haben will ist in Saigon sowieso fehl am Platz.

Il y a eu une erreur sur l’attribution des chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvé avec 2 petites chambre au lieu de 2 grandes. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits et nous avons dût annuler les deux dernières nuits car comme nous sommes arrivé tard. Les chambres étatisaient un peu vieillottes (une petite rénovation des chambres ne ferait pas de mal à l’établissement.

En esta ocasión nos ubicaron el habitación pagada como Deluxe Double Room with Alley view ya que habíamos estado unos días antes aquí pero en una habitación que nos correspondia

Reservamos una habitación y pagamos una Deluxe Double Room with Alley view y de Deluxe no tenía nada. El hotel estába lleno y no nos dieron la que nos correspondía. El baño dejaba mucho de desear

Centralissimo e comodissimo per il mercato coperto e per raggiungere le via principali con molti ristoranti e negozi. Personale sempre gentile. Letto abbastanza comodo.

La colazione può essere migliorata di molto. Buffet che non viene rifornito, parte dolce praticamente inesistente. Poca varietà di frutta. Camera molto umida e piccola. Piscina molto diversa da quella che si vede nelle foto. Molto meno suggestiva.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait ! Vous pouvez trouver facilement des restaurants autour de l’hôtel. Le personnel était au petit soin dès l’arrivée et sont toujours très serviable. Les chambres étaient confortable et très spacieuse. Pour un 3 hôtel nous trouvons qu’il en fait plutôt 4 😊.

Le petit déjeuner fermait beaucoup trop tôt (de mémoire 9h) donc cela ne permettait pas de se reveiller un peu plus tard. Le paiement devait se faire avant l’arrivée nous pensions que Booking nous prélèverait mais ce n’était pas le cas. Donc nous avions dû payer en cash à l’arrivée. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec baignoire, dans les photos on voyait une baie vitrée pour la salle de bain mais nous avons eu une chambre avec murs pour cloissonner la salle de bain. Un peu de poussière et des détritus en dessous des lits mais pas gênant.

Service könnte verbessert werden. Kleine Reparaturarbeiten würden helfen. Auch alte Matratzen wegräumen verschönert den Gesamteindruck. Frühstück ist nicht so gut und wird nur mäßig nachgefüllt.
