This hotel had its strong points, but an incident during our stay tarnished the positive impression we might otherwise have had. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything, with shops and restaurants right on the street. It is an excellent base for exploring the city's attractions on foot. Breakfast is a buffet, offering enough variety for a short stay. The family room we stayed in was quite spacious, featuring air conditioning and windows facing the main street. The bathroom included a bathtub and toiletries. Bottled water was provided daily, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. The photos were accurate. Laundry service is also available.

On the downside, the reception staff spoke very limited English—barely a handful of words—which made communication very difficult. We experienced an incident during our stay that was never truly explained: on the second day, when we returned to our room, we saw that housekeeping had been there. However, while one of the two beds had been made, the other was exactly as we had left it. The room also had two armchairs and a low coffee table where we had left some belongings and clothes. Upon our return, we discovered that the table had been removed from the room (!!!) and the armchairs replaced with different ones. In the process, our belongings had been piled onto the unmade bed. It was absolutely inexplicable! When we tried to clarify the situation at the front desk, we couldn't get a straight answer as to why this had happened. The solution offered was to move us to another identical room that had already been cleaned. We moved, but felt so uncomfortable that the next day we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door to prevent anyone from entering. They entered anyway! When we returned, housekeeping had been in, despite the sign. It was a situation I had never experienced before, and one for which I received no explanation.

Unfortunately, I did not like my experience at this hotel. The overall stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable.

The experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The air conditioning was leaking, the lights in the room were constantly flickering, and the bathtub did not work. I felt poorly treated by the staff.

Our stay in the Presidential Suite was absolutely perefection. It offers incredicle space, making it perfect for family of 4. The suite has exercise bike to do a workout with a spectacular ocean view. The hotel has a halal certified restauarnt on the 28th floor. You get to taste local Vietnamese cuisine without any doubts and given a free halal breakfast at the same restaurant. It is a muslim friendly hotel and also a prayer room at 26th floor. Fantastic!

Nice buffet for the morning. They are accommodating.

Had to go to the sister hotel which was really nice and clean. The first two rooms they proposed to me were not as clean as they should have been.

Bit run down issues with elevator upon arrival. Rooms small and air conditioner barely kept room cool. Small leaks in bathroom. Stairwell not clear in case of emergency

Perfect location, in the center of city, close to Night market and restaurants. Helpful staff and very good breakfast. We will come back for sure.

The lady at the breakfast was running a lot alone serving all guests.

Breakfast closes at 9.30am pretty early not the ideal. I have booked a double premium room with one double bed. Upon checking in they let me.pay and only after I have got a room with two beds which I hate. They asked if the day after I could change room with a refund of roughly 300k VND. After this unplanned change they claimed that they gave me a double room.with two beds which was bigger and then no need for a refund or price adjustment. A scam. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The staff were friendly and could understand English , The breakfast buffet was yummy .

There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling, we were scared about mice.

Aircon barely worked and there was a foul smell in the bathroom. Toilet was also dirty.

Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in HCMC. Room service and towel change every day.

The air conditioning unit is under powered for a family room with 2 double beds. Air conditioning unit has water leaking due to condensation. There is a lizard in the room that comes out during the night making noise on the table. They leave the used towels at the staircase waiting for collection.
