Excellent Stay Had a very pleasant stay at Baba dlx hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and supportive, and the location near Railway station is very convenient.

The WIfi was not at all working . Even after complaining them multiple times there was a odd smell coming from corridor like a hair oil

The rooms were completely different from the pictures shown during booking. To make matters worse, we were charged **double the promised booking amount** because the rooms we had booked were apparently given to other guests, and we were then told we were being “upgraded.” The so-called upgraded rooms were anything but an upgrade. There were **cockroaches, no hot water, a broken electric kettle, poor cleanliness, and generally unacceptable conditions**. The “view” was simply a construction site. The staff and service were equally disappointing. They were rude, forgetful, and extremely slow to respond. We had to ask **3–4 times just to get a bottle of water**. After waiting for an entire hour with no response, I eventually had to go downstairs and buy the water myself. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The room quality, cleanliness, service, pricing, and the way the booking was handled were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking recent reviews and confirming your exact room and price directly with the hotel before booking.

Actually i had standard expectations from this hotel due to the location. But, they ruined my entire trip. The only good thing is that it's near the new Delhi railway station

1) AC they provided an old model, But the problem is that they have not provided AC Remote i have requested for two days repeatedly then also not get. Due to that i infected the fever and cold. 2) I got room on the 5th floor. The lift was only available on the 4th floor. So on the 5th floor i need to walk through a heavy bag in front of the pantry. Again requested no action taken 3) the towel they provided was insane. I can attach that as a photo. After so many requests they changed. 4) even they didn't give complementary water either. When i asked reception they informed me it was chargeable. Okay rules must follow above the humanity, but worst towel, noice room, with remote Ac not the part of rule.

I had a train at 4pm. They stored luggage free and allowed late checkout. Made my travel very easy and stress-free.

Hotel is in the city center, with all amenities. Wi-Fi was working fine, A/C was good and very effective.
