comfortable and budget-friendly stay in a convenient Delhi location. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall service is good. A suitable option for both business and leisure travellers looking for value for money

Absolutes Desaster.

comfortable and memorable stay. Our check-in was fast and hassle free. The rooms are large, cozy and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Real value for money.

Hotel was very good, a good location, clean room & bathroom, near New Delhi Railway station. Hotel food was good.

Great job hotel elegance team

Nothing to like.

I informed hotel beforehand that I will be for sure staying there and planning to arrive at 02:00 am on 26 July 2025. But when I arrived, the administrator at the reception told me that there is no available rooms for me and proposed to spend night in other hotel. So during that raining night I was searching for other hotel to spend the rest of that bad night.

1 of the best hotel in new delhi everything was perfect

Need to work on cleaning

It's was too dark had few ceiling lights but still it looked quite dark, Television was not working after telling several times no one really cared to fix it Even the bedsheets and pillow were not so clean

Room service was great 👍🏻

Love the view from the room

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service, luxurious rooms, and warm hospitality

The staff was professional and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in

The attention to detail, friendly staff, and beautiful ambiance made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back

Nice stay

Nice view from the room

It’s a good place to stay. Service is good, room was clean

The rooms are good and clean, and the staff is helpful. Perfect stay

Stayed for a night before my train. good location, clean rooms, and good service. Worth the price

lol Elegance? Don’t be fooled. The pictures tell a decent story, but our room was run down, the option for our 13 year old was a dusty matress. Sure, it was $60nzd per night, but the drilling from the building next door, the concrete dust, the smoke and the mess, I’d have paid a maximum of $30. Staff were making furniture in the lobby, clever for sure - I couldn’t make a sofa from scratch, but honestly, do that somewhere else! We bailed after three nights - give us credit for sticking it out, and we’re refunded for the last night. We spent the final night at Bloom hotel down the road.

Staff never responded.no hot water in the tap.

Staff were very friendly and always there to help. They was very welcoming on arrival and made our stay enjoyable. They helped us booking trips. Location is good.

The hotel is nearby to local transport I recommend this stay for travelers and family's.

Location ,staff , price and food is excellent Just the cleanisnes of the hotel was quite bad . If the Delhi pollution effects this place than they definitely need to steam clean more

Cleanliness

Rooms are not cleaned properly, bathroom is also very dirty, rooms are smelling , cokroches are flying in rooms. Doors are not closed properly.

Nice stay

Excellent response to the request. Staff are reliable and humbled.

No any issues .
