Location is beautiful. Spa such a good find. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Felt very understaffed. Staff that were on were super friendly, super helpful and so nice. Long delays from ordering to receiving the food. More than a few tables in the restaurant and service really seemed to suffer. Personally we had a couple of issues with our meals BUT they were recognised immediately and dealt with superbly. Mistakes happen and we are totally fine with that but the manner in which they are dealt with matters and they were dealt with rapidly and professionally

I dont recall ever staying in a smaller room and it was out the back of the hotel which was a bit noisy - as was the fire door next to our room that banged when people passed.

On first appearance, Hotel itself is dated, but this seems to be a common theme in the area. Spa is good. Location has good views but need a car to access. Food is top quality. Jack at the bar is the main man. Breakfast was terribly slow but likely staffing issues again a common theme.

Dated decor, expect lower price for that reason. Shower had dirty grout again a common thing we saw on our travels. Likely short staffing/ training problem which could be easily solved.

Exceptional location and views, with a fantastic spa. Excellent breakfast and we were amazed at the restaurant food quality, which is deserving of a Michelin guide notice - there was no need to eat anywhere else! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room size is left to be wanting, and the bed was far too small for the two of us - only a regular double, which is barely large enough for one adult man. Obviously the building has some constraints, but this room (which also had no view) should really only be given to a single traveller.

Food service very slow. 40 min wait for breakfast (was quiet) and dinner.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble - they even brought our two dogs a sausage each at breakfast! The food in the restaurant was exceptional - we weren’t going to eat there on both nights but the dinner was so good on the first night we booked in again for our second night! Lovely cliff top walks from the hotel, with beaches nearby (although, unfortunately for us, not dog friendly in July and August). Lovely spa on site with indoor and outdoor pools/jacuzzi, Sauna etc. I had a lovely massage whilst I was there which was very enjoyable but didn’t use the other facilities as the weather outside was so beautiful we wanted to be outside and swam in the sea instead. The cliff top Perfect spot to watch the eclipse from too!

As the weather was so beautiful it would have been nice to have some nicer outdoor terrace furniture outside the bar/restaurant to relax on or maybe even have dinner at (but I guess this weather is not normal!)

Amazing location on top of the cliffs. Impeccable service, delicious restaurant. Breakfast is tasty. The spa is spacious and it feels great to swim and relax while watching the sea. The hotel is best placed for hikes around the coastline. You can also easily walk to the village or drive around the region.

The location was second to none it is the first time we had toured this site of Cornwall and was spectacular.

The hotel had everything from the views , comfort, pleasant staff and so welcoming. It was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. And the food was- well what can I say, those chefs deserve a medal from the breakfast to the evening meal, everything was absolutely superb. The facilities etc spa, pool , sauna , hotub were amazing and the spa staff so pleasant and polite. Please dont stop this amazingly well run establishment it’s wonderful. And we will return very soon, thank you to you all for making our stay so memorable. Hope to see you soon.

The location of the property is absolutely beautiful. The spa is excellent, and the spa services were also wonderful.

I was disappointed by the difference in treatment during check-in when the property was booked through a third party rather than directly through Mullion Cove. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was noticeable dust around the coffee machine and on the table where it was kept, and the coffee mugs were not properly washed or replaced by the cleaners each day. Overall, the daily room service was not up to the standard I would expect from a property of this calibre. I chose Mullion Cove partly because cleanliness is particularly important to me, as I am quite sensitive to dust and allergic to it. Unfortunately, the standard of housekeeping did not meet my expectations, especially considering the very high price we paid for our stay. The beautiful location and excellent spa were definitely highlights, but the housekeeping and room cleanliness were disappointing and affected our overall experience.

The hotel is set in a wonderfully scenic location offering breathtaking views whilst lying in bed or enjoying dinner in the restaurant.

There is nothing we did not like.

The Restuarant was superb, so were the staff at reception, the outdoor pool first class

The room we were given was obviously meant for one person not two, there was only one bathroom cup holder. I was told it was a standard room but it was awful, very small, the window blocked out with a blind, no facility to re-charge a mobile phone and worse of all the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, it was full to the brim with human hair !

The only addition would be air con, but if you drink enough it becomes irrelevant plus it’s only 1 hot summer

I had the most amazing treatment in the spa. The products and therapist were exceptional. The good in the restaurant was phenomenal and the staff were friendly, professional and thoughtful.

My room was on the ground floor. As a lone traveller, I felt a little vulnerable. I booked a room with a sea view but there was a half blind that I had to have up because otherwise people could see into the room. This knocked out the purpose of having a sea view because I could only see it when standing up or if I had the blind down. My bill was also messed up by the hotel’s system which added stress to my experience.

We were a late booking snd informed our room was small. That was alright if furniture moved more imaginatively in order that a decent bed was installed .it was a double but there could have been room for a king size. The actual comfort of bed was good.

The Atlantic restaurant - instead of seeing the sea, there is a car park in the way. I don't know if they own it, or if it is public, but for goodness sake. All we saw was a line of customer cars and no sea. Expensive supper - understand that - looking at cars. Surely, lower the ground or do something!

It is a fabulous location. The waiting staff seem very cheerful.

My room smelled of the greasy cooking from the kitchen. Staff stood and watched me struggle through doors with heavy cases. There was a short-sighted negotiation re an upgraded room. Entrance door were unimpressive: I understand the difficulties of the weather but there was no welcoming entrance.

Obviously the location, but most of all the staff - they were all exceptional! We have stayed in some excellent hotels and this one matched on every level and exceeded with staff and food. Even though I had a slight issue with my steak, on balance, the best quality and value food we have had possibly ever! Fab menu. Also really liked the hotel deco and dog friendliness, even though I had left my pooch at home. The spa was also amazing! Lots of parking, great maps for walking.

We choose this hotel of birthday Treat 🥰. The SPA is truly brilliant. 🥰 We are enjoying our stay . The beds are comfortable and our bedroom window offers a pleasant sea view 😍.. We will defenetly returning.

Location is spectacular! Didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast as has to rush to catch an unexpected earlier flight back to the Isles of Scilly due to the changing weather!

Beautiful view, gorgeous rooms and public areas! The spa was lovely, it was quite small but that made it feel even cosier and it never felt too busy even when it was full! The food was also very nice and the restaurant felt quite chic!

Breakfast was the best I’ve had of anywhere I’ve stayed. Location 10/10. Staff extremely helpful polite and happy in spa and hotel.
