Superb location. The bar, restaurant and spa were wonderful.

The ongoing building works. Although necessary and will make the hotel even better, we arrived to a building site.

Being woken up by a very loud tv and having to look for a staff member at 11 in the evening to tell my neighbour next door to turn down the tv clearly sound proofing issues!!!! Being told day before that there was work being carried out on the building when this should of been advertised at the beginning of my booking

Die Lage so hoch oben ist ein Traum! Auch der Außenbereich zum Meer hin war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr nett.

Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten zum Teil schon sehr veraltet. Außerdem war der angegebene Außenpool nicht zu finden (angeblich wegen Bauarbeiten). Fitnessstudio und Innenpool sehr klein und alt. Man muss sich hierfür (& fürs Frühstück) auch immer extra einen Zeitslot buchen, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Infos, die wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten.

Fantastic location - breathtaking views, coastal walks, not crowded at all. Breakfast was really great!

Perhaps due to the popularity of the hotel, parking may at times are challenging.

Das Schwimmbad war für Kinder gewiss ein toller Ort, für uns eher weniger, aber es wird daran gearbeitet.

Room 807. This is above a suite with a hot tub and when the guest use it at 2am and the kids are in it 6am the noise and bright light are unacceptable.

We enjoyed all our meals and the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Ocean Location Beach Super friendly staff Easy Parking

We arrived in the wake of one wedding and before the next that night. Due to this, our room was not finished until 1.5hrs after Check in Time . Still, reception was wonderful and offered a comped drink. Our room, not a seaview room, was situated directly above the main entrance and although all wedding guests were well mannered and quite, we heard every conversation and smellt every cigarette. The subsequent cleanup that happened at 2am was trying to be quite, was not. The room doors were unbelievably loud when closing. So you heard the last person going to sleep and the first getting back up. Staff was very friendly and did everything right but due to understaffing, once led to us waiting over an hour for breakfast. Indoor Pool is in bad shape but still great for little kids to play. All in all, they are currently under construction and will be a completely different experience once finished. In the meantime just get a seaview room and if youre partially or fully deaf you can even got our room for a great Price.

Beautiful hotel and location for such a reasonable price. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Our table for dinner was ours for the entire evening. The food was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous.

The villa we stayed did not have hot water. We were moved to a different villa after a day and as a heater were offered pizza. By the way the daily charge for those villas are over £400 a day. So they were quite generous (?) redeeming themselves

Stunning location, Vista restaurant has fabulous dining views. Al the staff were friendly and informative, great for walking parts of the coastline. Dining was good and the range of drinks in the bar good too.

Wi-Fi was hit and miss, out room had signal in the bathroom but hardly any in the room itself. Our room was above the Island Suite and on the two nights we stayed there was quite a lot of noise from the suite below late into the night.

the breakfast was great and had lots of choice to choose from menu. Besides of the main breakfast, they still provided lots of bread, cereal and gluten free, diary free choice. their dinner also were excellent too!! Mussle of the day the the best ever!!!! their staff called us 2 days before the booking for confirming breakfast and dinner time, i would say that is fantastic service, very well prepared for everything. Due to booked 2 different types of rooms for 2 nights, they helped us to move all our luggages to new room, thats extra miles ahead for us, hence, we no need to carry all of them to reception!! What a lovely arrangement!!!

Le camere andrebbero rinnovate, i vetri avevano le ragnatele. Poco personale durante il momento colazione. Il processo di addebito su camera andrebbe rivisto e strutturato, se non lo chiedi non rilasciano scontrino e non ti fanno firmare una copia. Così si rischiano addebiti non corretti durante il check out.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a villa but we had paid for a sea view double room. We always do self catering holidays but this is an annual treat for myself and my husband. I appreciate we could walk across to breakfast. Very disappointed with the views (back of the hotel and carpark) not a fan of the bean bags for the balcony, a patio set would be better although I didn't fancy sitting on the balcony in full view of everyone at the back of the hotel. I appreciate the villas are normally very expensive but it wouldn't have been our choice. There is a real lack of privacy at the front and back of the villa. People could just walk up the side and onto the patio. We had a really lovely hotel room last year and was very disappointed with our stay this year. Also we were only told about the vast construction works taking place on the Saturday and we were arriving on the Monday.

Demotiviertes, uninteressiertes Personal. Insbesondere an der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und beengt. Die Sessel beim Frühstück sind äußerst unbequem. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Keinen Aufzug in die oberen Etagen, die Koffer dürfen selber hinauf getragen werden. Auf der Terrasse sind unbequeme, klobige holzsessel und Tische. Null Flexibilität des Personals um auf wünsche der Gäste einzugehen.

Super Lage auf der Klippe. Der Blick beim frühstücken oder Dinner oder auf der Wiese ist sensationell!! Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Abendkarte ist auch sehr gut und es schmeckte alles was wir in den fünf Tagen hatten. Unser Zimmer war recht groß mit Meerblick. <3 Das Bad war auch geräumig mit flauschigen Handtüchern und Bademänteln. Die Bucht am Strand ist super aber recht steil zu erreichen. Es gibt aber einen „Bring- und Holdienst“. Der Küsten Wanderweg ist direkt vom Hotel erreichbar.

Der Room Service brauchte einige Tage „Anlauf“ bis die Betten gemacht waren und gesaugt wurde. Der Service beim frühstücken war recht langsam und leider war häufig die Kaffee Maschine defekt. Es gab viele Hunde im Hotel die auch mit zum frühstücken dürfen. (Als Info für Menschen , die das evtl. nicht mögen ;) Der Aussenpool war komplett weg ( ohne vorherige Angabe ) :(( und es gab eine sehr große Baustelle am Hotel. Der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen aber es war eine Beeinträchtigung. Der Ort Mullion ist sehr klein aber mit guten Busverbindungen kommt man überall hin. Kreditkarte beim Bezahlen war nicht möglich. Es gab auch kein Karten Lese Gerät.

People were friendly and helpful. We were allowed with the dogs in most areas of the hotel. The location is amazing. There was a bag of doggy goodies in the room when we arrived. The room was well equipped.

The room was a bit too warm, it could benefit from air conditioning, it would have helped to rest better. Also in the bathroom the curtains on the window meant at night people could clearly see us from the outside while having a shower or just being in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't the best I ever had at a hotel, not a big variety and not the best quality on the buffet.

Location....beach, cliffs, walks....stunning. Endearing staff friendliness despite clear lack of training for junior staff.members. Maintenance men who sorted the bikes and reception staff were lovely. Lady In charge of restaurant and her assistant were fantastic and dealt amazingly on the evening of the eclipse.

Lack of staff training/experience was apparent... but the young people made up for that by being unfailingly polite and pleasant. Hit and miss on food....breakfast fine but dinners generally disappointing.

Spectacular views, close to the beach, lovely rooms. Staff are very friendly, warm and kind. Food for breakfast and dinner are great. This hotel will be incredible once the renovations are completed and the new pool is open. I’d come back to stay once it’s finished.

There isn’t a mini bar with items for the room, sometimes it’s nice to have that option available without having to leave the room and go to the bar. Gym and spa are very basic, you wouldn’t really use them now, but that’s part of the upgrade plans so that will change.

Trotz einiger negativer Bewertungen im Vorfeld wurden unsere Sorgen nicht bestätigt – wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. - Traumhafte Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. - Gutes Essen. - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. - Zimmer sauber. Die Baustelle für den Neubau hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.

- Zimmer etwas hellhörig. - Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat dafür aber viel Charme.

Ligging, het strand vlakbij, mooi uitzicht, de inrichting van het hotel is prachtig, goede bedden, alles was netjes, algemeen was de bediening vriendelijk.

De verwelkoming was niet echt hartelijk. Er werd geen uitleg gegeven over hoe de reservatie van het zwembad werkte en er werd ons een uur gegeven zonder dat we even konden nadenken wat het best in de avond zou passen. Het eten was ok, maar niet super. Het zwembad is klein en wat verouderd.

Leider durch Baumaßnahmen eine Nutzung des Aussenpools (war zumindest nicht auffindbar)nicht möglich -

Great location on a beautiful Cornish beach. The restaurant staff were great and breakfast was lovely.

The building works are extensive and we were not informed about them before our stay. Noise could be heard from 7;15am until 6:15pm which was very disruptive to our stay. The photos of the outdoor pool are misleading as this no longer exists. The video featuring golf buggies is also misleading as most guests are not allowed to use these. We were also not told that we’d need to book a slot for breakfast, so when we arrived only awkward times were left which was difficult for us with a young baby. We also weren’t told in advance that we’d have to book to use the pool, and it was all booked up by the time we arrived. If our expectations had been managed this would have been much easier for us to work around. We received 3 welcome emails from the hotel but none of them mentioned the above, only inviting us to book paid experiences like massages and dinner.

There is a lot of building works atm with half the hotel closed including the outdoor pool. Our room was a little tired and in need of an update.

Everything was on point, staff was good. The room was neat and tidy and perfect size. The view was very beautiful!! Entire trip was outstanding!! It was my first experience with Polurrian on the Lizard. But it’s not my last travel to this place!!

While checking in, I was not very comfortable with providing my bank debit card details with the receptionist. Well I still provided:)

We arrived late afternoon and entered our room to find the windows all shut, as it was a really hot sunny day the temperature in the room was nigh impossible, no air conditioning. We asked for a fan but one was not readily available. Clearly no-one had bothered to check our room prior to our visit, very disappointing.

Super Lage, toller Strand, wunderschöner Garten, freundliche Mitarbeiter, entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre, Freitag Nachmittag DJ in der Longe. Die Lage ist einzigartig schön.

Dusche in der Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken waren sehr nah aneinander, daher wenig Platz für große Menschen. (aber, das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau)

Die Baustelle. Für uns alle war der fehlende Outdoor-Pool eine riesen Enttäuschung, das war der Baustelle geschuldet und wurde beim Buchen leider nicht kommuniziert. Die sensationelle Sandbucht unterhalb des Hotels hat das aber bestens kompensiert :-)

A lovely hotel with its own character, the food was Amazing!! The staff were all friendly with excellent service from reception, bar staff to the waiters/waitresses. Although only an Hour from where we live it was amazing to see more of the beautiful coastline that Cornwall offers.

A little disappointed no outdoor pool but understand the hotel is under renovation and an update. Can't wait to see when it's finished!

Perfekte Lage am Meer. Schöner Garten mit Stühlen, Liegen, Tischen - super Hundefreundlich. Pool, Leihräder alles top inkl. Essen! Afternoon-Tea auf der Terrasse ein muss.

Zimmermöbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - denke so 80er. Aber das ist egal wenn man km Garten auf den bequemen Stühlen sitzt.

Nagyon szép helyen lévő hotel, kedves személyzettel (kifejezetten a recepción) és finom reggelivel. A kilátás a hotel bár részéről lenyűgözően szép. A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. Az étterem és bár árai is külsős helyekkel megegyezőek.

Tengerre néző szoba címén egy földszinti szobát kaptunk, ahonnan valóban volt kilátás, de azért takarta a bárban lévő asztalok és napernyők egy jó része. (kivéve reggel.) A hotel bárjában kicsit szét voltak esve és többször rakták a számlánkra ugyanazt, de ezt könnyen tisztáztuk másnap a kedves recepciósok segítségével.

Wow beautiful boutique resort on a bluff overlooking the stunning Cornish Coast. Great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with stunning views of the coast. Great bar, game room and family Villas. Can’t wait for the full Nordic spa and infinity pool!

Food was bland and under seasoned for both breakfast and dinner. It’s a shame guests have to prebook a slot for the swimming pool.

Just about everything. A very pleasant experience. Facilities available are excellent and the location is perfect.

The VERY small bathroom in our de-luxe room was impractical. It is time that over bath showers were abolished. Getting into the batch to shower was daunting and the steady handle not reachable whilst standing on floor level. I wish to stay at this venue again but if a walk-in shower is not available, we shall not stay.

The spectacular coastal view and Polurrian Cove.

The bathroom was tired - the shower didn't work properly and there was a faulty light. More importantly, the weather was in the low 30s and the room faced south west so it was insufferably hot. A fan had been provided but it was not up to the job. Air conditioning is essential in such weather, especially when you want to enjoy the beautiful sea view that you have paid for.

Our sea view was a proper view, gorgeous from our window! Patio for drinks and dinner was excellent, room was a great size, bathroom was also roomy, they had a dedicated boot room for our hiking clothes, had a super cool “vinyl” area, and really unique accessories around the main area like a table that was a carnival ride cart

Band played under our room until late and men were working info front of my window so I couldn’t keep my curtains open for my sea view for very long
