Residence Filanda

Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man merkt, dass es ein Familienunternehmen ist, wo alle mit Herzblut mitarbeiten. Poolbereich war super, übersichtlich und ausreichend groß für Familie mit Kindern zwischen 4 und 9 Jahren. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten, bis auf einen Backofen, alles Notwendige.

Backofen wäre toll gewesen für unsere Aufbackbrötchen.

Nagy, tágas apartman, szép környezet és medence. Ingyenes bicikli kölcsönzés, és rengeteg gyerekjáték és jó játszótér.

A medence vize hűvös volt, annak ellenére, hogy fűtött volt. Szeptember közepén utaztunk.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war super sauber, modern und liebevoll gepflegt. Auch der Pool und die Ausstattung waren wirklich toll. Besonders schön fanden wir die Fahrräder, mit denen wir die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden konnten. Auch für Kinder ist das Hotel super geeignet – unsere Kleine hatte viel Spaß! 😊 Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Spielplatz und Trampolin waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Velmi prostorné, čisté ubytování. Parádní bazén u vily se slanou vodou, dětské hřiště. Uvítací balíček pro psa, tzn. zvířata vítána.

Residence Filanda is located in such a beautiful place. Mountains are all around. Every time we looked around and it was wow! Great place for kids, water park made such a difference for our 2 years old, she loved it. What also was an amazing touch was play are for kids with toys. Pool was also great for kids and adults

Its not that we didn't like but more our preference to have oven and washing machine in the room instead of dishwasher. If you coming with children it would be nice to wash clothes.. not sure if there is laundry service on site, we didn't ask as we were there just 4 nights.

Besonders gefallen hat uns sowohl das Apartment im großen Stammhaus, welches mit Spülmaschine und modern ausgestattet war. Den Kindern hat besonders der Fuß-und Volleyballplatz gefallen und mein Freund war sehr glücklich, seine Fahrräder Video überwacht und nachts verschlossen zu wissen... Zusätzlich war es sehr ruhig und das komplette Personal sehr freundlich.

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts.

Obiekt w którym dzieci się nie nudzą. Wody plac zabaw robi robotę! Dzieli bardzo zadowolone. Basen też bardzo fajny, szkoda tylko że nie działało jacuzzi i grzybek...

Minus, że w obiekcie nie ma pościeli i ręczników ( za dodatkową opłatą) - jest to juz raczej standard w każdym obiekcie. Dodatkowo doba powinna być dłuższa. 9.30 to bardzo wcześnie na wymeldowanie

Es war uns nur ein bisschen zu weit mit den Kindern jeden Tag am Abend zum Essen in die Stadt zu gehen. Aber sonst alles tip top und super freundlich!

The quiet location was perfect for relaxing, while the children loved the pool with no chlorine and the small aqua park and trampoline. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Lucia from the children’s club, who was so kind and wonderful with the kids. We really appreciated the free bicycle options, including bikes with child seats that’s perfect for exploring the area as a family. After we had already moved to another hotel, we realized that we had forgotten our child’s scooter. The team went out of their way to help us get it back, which we truly appreciated. Also we liked the outdoor seating area where we could dine.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, schöner ruhiger Garten mit großem Pool und ausreichend Liegen unter Olivenbäumen. Netter Wasserpark, ideal für kleinere Kinder. Eine kleine Bar, Fahrräder können gratis ausgeliehen werden, was sehr praktisch ist, um ohne Auto nach Riva zu gelangen.

Die Residence ist etwas außerhalb von Riva. Zu Fuß 25-30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ca 10 Minuten.

Wszystko było ok , jedynie mało wygodne materace do spania ale to drobiazg

Miły personel, wypożyczalnia rowerów ale przydałoby się sprawdzić ich sprawność.

Zapach stęchlizny w szafkach, brudne firany, pokój posprzątany pobieżnie, łóżko totalnie nie wygodne, rowery wybrakowane np brak oświetlenia lub uszkodzone hamulce.

Haus im typisch italienischem Stil, hat mir gut gefallen. Schöner Pool. Gutes Steak-Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar.

Parkplätze nur teilweise überwacht.

Spędziliśmy w Residence Filanda tydzień i jesteśmy zachwyceni. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze posprzątane, pięknie pachniało, a na miejscu czekały na nas bielutkie ręczniki. Wnętrze jest nowoczesne i bardzo wygodne. Właściciele to przemiłe osoby – niezwykle pomocni, życzliwi i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Dzięki nim w obiekcie panuje cudowna atmosfera, idealna na wypoczynek. Basen jest perfekcyjny, a ogród po prostu bajeczny. Lokalizacja również na plus – bardzo blisko do plaży i do centrum (około 5 minut rowerem), a w pobliżu znajduje się sklep Coop. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy!

Jedynym malutkim minusem jest hałas od ulicy, ale przy tak wielu ogromnych zaletach mieszkania i cudownej atmosferze, zupełnie nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage sehr ansprechend gestaltet… wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt! Fussläufig waren drei Restaurants und ein Alimentari.

Ich hätte mir noch einen Toaster und einen Fön gewünscht, ansonsten war aber alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht.

Szuper szállás, kedves személyzet, kényelmes ágyak, tisztaság, nyugodt környezet. Örültünk a bicikliknek, nagyon jó ötletnek tartom. A medencét nagyon szerettték a gyerekek. Legközelebb hosszabb időre jövünk!

The apartment is very clean, the pool and the small water park are great for kids. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The kids loved it.

Some of the appliances were not great. We had some problems with the tv and the stove. Extra towels were not free of charge.

We liked the pool, the water slides, the kids play areas, the playground, the palm trees, the overall atmosphere and the views.

Aria condizionata non funzionante, prezzo un po' troppo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti e alla struttura. Lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento

Lokalizacja ośrodka wśród winnic z widokiem na góry, duży basen z ciepłą wodą, czystość, dostępność rowerów, miły personel. Ośrodek stworzony pod kątem rodzin z dzieckiem.

Byliśmy w starej części. W pokojach już widać upływ czasy, ale były ok. Jedyne minusy to bardzo słabo chłodząca lodówka, która działała tylko na ustawieniu 1 i klimatyzacja w salonie, która na niższym poziomie była niewydolna, a na wyższym bardzo głośna. Może w innych pokojach było inaczej, a my tak trafiliśmy. Ogólnie na plys, byliśmy 2 tygodnie i nie nudziliśmy się.

מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה התקשרות עם נאדיה הייתה מקצועית ואדיבה. המקום מתוקתק ומתוחזק והיה כל כך נעים להיות בדירה ובמתחם שלא רצינו לצאת ממנו. לקחנו דירה במתחם החדש והכל היה פשוט מושלם. השילוב של הנוף, ההרים, הדירה החדשה והבריכה שנמצאת ממש ביציאה מהחדר היו שדרוג משמעותי לחוויה שלנו שם. ממליצים בחום על המקום וכשנגיע לאזור שוב נחזור רק לשם.

אין משהו שלא אהבנו באמת שהכל היה מושלם, תודה על אירוח מקסים.

Extremely family friendly, there’s even kids club. Perfectly cozy and small, the views of mountains are fantastic. Lots of facilities for families. Great new clean pool with salt water.

In the rooms there was no soap and everything strictly rationed: dishwasher tablets, olive oil, for example. No filters for the coffee machine. Aircon quite old and slow.

"The place is absolutely stunning, honestly worth every penny we paid. The service from the staff member was more than wonderful—she went above and beyond, and even allowed my sister's kids to visit and enjoy all the facilities. The place itself is beautiful, with amazing pools, water games, bouncy castles, and outdoor play areas for kids in all sizes. We had such a fantastic time, and this definitely won't be our last visit. As for the downsides: no breakfast was provided, which was a bit disappointing, and there's no grocery store nearby, so I had to struggle a bit to get our essentials. Large pool and facilities for children

La piscine étais plutôt sympa pour les enfants

Je ne comprends pas la note aussi élevée de cet hôtel. Presque 1 000 € pour 3 nuits, sans eau chaude dans la douche, ce qui est très compliqué avec deux jeunes enfants. Aucun service de chambre, aucune serviette de bain ou pour les mains. De plus, le fait de ne pouvoir payer qu’en espèces donne une impression peu rassurante.

Der freundliche Empfang von Nadia und die stets gute Betreuung, wenn wir fragen hatten. Es waren immer Personen vor Ort, welche unsere Anliegen beantworten konnten. Der Fahrradservice ist perfekt. Man kann einfach zur Reception gehen und erhält ein funktionstüchtiges Fahrrad. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist auch sehr sauber und lädt zum Baden ein. Summa summarum eine sehr empfehlenswerte Residence für Familien um erholsame und sorgenfreie Ferien zu geniessen.

Ne-a placut mult apartamentul si locatia in sine. A fost curat, locuri de parcare destule, jucarii si diferite chestii de inotat pentru copiii. Locul de joaca cu apa e grozav pentru copiii. Piscina mare, la fel cu diferite adinncimi, lucru care o face comoda pentru toata familia. Bucataria echipata cu tot necesarul. Gazda foarte amabila si receptiva. Nadia vorbeste si limba germana, ceea ce este un avantaj pentru turistii din Germania. Vom reveni cu drag cind mai vizitam zona.

Aparatul de aer conditionat, nu functiona in unul din dormitoare. Pretul in vacantele de vara a copiilor este cam mare, avind in vedere ca nu sunt mese incluse.

Alle waren super nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker :o) Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, aber man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Mit den kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern ging es noch schneller. Infrastruktur (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Brötchenladen) gut vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Der Kinderclub war super. Die Mädels machen das toll!

The views are amazing, the staff are friendly, the pool is a great addition to the outdoor space. The swing set and trampoline are great for young kids.

The apartment is quite dated and the light didn't work in the bedroom.

Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine et les jeux pour enfants sont parfaits , c’est très kids friendly, il y a des jouets à dispo partout. Le prêt de vélos gratuit est aussi très apprécié pour aller au centre ville de riva, avec sièges enfants et vélos enfants aussi. Le personnel est très aimable. Nous avons adoré!

Le matelas du canapé lit fait mal au dos, pour des enfants ça doit le faire mais à oublier pour des adultes.

We liked everything! Location is great if you want a quiet stay, still relatively close to centre. Ideal for families. Apartment has everything you need. Staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful.

Amazing pool, great location and bikes available without a charge. So it’s very easy to get to lake Garda or the historical center of Riva del Garda this way.

Fredeligt hotel med en god stemning af familie ejerskab. Super rent og pænt alle steder. Vi boede på den ældre del af hotellet i en studio lejlighed med køkken og 2 værelser. Perfekt for 2 voksne og 2 teens. Der kunne godt have boet endnu et barn uden problemer. Gratis leje af cykler som fungerer super godt. Beliggenheden er lidt udenfor byen så godt med muligheden for at cykle. Restauranter i nærheden var super gode - især er lulle trattoria på vej mod byen. Magisk mad! Også Carl Etto i La Grotta er super godt. Poolen var ren og rolig og altid ledige sol stole. Legeområde til børn var fint. Gode løbe ruter fra hotellet. Gratis parkering.

Alt - eneste minus er beliggenhed som er lidt langt fra byen. Men dog muligt at gå eller cykle. Det giver dog også en ro til stedet.

Super obiekt dla rodzin z dziećmi. Basen oraz park wodny robią robotę. Dużo leżaków, sporo z nich w cieniu, nigdy nie widziałem żeby choć połowa była zajęta przy 10% obłożeniu ośrodka. Do tego animacje dla dzieci, wiata grillowa, przestronny parking. Klimatyzacja działa, w obiekcie jest czysto i dużo zieleni. Można pograć w piłkę i fajnie spędzić czas. W pobliżu mały sklep oraz restauracja. Bez samochodu ciężko się gdzieś ruszyć. Fajny widok na góry w oddali. W nocy cicho z uwagi na pewną odległość od głównych dróg.

Super wyposażony apartament, nowy sprzęt kuchenny, funkcjonalna i czyściutka łazienka. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy leżaki w ogrodzie w otoczeniu drzewek oliwnych oraz stolik i krzesła. W obiekcie jest fajny basen z jacuzzi. Otoczenie hotelu wśród winnic, piękne widoki na góry. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Filanda. It truly feels like a small resort with a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and private parking was always available. A special thank you to Nadia and her family for their warm welcome, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. Stort leke og bassengområde for barnefamilier. Barne-klubb med aktiviteter for barna på dagtid. Fin beliggenhet litt i utkanten av byen. Fint alternativ for barnefamilier uten å bruke alt for mye penger

Vær oppmerksom på at det ikke er inkludert daglig rengjøring av rommet. Nye rene håndklær og sengetøy koster ekstra.

Fina stora rum, plats för hela familjen. Jättefint poolområde, vi älskade det! Lagom liten bar vid receptionen. Fantastiskt att hela familjen kunde låna cyklar och ta sig ner till Gardasjön. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Det enda som skulle kunna bli lite bättre är om där hade varit en ugn och ordentlig spis så man kunde lagat mat ordentligt. Annars var allt annat kanon.
