Visited early winter. Lovely days but cold nights. The small heater took a long time to warm room. Cold at night and with no electric blanket the bed never got cosy. At least an extra blanket nearby would be good. Heater in bathroom did not work.

I honestly couldnt think of anything further i would require, oh apart from warmer weather,

The interior needs a lighting upgrade, dim lights on pastel-colored walls. Vegetation is everywhere and needs a massive clearout, as so you cant see much due to its density and height.

The grounds are nice and there are restaurants right next door and across the street. The best part was the owners, Andy and Jacqui, who helped us get ready for a long bike trip by picking us up at the airport with our huge bike boxes, loaning us tools, and recycling our bike boxes for us. Highly recommend!

We booked through Booking.com and requested two rooms together, and she made sure we were placed right next to each other, which was amazing. This was especially appreciated because at another accommodation the week before, we were told that requests made through a third‑party site wouldn’t be honoured so we were placed and 2 end of the accommodation!
