Nel giorno del mio compleanno, a cena mi hanno fatto trovare un biglietto di auguri con un prosecchino da condividere con la mia compagna. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa migliorabile, non ho trovato opzioni gluten free e lactose free a colazione e a cena. Devo riconoscere però che su richiesta della mia compagna il barman le ha preparato il cappuccino con latte senza lattosio.

La struttura ormai risente degli anni e avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata anche se la pulizia risulta di ottima qualità. I bagni nelle camere non hanno bidet e le docce con tenda sono all'interno della vasca. La piscina sarebbe più gradevole con uno o due gradi in più (siamo a circa 26°C). Zona benessere ha solo un'unica sauna.

Colazione, cena e anche la merenda con ampia scelta e grande attenzione al senza glutine con parecchia varietà. Bella la piscina e la zona relax.
La moquette in camera (non in tutte, probabilmente alcune sono state rinnovate) e la tenda nella vasca.

При заселенні - пригощають велком дрінк (це приємно, після тривалої дороги). Вранці є сніданки - все смачно і гарний асортимент. Шкода, що басейн відкривається о 10 здається, а виселення о 10:30.

Zimmer zu viert eher klein, aber machbar zum Schlafen, Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Modernisierung aber wohl geplant.

Ficamos hospedados nele como uma opção mais barata comparado com os hotéis nas dolomitas e valeu muito a pena. o hotel fica uns 15 minutos de carro dos lagos das dolomitas. refeições incríveis, muitas coisas para as crianças brincarem.
Acho que o restaurante poderia ter opções de comidas internacionais. Atendendo outras culturas.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Cu toate că nu este un hotel nou, am apreciat locația și curațenia la superlativ. Mancare exceptională cu personal foarte amabil si atent la detalii. Camerele mari si parcare gratuită, toate într-o locație liniștită la cățiva metri de drumul principal și restaurante locale.
Poate am fi apreciat apa putin mai caldă din piscină. În rest totul ne-a depășit așteptările. Loc minunat de relaxare pentru căteva zile.

Il caos, il rumore intenso nella sala da pranzo, schiamazzi di bambini e adulti, rimbombo di voci e musica a volume alto. Il servizio tutto a buffet sembrava un assalto alla diligenza. La qualità dei piatti deludente. In piscina ho trovato ragazzini che si tuffavano dal bordo senza controllo e che lanciavano bombe ad acqua. Nessuno del personale presente.

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die Gastfreundschaft, die angenehme Atmosphäre und die Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, und die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service – wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

La stanza ampia, pulita con un bel balcone, il parcheggio gratuito, la posizione tranquilla per un relax tra i boschi ma anche tattica per chi viaggia, a qualche km dalla frontiera. Credo che il suo potenziale si appezzi soprattutto nella stagione sciistica perché ha di fronte la fermata del treno che porta a Versciaco e San Candido. Da tenere in considerazione per i prossimo viaggi!

Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es gibt beim Buffet auch eine eigene Kinderecke mit Würstel, Fischstäbchen usw. - alles was die Kids halt gern so essen. Preis/Leistung super !!!

Das Beistellbett für unseren 4jährigen Sohn war sehr unbequem. Sodass er nachts noch in unser Bett gekrochen ist und wir dann zu Viert im Doppelbett gelegen haben, sodass ich dann auf dem Boden schlafen musste.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren für ein österreichisches 4 Stern Hotel eher enttäuschend - wenig Auswahl und lieblos angerichtet. Spielezimmer wird groß beworben und war geschlossen. Spielplatz entspricht nicht dem auf den Bildern. Ausstattung generell in die Jahre gekommen.

The boiled eggs at breakfast were always perfectly cooked and Ioved it. 5. The TT/table football/board games (do not raise your hope with the state of the board/bats/games, just have fun)
1. The pork meat was really hard and dry every day. And they focussed mainly on pork for all the three dinners we had, one day chicken stew was available though. No fish. We eat all kids of meat however may be an issue for people with eating pork. 2. The afternoon snack was always the leftovers from the previous night's dinner and was served cold. 3. The pool/sauna area was nice however the water was around 120 cms deep, there are also scope and place to atleast install another jacuzzi or wet sauna as well.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Da wir nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel waren, wurden wir wie "gute Freunde" ganz persönlich begrüßt und auch so behandelt. Das Personal ist sowieso ein Wahnsinn. So zuvorkommend und freundlich, immer mit einem Grinsen bei der Arbeit.
Das Verhalten und Benehmen manch anderer Hotelgäste, wenn sie das "Getränke-Upgrade" abgeschlossen haben - aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Everything was perfect and the value for money was absolutely outstanding. The food was very tasty, although the selection was a bit smaller, but for this price I really cannot complain. You can see that the furnishings are a bit older but well maintained, and it is still great for the price. There is an pool with a small slide and a cave, which our kids loved. The location offers perfect access to the Tre Cime ski area and there is also a train stop right next to the hotel.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026I was pleasantly surprised by the all‑inclusive option, which we hadn’t known about before, especially since it came at a really affordable price. I’d especially like to compliment the service staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful — thank you! The train and bus station are located directly in front of the hotel.
There were a lot of (loud) children. But it’s important to keep in mind that the hotel is primarily designed for families... The hotel is in need of renovation, but it is still very well maintained and clean
