Je ne suis pas convaincu.

J’avais réservé 3 chambres à 830 euros la nuit, alors que les chambres n’avaient pas de climatisation, les oreillers étaient de tres mauvaise qualité et dans 2 des 3 chambres le frigo bar ne fonctionnait pas correctement. 830 euros pour ne pas dormir correctement, cela ne vaut même pas la moitié. Cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Je le déconseille.

Nous venons à Crans depuis des années. Nous avions arrêté quelque temps, mais nous avons décidé de revenir — et quelle belle surprise. Il y a une nette amélioration : le personnel est aujourd’hui beaucoup plus sympathique, attentionné et souriant. Cela fait réellement la différence et rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. La vue est toujours aussi magnifique, et la proximité avec les remontées mécaniques reste un vrai atout. L’emplacement est clairement un point fort. Un grand merci aux équipes pour leur accueil et leurs sourires, surtout dans une période qui n’est pas simple pour la station de Crans-Montana. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Seul petit bémol qui, malheureusement, n’a pas évolué : la carte du room service. Elle est vraiment trop restreinte et n’a pas changé depuis des années. Après avoir dégusté des spécialités régionales riches en fromages et charcuterie sur les pistes le midi, on apprécierait davantage d’options plus légères et plus “healthy” le soir.

Staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and happy to help. Spa was expensive but good massages

Room was really warm at night, with a patio door it wasn’t possible to open on the tilt to let air in so it was either fully open or closed. Wasn’t happy to sleep with it open. Night lights in the room at floor level continually switched on and off the whole night. Breakfast buffet and food generally was rather disappointing

Views from the hotel were the best and the hotel amenities were very easy to use. Restaurants are fantastic.

Relatively small room size, no room for luggage. Shuttle is moderately helpful, best used when scheduled hours in advance.

The hotel is amazing!Everything is super nice in it. I wanna say separate thank you to staff, everyone was kind and uproachable. And especial thanks to Edvin, great and understandable person! People like that is part of 5 star hotel and hospitality. Thank u for our trip to happen. If u want piecefull and beautiful time its the best hotel to choose. Definately want to come back🤍.

Staff were incredibly professional and attentive; room was stunning, housekeeping excellent. Restaurants were varied, interesting and wonderful.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.

Hotel excepcional, muito novo, excelentes instalações, vista incrível, restaurante e serviço muito bons. Estivemos no verão, dias quentes. Por ser um hotel de montanha, com instalações preparadas p o frio intenso, sem ar condicionado, o quarto ficava muito quente, o que foi desagradável. No mais, tudo impecável!

Some sliding doors in the rooms should be greased - quite noisy- , and some hairdryers replaced, but only very minor problems

Very surprised by the lack of high standards in terms of cleanliness. Some facilities are outdated (especially in the fitness center). Not worth the price at all!
