Right by the beach and awesome for families or groups to get together.

The chalet we stayed in has everything we needed. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Nice and warm in winter with the heat pump. Lovely and clean.

The extraction fan in the bathroom was a little loud! No way to avoid it as it comes on with the light, had to listen to fan even when brushing teeth!

Great facilities and villa was great

Could do with a refresh of cooking utensils and stove to only 1 element worked

The room was very small and felt quite cramped, making it better suited to an overnight stay than a longer visit. We stayed during the marathon weekend, so accommodation prices were much higher than usual, which made it feel less like good value for money. The limited space and kitchenette also meant we had to eat out, as there were no stovetops/microwave available for cooking

Everything! There was nothing to fault here. We booked two cabins, family of five. The cabins were very warm, quiet and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the blankets were enough without overheating or being too cold. The bathroom facilities were cleaned regularly. One thing I really loved was the shower pressure.

There is nothing to fault. We will be back :)

Bathroom / kitchen are a bit run down Water is very chlorinated and this is exacerbated by the shower dome, very sore eyes after showering

I was trying to cook my.noodle but the steam was too much in my little cabin that I kept setting the smake alarm off, unintentionally

I liked how I was able to book a room at the last minute, and everything was taken care of. When I arrived, getting through the gate and to our room was made much easier with the detailed email I got almost instantaneously after speaking with the receptionist over the phone. She's a legend!!!

Easy access to the beach. Quick drive to the nearest city. Takeaway just down the road for the best fish and chips. The room cleaners were wonderful.

Felt it was on the pricey side for just a Cabin. I was also NOT expecting to have my money taken off me so quickly when it was advertised as having a “FREE Cancellation” period

No cutlery available to hire thankfully Kmart was open so we could buy some. Kitchen had pots but no tongs or any basic stuff. Terrible smell in the morning near ablutions. Cabin was very very basic would be nice to have a lamp & bin at the least.

Location and peace, good to know the motorbike is secure.

$1 coin for a warm shower. At least the cold still worked. Very refreshing and did the same job. Akaroa and New Plymouth top10 have it sorted. Perhaps leave a coin in the room for each person staying?

Loved the view of the beach right on the doorstep, the bed was so comfortable ive never had accommodation where the bed was this nice. The staff were great, very helpful.

I wish the beach had sand not the shingles as you couldn't really walk on it and my daughter loves swimming at the beach but this one is definitely not for swimming its too dangerous. I never knew this until I was staying there.

Wir konnten vor Ort spontan auf das Chalet upgraden, sehr gute Entscheidung. Sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet, in dritter Reihe am Meer, Parkplatz 2m vor der Tür. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und haben unseren Ruhetag auf der NZ-Rundreise hier sehr genossen.

Ganz beißender Geruch, wenn man reinkommt, die Kissen waren der Übeltäter, vermutlich Restgeruch der Großwäscherei. Und nebenan war täglich laut Party der Silver Surfer Dauercamper.

How hot the cabin was even at 3am reading 26 degrees

Very well built modern cabin. Location was excellent. Stainless steel electric frypan.

Just small things. Perhaps swap sachets of dishwashing liquid with small squeeze bottles. Also perhaps some pedastool fans so we don't need to use air con at night. Also single plugin induction cook top would complete the kitchen.

It is easy to find if you have been on a long drive, and the reception texted to let me know our rooms was ready for an early check in. Nice bathroom.

Beware - this Top 10 in Napier is nothing like the one in Gisborne! There is no pool, the children play area was near reception (far from our cabin), and the beach area is un-swimmable! We had chosen this place specifically assuming it was like Gisborne's - which has a great pool, kids playing area, is right on a very kid-friendly swimming beach, and we stayed in a beautiful two bedroom, two storey beachfront motel with a balcony - and it unfortunately is nothing like it. The accom itself was incredibly small - not enough room to place our luggage anywhere - whereas I have stayed in plenty of motel rooms that were bigger and for less cost. We had to go into town to take the kids swimming, which was a 15-20 minute drive. Will not stay here again.

I like that it was family friendly

The shower kept flooding the bathroom if you turned it on too much. A little bit away from town.

Spontane Änderung des Buchungszeitraumes wurde ermöglicht, Appartment modern und neu eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Bett auf dan Ozean war fantastisch. Toller Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder vorhanden.

Matratze war stark durchgelegen und unbequem.

We have stayed at Snapper/Napier top 10 holiday park 4 times, and each stay have been tops.

Every bit of it!! Our cabin was always warm and very comfy to sleep in. The beach is right there! The play area was mint for keeping my little ones entertained. Just a general walk around the place is quite nice and the locals are lovely. A 10min drive to marine parade where we parked up and spent alot of our time.

Separate from the other guest plus own parking

So many bed that we dont need. Light and toilet holder when we check in broken.

Comfortable, private bedroom that made for a nice quiet rest. Location was good and staff were friendly.
