breakfast was excellent, good spread with options. Excellent staff, especially Midhun and Deepak who did a wonderful job taking care of us during the outdoor activities and engaging games.

Expensive, but worth it. The view from the panorama room was awesome. Staff are very coureous

The property is located beautifully on the mountainside. The rooms are large and clean. Ours had a beautiful see through floor that made it look as if we were walking on top of the canopy.

There isn't much, but there are two small nits. 1) the pool was dirty 2) the meals had limited variety for bread eating vegetarians (though this is the South so totally understandable)

Excellent location, wonderful food and Yercaud as a hill station is beautiful.

Evening we did and do as a family love it, Chef Bharathi special took extreme care and hospitality for the food we had. It was really a great treat 😋. All the other staffs serviced with the smile 😃 and restaurant manager was constantly checking with us... They surprised my sons birthday on 11th. The cake of absolutely delicious. I also forgot my laptop bag but they have helped to shared the details and they are sending it back to me. I am extremely thankful for their support 🙏🏽 and efforts to keep the guests like us happy.

One of the best stays, the wide spread of breakfast, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and a good view of the city. Evening before dinner camp fire is the major attraction. Staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a good stay,

Swimming pool was in renovation, so no access to pool, and place of pool little isolated, this is one major drawback.

All the games and facilities were good!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous and polite. It’s a mid-sized resort that offers beautiful hill and valley views from within the property. The play area could be improved for toddlers to keep them more engaged, but apart from that, it was a very peaceful and relaxing experience. We liked Peeku park and the cave temple which are around 15 minutes drive from the resort. A great weekend stay away from Bangalore.

Excellent spread. Ram (Manager) and Santosh, who were at the restaurant, were simply outstanding in their support. They took care of all our needs - exceeded our asks !!!!!

The food needs to be improved a lot also there were not many snacks available at high tea. This has to be looked into.

Indifferent staff Gave me a terrible room near the housekeeping store. I had mentioned that I was coming there with my elderly mother. Zero care It was away from the main hotel. No other room around us. I will never ever recommend this place

We really loved the ambience, service, cleanliness of the place. Staff were very professional to take care of our requests. Breakfast was well spread & the food was absolutely wonderful. Santosh & Das who were at the restaurant was very polite & wonderful. We had to leave early & our breakfast was neatly packed & given to us. Very happy with the stay. Massage facility was awesome.

The location was nice. The restaurant was great and offered pretty good food options. The rooms were neat and the staff were friendly.

The views weren’t that great from the trails view room.

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we received outstanding service, making our experience truly memorable.

The only feedback I have is that the gym could benefit from some upkeep. However, when I shared this with the hotel staff, they promptly took action to address it.

Amazing property, super courteous staff, delicious ala carte menu, and the rooms have breath taking views.

Buffet food is not that great and can be updated to include more local cuisine, desserts can be totally skipped. Breakfast buffet was also nothing great.
