The hotel was okay and actually an improvement over my previous stay here. The room cleaning was decent and the morning staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The evening staff was not very helpful. I asked reception two days in a row for cutlery for my room and they just told me to go to the restaurant and ask myself. When I went to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me a plate and cutlery, even though my hands were already completely full of shopping bags. I had to awkwardly carry everything up to the 5th floor myself. Service in the evening definitely needs improvement. Wifi not good at all. Online work meetings now possible.

Location, food is the best in Corlu, room size

Shower in the room need some maintenance, fridge also is not working properly.

Nice breakfast, a lot variarity

The prices for food and drinks where simply too high

Great service, good location and big rooms.

Best restaurant in the town

Excellent staff very helpful. Cake for my birthday unexpected surprise

Alles in Ordnung

Room was clean and nice. Room service was quick. Breakfast was good.

The shower drain was clogged, causing water to collect. I had to turn the shower off and on several times during each use to prevent overflow. Water collects to the point that ankles were submerged

Lage. Personal.

Not the best Divan. Kinda feels like a 'Divan Express'. Note for the seasoned traveler: Do not get 'Deluxe' room. Although the room is standard, the noise from the street is relentless and the soundproofing on the windows leaves a lot to be desired. The staff did accommodate us by putting us in the back in a standard room so we were able to sleep comfortably. Area is ok only because of shopping mall across the street. This Divan is purely functional......

Airconditioning to be improved

very good property

The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car. The location is good as well, near to a big shopping centre.

Stayed many time probably one if not the best hotel in corlu

My Aircon wasn’t working so on arrival the room was too hot. as it’s early in the year it’s possible the whole hotel hasn’t switched on the zA/C

Asla güler yüzlü olmadıkları bir an yok.
