Nice location with a short walk to the town. The room was clean with a kettle. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hotel parking. Good spread at breakfast with a coffee machine ! Staff were helpful

Room was dated. Ours did not have a balcony. Swimming pool needed cleaning and there was no where to get a drink at the pool for a while. The sunbeds were mismatched and no towels unless you paid for them.

Персонал очень НЕ дружелюбный, особенно хозяин гостиницы. В нашем номере сломался дверной замок и вместо того, чтобы принести нам извинения, и сгладить эту неприятность, он обвинил в этом нас. В номере были муравьи, очень скрипучая кровать. Завтраки очень скудные. Мы застали три завтрака - все три были абсолютно одинаковые. Ребёнку вообще не было что поесть, вся выпечка не свежая, фрукты вялые, кофе не вкусный.

Reception area and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was great and parking very easy. Bed was comfortable and balcony was good.

Bathroom was very clean but not a lot of room. Shower was small and water pressure awful. Washing and rinsing my hair was difficult. The wardrobe only had 4 hangers and the drawers were difficult. Breakfast looked like it should be good but pastries and cake were stale and fruit choice was poor. Little choice to make your own breakfast. Coffee was good but needed more than 1 machine as it was slow so lots of queuing.

Scopello es un pueblo precioso, pero el alojamiento no se corresponde del todo con las fotos de Booking. La zona de la piscina está bastante deteriorada, con moho y el agua parecía algo estancada. En general, todo se ve más viejo de lo que aparenta en las fotos. El desayuno también dejaba bastante que desear, con poca variedad y algunos alimentos, especialmente los huevos, con aspecto poco fresco. Eso sí, el personal fue amable y correcto. Por lo demás, la estancia estuvo bien.

The staff were all amazing. Each member of staff we interacted with was incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly. Upon checking in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely lady on reception. She made sure we had everything we needed, was super lovely and smiley, and offered us a map before giving us some great recommendations for the area. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was with our poor Italian too — they were incredibly patient and understanding, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, with a pool shower, hot tub (although we didn’t use it as it was very hot for us — lots of families seemed to be enjoying it!) and a snack/drinks bar. The guy working at the bar was so lovely and smiley too. Each time we ordered, he told us to sit back down and that he would bring our drinks over to our sun loungers, which was such a nice touch! There are also beautiful views of the sea from the pool. You can pay in cash at both the pool bar and ordinary bar, or charge drinks to your room. Breakfast was super! There was plenty of choice, including meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, cakes and breads. They also catered very well for gluten-free guests, with separate cakes, biscuits and breads kept on a separate table, in separate tubs and in individual packets. There was also a great coffee machine. The lady greeting guests at breakfast was lovely as well! Our room was great. We had a ground-floor room with an outdoor area facing the pool, which had sun loungers as well as a table and chairs with a sun umbrella. The room was a decent size for the two of us and was equipped with a mini fridge, wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a great-sized bed. The bathroom was also spacious enough for the two of us. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned daily with towels changed regularly by the lovely, friendly cleaning ladies.

Vicino al centro storico di Scopello raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti ; con la macchina facilmente raggiungibili meravigliose spiagge anche attrezzate; colazione molto variegata con prodotti buoni; personale accogliente e disponibile; aria condizionata in tutta la struttura ( considerando che fuori si raggiungono facilmente temperature alte)

El entorno es bonito y la piscina, cuando está tranquila, es un lugar estupendo para relajarse. Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar algunos momentos de mucha paz y silencio. La limpieza, la cama y el desayuno fueron correctos. Destacamos también la amabilidad del propietario, siempre sonriente y cercano.

Las habitaciones nos parecieron bastante anticuadas y creemos que una actualización les sentaría muy bien. El trato del personal fue correcto, aunque algo frío. Además, algunos días la piscina estaba llena de familias con niños, lo que cambiaba bastante la tranquilidad del lugar.

Really great location, right near the town and the free parking lot across the road was so handy. The pool was a nice addition and the breakfast has a lot to choose from.

The room was very basic for the cost compared to other places I've been in Sicily but the facilities (parking and pool) probably balanced the price out overall.

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit hotel en zijn hier bijna een week met onze kinderen verbleven. Het hotel is zeer schoon en goed verzorgd. Zowel de kamers als de rest van het hotel zien er netjes uit. De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en de handdoeken werden netjes vervangen, wat wij erg prettig vonden. Ook het zwembad is mooi en verzorgd, met fijne ligstoelen. De locatie is erg gunstig. Scopello is een klein en gezellig dorpje en je loopt zo vanaf het hotel naar het centrum met diverse restaurants. Daarnaast is Scopello een goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie stranden, boottochten en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Ook de gratis parkeergelegenheid tegenover het hotel vonden wij erg prettig en praktisch. Het personeel, van de receptie tot de eigenaar/het management, was zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Daardoor voelden wij ons echt welkom en thuis. Wij zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden.

Er waren wel een paar punten die naar onze mening beter kunnen. Voor een viersterrenhotel vonden wij de kleine flesjes douchegel wat beperkt. Zeker omdat je met kinderen vaak ’s ochtends en na het strand nog een keer doucht, kwamen we soms douchegel tekort. Daar hadden wij iets meer van verwacht. Daarnaast waren wij in de veronderstelling dat onze kamer een balkon had, maar dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Dit valt het hotel niet direct te verwijten, maar op Booking was voor ons niet duidelijk dat er ook kamers zonder balkon zijn. Dit zorgde wel voor wat ongemak, omdat we natte handdoeken en zwemkleding niet makkelijk konden laten drogen. We hebben bij de receptie gevraagd of we eventueel konden wisselen of upgraden tegen betaling, maar helaas was het hotel volledig volgeboekt. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij een hele fijne vakantie gehad en kijken we met een goed gevoel terug op ons verblijf.

La ubicación en Scopello es excepcional

El alojamiento necesita una renovación o al menos tener un poco cuidadas las habitaciones. Ninguno de los grifos funcionaba correctamente, simplemente con lavar los filtros con vinagre ya funcionarían mejor. La alcachofa de la ducha funcionaba fatal por la cal, la pica del baño ni funcionaba el sumidero ni el grifo correctamente y lo mismo el bidet. Y la cadena del wc se atascaba en casa uso

Es muy antiguo y las instalaciones muy viejas. La relación calidad-precio no es buena, en Sicilia hemos estado en hoteles mejores por menos precio. La piscina estaba muy sucia y en mal estado, muy vieja. El jacuzzi peor aun que la piscina y daba asco.

It does look great on the pictures but not in reality- especially the old swimming pool covered with an old cement where you can hurt yourself, my kid had wounds after 2 days of playing in. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, the same options day to day.

Stanza poco co fortevole, arredo e bagno vecchi, materasso scomodo. Piscina sporca. Colazione non buona. Senza mezzi propri non è possibile raggiungere nulla, si può andare a piedi solo al borgo di scopello.

Il vociare delle persone fuori dalla camera, purtroppo si sentivano tutti i rumori delle persone che passavano all’esterno.

La struttura ha una posizione centralissima nel borgo e un pacheggio gratuito molto comodo. L’ho trovata pulita benissimo e con una colazione ampia e valida con prodotti cucinati direttamente dallo Staff!

The location is stunning surrounded by mountains and overlooks the nearby ocean. All the staff were friendly and accommodating and were always on hand at a moments notice. My room had all the amenities I needed and the breakfast was always fresh with tasty food and drink selections. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay.

La vue, le parking, la terrasse, et le cadre en général.

- Le personnel de ménage a frappé plusieurs fois à notre porte alors que nous étions encore dans la chambre vers 11 h. Nous avons même reçu un appel de la réception directement dans la chambre, ce qui était assez dérangeant. - La propreté pourrait être améliorée : la piscine et le jacuzzi n’étaient pas toujours très propres, la plupart des coussins de transats étaient sales et nous avons constaté la présence de plusieurs petites fourmis dans un coin de la chambre.

Struttura molto pulita, ampia, piscina rilassante. Ottima la posizione nel bel mezzo di Scopello con parcheggio privato fondamentale. Comodo per il trekking alla Riserva dello Zingaro, distando 5 minuti di macchina dall’ingresso sud. Apprezzato il servizio lavanderia.

Le personnel était très compétent et très sympathique. L’hôtel était très propre et très bien situé.

This place is just above the little village and square of Scopello. The place to be with all the bars, restaurants and shops located within quaint piazza and restored farmer’s sheds. The property is well cared for and has air conditioning which was a must. So hot in Simmer here. It is a steep walk down to the beaches but we managed well enough to do that.

Quest'anno ho trovato la piscina non pulitissima. Fondo sporco e acqua oleosa (probabilmente anche per ospiti che non utilizzando le docce prima di entrare in acqua). Personale delle pulizie che parla a voce alta nei corridoi nel primo pomeriggio, durante il riposo pomeridiano.

Posto a due passi dal centro di Scopello. Accoglienza, disponibilità e cortesia eccellente. Bellissima vista. Piccolo balconcino dove potersi godere le bellezze del posto e il silenzio della natura.

Cortesia, disponibilità e accoglienza sono indubbiamente loro qualità. La posizione è ottima, non si rischia di entrare nella ztl ma è a due passi dal centro di Scopello e a meno di 10 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di guidaloca. Molto carina la piscina effetto "spiaggetta".

Ospiti irrispettosi degli orari e del silenzio notturno. Ma lo staff è intervenuto prontamente.

Un posto incantevole per chi vuole un'esperienza vera del luogo. La struttura è esattamente come si vede nelle foto, anzi in realtà ancora più bella perché alcuni dettagli non si possono vedere dalle foto. Cura degli spazi e pulizia impeccabili. La zona della piscina è un'oasi incantevole e unica se si vuole, come abbiamo fatto noi, avere un paio d'ore di relax tra le giornate trascorse in spiaggia e le serate nei vari paesi dei dintorni. Comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona (tutto praticamente a massimo 15 minuti), strategicamente perfetta per visitare la Riserva sia dal mare, come abbiamo fatto noi, che a piedi da terra. Scopello si raggiunge a piedi a 300 metri. La vera forza di questo luogo però è l'anima fatta dalle persone, la struttura è gestita in maniera impeccabile dal proprietario, dalla figlia e da tutto lo staff che in meno di 24 h ti fa sentire parte di una grande famiglia. Oltre ad un caro saluto all'Ingegnere ringraziamo su tutti Alberto per la sua empatia oltreché grande professionalità e Sofia per averci curato in tutte le nostre esigenze. Loro su tutti ma tutto lo staff è incredibile. Lasciamo Scopello con l'idea di tornare.

The pool is great as is the member of staff who looks after the pool and its facilities and serves drinks to guests. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staff don't seem interested in guests. Usually too busy being on their phones or speaking with fellow staff members. Collecting a key or asking about something feels like an inconvenience to staff. With the exception of the pool area, the hotel seems quite dated, probably 1980s or earlier. The shower had to be held by hand and water mostly came out of the shower-head's creases. There are only two hotels of this size in Scopello so the lack of competition likely doesn't motivate them to offer a service worth shouting about.

Vicinanza alla piazzetta del Borgo storico di Scopello. Disponibilità e cordialità in tutto il personale. Colazione di ottima qualità e varietà di dolce e salato, anche con disponibilità di frutta.

Tutto, non c’è nulla che sia andato male nel soggiorno. Il plus è sicuramente il parcheggio, si parcheggia e poi a piedi si raggiunge il bellissimo borgo di Scopello. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo in un posto tranquillo. La stanza molto spaziosa, funzionale, semplice ma tutto perfetto. I receptionist sono tutti giovani e bravi.

Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo avrei aggiunto un cestino in camera, c’era solo uno in bagno ma è davvero una sciocchezza.

Location is great , easy access to Scopello and short drive ( ~ 1 hour) to Riserva Nature Orientata dello Zingaro and San Vito town . Parking is great plus and included breakfast and the pool make it great choices for vacation with kids. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Posizione fantastica per esplorare la Sicilia occidentale, camera grande, pulita e comoda, colazione super con prodotto locali e non, staff sempre presente, disponibile e sorridente. Piscina rilassante, top per rinfrescarsi al ritorno prima di uscire a cena. A due passi dal borgo di scopello che è una piccola meraviglia. Impossibile volere di più.

Nice location, romantic atmosphere. We stayed in Delux room which have super nice balcony view. Good breakfast with local fruits. Pool was good as well. Staff very friendly , advices on Zingaro etc nice places around. Big and safe parking area.

Pool time limited to 19.00 - at least in summer could be longer. Everything else was good.

The location couldn't get any closer to the town. We drove to the beach but that is only because we had a car and went a little further around the coastline. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Loved this town and wished we had stayed longer. Added bonus of parking made this a great stop over.

Bit of an old room where not everything worked perfectly and not the most clean. Not a problem, but I expected a bit more for this price.

Georgia was so helpful. It was close to Scopello Beach and Square. Stunning balcony views and great pool for laps. Breakfast was wide ranging. Great meeting the architect and builder of this place and he called it his daughter a labour of love of which he is extremely proud.
