Nos cambiaron a un appartamento fuera del hotel Sin accesso a nada y sin servicio ni de limpieza . Pessima experiencia con un personal muy poco amable

Very conveniently located at 10m walking distance of scopello centre yet very quiet. Beautiful views over the Golfo. Good restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed for dinner 2 evenings and had a wondetful meal

There was nothing we did not like. The rooms are very basic, but I guess it is all balanced with the room rates which are quite reasonable. There are 3 advices I would give: - the wifi signal is strong, but the connectivity is not good. You need to log in multiple times per day again. - the lighting in the bedroom is extremely bright and does not really create a cosy atmosphere. I would put a bit more softer ambient lighting. - replace the individual small plastic bottles of shower gel with a dispencer to avoid all that plastic waste

Muy buena comunicación con el personal. El restaurante para cenar bastante bueno y con una vista espectacular. Un parking bastante grande y se puede ir a pie al centro del pueblo.

El horario de la pisicina, llegamos al rededor de las 18h30 y ya estaba cerrada. Con respecto a la limpieza, bastante bien con excepción de la douche que tenía moho. Ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Un poco caro para la prestación.

Appartamento all’ingresso di scopello ottima posizione, plus di un parcheggio privato molto grande e disponibili i titolari e il personale in tutto.

Unica cosa metterei una televisione anche al piano superiore nella matrimoniale.

Struttura bellissima, posizione perfetta, immersa nella natura, ideale per staccare dalla routine, bella la piscina e camere molto caratteristiche con ampio bagno. Consigliata.

Il materasso era troppo morbido, illuminazione camere luce fredda che rendeva meno accogliente l'ambiente, colazione da rivedere nel complesso.

L'apartament genial. Tenia tot el necessari.

Desayuno bastante mediocre y escaso, sin tostador casi sin fruta, huevos cocidos rotos, gatos por encima de las mesas que pueden transmitir enfermedades. No lo recomiendo No hay ningún pasillo para llevar las maletas desde el aparcamiento ya que son piedras sueltas y destroza las maletas.

Wifi nul. Inondation de la salle de bain à chaque douche. Gérants (propriétaires ?) peu sympathiques.

Servizio e colazione buona ma non memorabile, in un agriturismo 4* con quelle tariffe I succhi di frutta da concentrati in dispenser anni ‘80, gli yougurt marca discount sono inaccettabili. La receptionist Nunziella però, un vero valore aggiunto alla struttura, sa capirti e consigliarti x le tue esigenze. la cortesia dei proprietari, quiete e piscina graziosa, compensano alcune mancanze.

La camera al borgo perfetta non si poteva chiedere di meglio

Beautiful setting, clean rooms, great bathroom, nice pool and lounge area, great food and service, nice simple breakfast, not too big.

Air conditioning could be a bit stronger but we were there during an intense heatwave and it still kept rooms cool.

La piscina: con il caldo di questi giorni è stato un toccasana per sopravvivere a queste torride giornate. La tranquillità e la serenità che trasmettono questo luogo.

Tornare nei luoghi della mia infanzia è sempre stupendo. Tenuta plaia è una struttura semplice e per questo è molto bella. Ariosa, con una vegetazione d incanto e le camere molto comode. Soffitti alti e bagno con ampia cabina doccia.

Colazione da perfezionare.

Mooie plek met een verzorgde tuin en zwembad. Prachtige omgeving met het gezellige dorp Scopello op loopafstand, waar je heerlijk kunt eten en drinken.

De airco had voor ons wat koeler kunnen staan.

Lovely staff, great location. Restaurant dinner was superb.

Subjectively we found the mattress combination too soft. There is a topper which was fine on a very soft under mattress which for us was not great offering little back support.

Location was good, walking distance to the village. It’s peaceful and quiet when in garden. Beautiful views from the restaurant only.

You have to pay extra for a pool towel which should be part of hotel services, we asked for a quote room and they gave us a room surrounded by other neighbours. breakfast was poor, not many healthy options. The building is old and is lacking proper isolation so you hear everything from your neighbours which affected our sleep substantially. Beds are hard

Great location, clean and comfy rooms, nice pool, great breakfast . We had a family dinner there one night and really appreciated the ability to relax and take our time with such good local food and wine, elevated by the surroundings. Scopello just a short walk away.

Perhaps the option to have an earlier breakfast or take away for the early risers and day trips

La ubicación es muy hermosa, hay una tranquilidad en el lugar inigualable. Los jardines y las vistas son estupendos. La shabitaciones limpias y amplias.

La información en recepción fue muy mala respecto del grado de dificultad de las caminatas y acceso a los lugares. No nos informaron que la Tonnara di Scopello que era el lugar que deseábamos visitar es privada y se requiere reserva para acceder además de que es una caminata difícil tanto para llegar a esa playa como a la playa pública. Tampoco nos informaron que no hay taxis ni transporte público en Scopello.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to both the city center and several beaches. The view from the restaurant was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

A downside was the room lighting, which was very harsh due to the bright white light bulbs and did not match the otherwise cozy atmosphere. The double bed was also made up of two single mattresses pushed together instead of one large mattress, which negatively affected comfort.

This is a nice property that is walking distance from the charming town of Scopello. The hike along the Zingaro Reserve is just down to the road. Very good breakfast with coffee. The rooms are basic but comfortable with a small refrigerator. They stored our luggage while we hiked the trailed and then allowed us to freshen up in their restrooms before driving to Palermo, which was much appreciated.

They could upgrade their linens and bed.

Personale un po’ assente

Absolutely loved the breakfast and the barista. The location near the walking village was great. The views were spectacular. The staff was very accommodating and helpful especially when we hosted a large party on the property for my daughter's wedding welcome dinner.

Nothing comes to mind. We had some cool weather at night for our event but that couldn't be helped.

El personal muy poco interesado en ayudar. No brindan información mínima como que no hay ningún medio de transporte público disponible ni disponibilidad y accesibilidad de los sitios de interés. También se negaron a brindar desayuno 15 minutos antes del horario de apertura (que inicia a las 8) cuando nos íbamos para el aeropuerto.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ich benötigte den Ausdruck von Dokumenten, den ich sofort bekommen habe.

Schöne Anlage mit modernen Zimmern. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Leitung des Hauses war eher kühl und distanziert aber durchaus behilflich.

Pappbecher statt Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Vorschriften, was man im Zimmer nicht tun darf: z.B. mitgebrachte Getränke verköstigen!?

Its a nice and secluded area thats very peaceful when you need a get away.

Grande et jolie chambre dans un domaine magnifique avec des vues grandioses. Tout proche du village de Scopello et du départ de la randonnée pour la réserve naturelle du Zingaro. La cuisine est excellente, axée sur les poissons.

Tiene unas instalaciones muy bonitas, muy tranquilo y con muy buenas vistas pero a la vez a pocos minutos de Scopello. Andando serían unos 15 minutos lo malo es que hay cuesta. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y se puede aparcar gratis en el alojamiento. También tienen un restaurante para la cena por si no quieres moverte de las instalaciones

Me paré de muy buena opción, no encontré nada negativo.

El personal malísimo. Muy atento. Muchas explicaciones de la zona y encantador. Las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante son simplemente espectaculares y el desayuno riquísimo y abundante.

Las camas un poco blandas. Te hundes dentro. Poca agua caliente en la ducha y pasamos bastante frío en la habitación a pesar del aire acondicionado caliente.

Cadre magnifique, chambre simple mais tout confort. Service hyper pro. Vin maison de tres bonne qualité je conseille le grillo bio. Restaurant menu dégustation light exceptionnel. Bref une adresse à faire absolument.

Ubicación ideal y parking propio sin costo.

No tiene prácticamente luz natural. La tv no estaba en funcionamiento para canales satelitales o de cable. Un poco ruidoso por la noche por estar pegado al centro y pegado al fondo de un restaurante.

Los apartamentos tienen una ubicación excepcional y el apartamento, el edificio es precioso!

Era un lugar muy ruidoso, ya que el edificio estaba pegado a bares y restaurantes. El personal nos dijo que a la noche no había problema, pero no es verdad, la música y el ruido de la gente duro hasta la 01.00 de la madrugada. Al día siguiente en el chiringuito que había en el parking de la entrada de del pueblo tuvo música hasta las 23.00. Si vas en familia no era una buena opción. Respecto al colchón, sería bueno renovarlo. Por otro lado, se debe de tener cuidado con la comida, en la cocina no había cajones y tuvimos muchas hormigas. Otra cosa que nos sorprendió es que la piscina era de pago para los del apartamento, cosa que al hacer la reserva no queda claro.

Bediening in restaurant was niet zo vriendelijk. Natuurpark in de buurt was gesloten na bosbranden.

Loved everything, 😍 ... such a great peaceful vibe and the staff were lovely, as was the food. The view over the bay at breakfast and dinner when you sit outside is gorgeous. The kittens and adorable cats were a bonus. Thank you, we will definitely be back. xxx

This is NOT a criticism but some helpful feedback. Maybe the courtyard could have some lounging chairs and tables. Missing a trick here as it's a great space that would be amazing to hang out in outside, at the front of the rooms. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Posizione spettacolare. Max relax. Colazione ottima, con prodotti locali , personale veramente gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura.

Niente di particolare da segnalare

Le personnel a été merveilleux, très attentionné et arrangeant. La vue est magnifique et le petit déjeuner très agréable en terrasse face à la mer. Même si la réserve de Zingaro était fermé suite aux incendies,nous avons profité de merveilleuses balades et baignades dans des criques de carte postale.

Ein schönes großes Appartement, sauber und ruhig, direkt bei Scopello. Zum Frühstück musste man ca. 500 m zum Haupthaus an der Straße entlang gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß, reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es liegt etwas weit ab.

L’ Accueil, la bienveillance du personnel. La situation géographique, près des plages et à quelques minutes à pied de Scopello. La jolie piscine même si nous avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter.

La literie ! Matelas à changer de toute urgence !!!!!!! Décoration trop surannée, austère…..

We stayed in the B&B rooms and we had the most wonderful time. The views are incredible, surrounded by countryside but also just a short walk to Scopello where there is a great selection of cute bars and restaurants. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. We hope to come back to stay sometime soon.

Excellent location right next to Scopello village. Our room was huge and very comfortable.

Location e struttura , anche se mancano tettoie all’ ingresso delle camere per riparare da pioggia e sole e per permettere di trascorrere tempo in relax e all’ aperto davanti alla propria camera

Cibo , poco improntato sulla tradizione Siciliana e poco presenti i prodotti locali .

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in Scopello. The location is ideal, close to the village and the sea, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Obwohl das Personal sehr nett ist, sind alle doch reserviert, unglaublich schöner Hof, aber irgendwie sehr verlassen und dadurch auch unpersönlich. Eventuell Bar Möglichkeit über den ganzen Tag -> Pool? Oder Automat???
