Concierge was great! Staff. Everything. Great! A little better landscape maintenance in our little area was the only flaw in a beautiful quiet place.

Rooms have kitchenettes and washer/dryer which are great amenities. Staff were all super friendly and helpful, rooms and property are kept very clean. Overall an amazing experience and can't wait to stay here again.

Koloa Landing was wonderful. The grounds offered a tropical paradise setting, and the pool was the best I have ever scene, both in the layout as well as the size. In addition, the back lawn overlooked the ocean to help set the best setting. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

You could technically see the ocean. We were on the end, though, but, the views of the interior were just as beautiful! Not complaining about this aspect in anyway/shape/born. Some people might wanna full view of the ocean, but it’s Hawaii, if it’s beautiful, you gotta put a little bit of work in and go for a hike down to the coast ;)

We had an amazing time at the pool with our 4 year old twin boys. There were so many unique places for them to play and splash around. The views from the 3 bedroom villa were amazing and it was really easy to get around the island from this location. Highly recommend Kōloa landing if you are staying in Kauai.

Koloa Landing did not disappoint! Staff and resort were great. Stayed for a week in a studio and purchased a combo vacation on Expedia including airfare and a rental car. On site restaurant (Holoholo Grill) was great and bar staff were fantastic.

This was a hole in one, we loved every minute of our stay, and we are already planning our next trip! Definitely the best pick for a home base, and a good location for exploring the rest of island (recommend renting a car if you want to do more than just pool side hangs). Can’t wait to come back!

The resort pool was amazing! Didn’t really think we’d use it but we were glad we did! Super close to poipu beach where we got to see sea turtles come up. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for families, close to Poipu beach and shopping village nearby

I would give this property a 4.5 out of 5. Great location to one of the best snorkeling beaches at Poipu Beach. We saw a lot of fish and sea turtles. It’s only 1.5 miles from the property. I would give the staff a 5/5 but the cleaning crew a 2.5/5. My room wasn’t cleaned properly one day with a door slightly open to the balcony. I have a lot of valuables in the room. The next day the front desk texted me at 8:50 a.m. that the cleaning crew was going to do a full cleaning but no one came before 3 p.m. We were quite disappointed coming home from a long day hiking. The food at the restaurant is very good with big portions and very reasonable prices. The staff at the restaurant were great. We had a pleasant stay and we are planning to stay here again if we come back to Kauai.

It was nice

Overall 10/10 stay here at Kōloa Landing. I hope to come back and bring my whole family next time. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our week stay on Kauai. Poipu beach was a short drive or walk away, plenty of food options and a quaint area to stay. The property was phenomenal, beautiful grounds, amazing pool. We did not try the grill located on the grounds but did use other amenities. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

This property was absolutely stunning. I’ve stayed multiple times on the island and this place so far, takes the cake. Super clean, serene and quality. The rooms have kitchens if you need this option and the pools were some of the best. Definitely going to stay at Koloa Landing Resort again

It's a nice hotel, and the workers were pleasant. My only complaints would be that while it's close to the ocean, it's not near the beach, but that's why they have the elaborate pool. - My second complaint is that the neighbors were loud with screaming children. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't complain to them, and they probably would have let me move rooms, if I had asked. It does seem like they put me in the building (there are different buildings) with all the kids. I'm guessing they have all the kids there because it's nearest to the kiddie pool, but since I didn't have children in my group, I don't know why I was placed in that building. - My last complaint is that the hotel restaurant (which is not enclosed) has a lot of somewhat aggressive birds trying to get your food. It doesn't seem sanitary to have birds flying over your head or perching on your table when you are eating.

It was a wonderful experience!

Lovely, quiet resort. Room was well kept and decorated, we upgraded to a 1-bedroom. Room was spacious, kitchen well equipped, convenience of having a laundry was perfect. Walls and floors are thick, we never heard a peep from our neighbors. Pool was clean and inviting, and the Holoholo grill by the bottom is fun - they have live music most nights, so hanging out in the lowest hot tub is a great place to relax and listen. I knew this was not beachfront, but the “quick path” is deceiving. Walking options to the beach are either by walking the shoulder of Hoonai rd, or along Poipu rd. It’s not really a “path” and it’s not really quick. We don’t spend a ton of time on the beach, but if you’re a frequent beach goer, this may be a deal breaker if you don’t like lugging your kids/stuff, and then having to go back and forth. If you’re staying in building 11 or 10, parking areas are often filled with people coming to eat at the Holoholo, and it’s kind of inconvenient to find somewhere to park depending on what time you return. Also in building 10, our view was of the parking lot, which could have been a lot nicer. The biggest deal breaker at Koloa Landing, is that they had no hospitality or “courtesy” room that they have at other nearby resorts. This is a necessity for any travelers who check out in the am, but don’t have a flight until later at night. It’s nice to have a place to change and shower before departure. At Koloa all I was offered was an expensive “late check out”.

Best hotel I have probably stayed at especially in Hawaii, arguably more beautiful grounds and pools than the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. On site restaurant was delicious as well as the marketplace on site which also had lots of essentials available for purchase. Multiple pools, one of which is adults only, one is family, and the rest are multi use with waterfalls. Beach access and views from resort, minutes from downtown Koloa and poipu beach. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly and helpful staff as well. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent all around. Perfect place to stay.

The pool and amenities around the property were very nice. The staff was always very friendly, particularly the bartenders. They did a great job of striking up conversation and making you feel welcome. There was a lot to do around the property also. There were some solid snorkeling areas and sandy beaches were not far. Some of the best rated restaurants were within a very short drive.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Kauai and staying at Kōloa helped make Everything perfect. Great swimming for kids and there Is a great restaurant right in the resort. Thank you for a memorable experience, for our families first time in Hawaii

What a beautiful stay! Everything was perfect! All the staff were so nice! We had a great time for our family of 5 and will definitely return!

Nice property, however, it was not beach front and the nearby beach had rocky sands.

The resort was very nice. Clean and well maintained. The problem is the hidden fees. Resort is extremely expensive. Due to this we would not stay here again.

They exceeded our expectations. The staff we made all the difference. So kind, friendly, responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Having a vila with a full kitchen and washer dryer was so helpful with 2 teens! Location was perfect, pool was incredible, good food, lots of parking, I can’t suggest this hotel enough. We can’t wait to go back!

Property was clean, beautiful, we stayed in a studio king kitchenette garden view. We were welcomed with free bottle waters and a box of Hawaiian chocolates. The pools are spectacular! The restaurant overlooks the beautiful pools. They also have soccer and volleyball court, There’s live nightly Hawaiian music while you’re swimming or while dining at their restaurant Holoholo. The shopping center and food are walking distance. King bed was comfortable. The sofa bed squeaked a lot but no big deal. Kitchenette is a nice bonus with fridge.

Loved this property. Our villas were clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with enough kitchen ware you could prepare meals. The store on site has a variety of basic staples and they made the best lattes with oak milk. My grandchildren loved the pools and the slides….i can see why Kōloa Landing has won awards for its pools. There’s shopping available not far from Kōloa Landing with a nice variety of restaurants. Poipu Beach is close by and is super beach for families. Our family had a wonderful stay at Kōloa Landing.

The pool was amazing, the restaurant was good and staff were always helpful and friendly. Our room had an ocean view and parking was plentiful although not always close to our building. Room was nice with AC the one bad thing we had was the sheets on the bed were lightly dirty but were changed within an hour. Overall was an amazing experience.

What an amazing place. We had a great time ag this location. The grounds, the pools the staff it was all really awesome.

We stayed at the grand Hyatt last trip and this has definitely made a strong case of why it may be our place of choice moving forward

Beautiful! Perfect for families

We have been here now twice and loved our stays both times accept for the beds. The property itself is well kept, clean and beautiful. The staff are always friendly and this place has great amenities. The only con which we experienced both times are that the pillows are horrible and made sleep very uncomfortable. I hate leaving a negative review but the pillow situation must be fixed. I would not stay here again just due to how uncomfortable the pillows were. They were all lumpy like they had been washed and now the filling was ruined and uneven. Please replace the pillows and I will be back.

My problem is with expedia setting me up in a handicap accessible studio. The shower was for wheels chairs. Also the kitchen was a mini fridge, sink and hot plate. Smoke detector went off if you used oil to cook. False advertising.

Friendly and professional staff. This property had everything we possibly needed. Every room comes with a washer and drier which is a must for our family. The studio apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 3. Great dining options on site and the super market on site was great as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Our favorite place to stay on Kauai! Best pool ever. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Love the kitchen and washer and dryer. Staff is excellent and friendly. Spa is really nice and very experienced masseuses. Restaurant on property is delicious and Leilani takes excellent care of you! You'll leave relaxed and feel taken care of!

Koloa landing is a 5 star resort. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing and relaxing . We had so many options with the pools , soccer , putting golf , yoga , smores night, 24/7 gym , restaurant on site and so much more. The staff was professional and they came by a daily to clean the room . The view of the pool was a perfect location. The location is in walking distance to stores and restaurants and the beach. Tne room had a fully stocked Kitchen which helped with us grabbing some groceries for the week . Just an overall great family trip . It’s the second time we stayed there and we are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai and staying there a again.

Customer service was excellent. The pool was amazing. The room was OK, was disappointed that we were overlooking a parking lot when it was supposed to be a “garden view”.

Probably the most beautiful property on Kawai. Fabulous pools, nice walkways, very close to the beach. Wonderful property for families! The amenities were nice and the balcony was massive with a gorgeous view. Can’t say enough good things about Kaloa Landing! Our entire family loved it!!!

I have stayed in a number of hotels. The two bedroom villa was incredible. A great view. Useful amenities like kitchen and washer/dryer. Beautiful grounds. Fantastic pools. I could hardly imagine staying anywhere else on the island. This stay was well worth the money spent.

The location of the property was excellent and the poolside and the landscape of the property was beautiful. The proximity to the Paipu beech and other attractions including the airport(30 minute drive) was very appealing. The washer and dryer in the room was an advantage. The rooms ,services, and amenities provided could have been better. I have had much better experience in other Autograph properties. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. They texted helpful information about special events. Our room was spacious. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer made our stay more comfortable and convenient.

We had a 1 bedroom villa and it was very roomy, clean, appropriately stocked, and homey. The pool and hot tubs were also very nice.

Beaches are walkable and the pool is amazing

Wonderful location. Property was clean and well kept for the most part. Rooms need door mats due to what the trees drop on the ground getting tracked in on shoes. Room could have been more clean upon arrival.

Should have upgraded to a pool view. We had a garden view room but it wasn’t a garden view. It was right in the parking lot on ground level. Couldn’t open the window blinds or sliders to the patio, because people were constantly coming and going right by our room. Pretty bum deal. Love Kaua’i tho!

Cabanas are a bit overpriced for what you get compared to other similar hotels we have stayed at. Also the condition and of them wasn’t that great, they need to be refreshed.

This is so petty, on my part and the front desk. I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and was denied an extra bottle of water because it is a,”welcome gift.” So…if I’d checked out and returned I could have an additional bottle of water???

The cleaning and maintenance staff were hard working and great. The pool area was very relaxing and beautiful with the holo grill there and a place to get ice cream, drinks, etc..

Nikki, the bartender was great! All the staff were friendly and the deak remembered details about my daughter and me.

This is a really nice resort in a beautiful and central location. The rooms are small but very well appointed. Abby at the front desk was really Great but the folks at the bar were not very helpful or friendly. The view and ocean are gorgeous and an amazing beach for swimming is nearby at the Sheraton.

Amazing stay at Koloa Landing. The service was extraordinary - one employee went out of their way to give our 2 small children a couple stuffies at the market at no charge. Small gestures like this made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pool was amazing that it makes it hard to want to leave the resort and explore. We had whale sightings everyday from our ocean view balcony too, which was a surprise. We also enjoyed the restaurant from ordering up to our room or sitting poolside and enjoying meals. Would definitely recommend.

The resort was beautiful. Although not directly on the beach, the pool and gardens and the overall views were terrific. We did not eat on property but found plenty of options in the nearby shopping centers and a few food / coffee trucks. Convenient to south shore activities. Would return.

Our family of 4 fully enjoyed our stay at 2-bedroom suite. The pool was amazing and the staff very friendly and welcoming. We would love to return here.

We came to Kauai off season, so it was wonderful to have such a safe place to swim, when the ocean was so strong.
