The restaurant at this hotel is the stand out. It’s excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and all meals were fantastic. The hotel room itself isn’t much to write home about but is clean and functional.

There was no coffee/tea kettle in room. No smart tv.

This hotel was the closest to the airport that had a 24 hour check-in. I noticed that the aircrew from Palermo Airport were also staying here. It is a really lovely place, with friendly staff. We only stayed one night because we were off to the centre of Sicily, but I will come back some time and take advantage of all the resort facilities. They have an airport transfer which you can book in advance, which costs 25 euros, rather than the usual 40 euros for a taxi.

Beautiful grounds, a comfortable room with excellent air conditioning, delicious breakfast and dinner, a great swimming pool, and easy parking.

The pool closes too early, at 7 p.m. There is no food available between lunch and dinner, and no towels are provided at the pool. The room, while comfortable, is rather sparsely and basically furnished.

Les horaires de la piscine qui ferme entre 19h et 9h en pleine période de grosse saison estivale. L’attente de plus d’une heure au restaurant le soir après avoir commandé alors que le restaurant était presque vide. Les plats sont arrivés entre froids pour certain et trop cuits pour d’autres. Les rideaux de la chambres qui ne filtres pas bien la lumière à tel point qu’un rai de lumière est sur le visage pendant toute la nuit. La sonorisation qui fait qu’on a l’impression que le voisin qui tousse est juste à côté de nous. La chasse des toilettes en plastique qui tombe à chaque fois qu’on l’utilise. Le petit déjeuner très limité sous prétexte que le cuisinier est en retard alors qu’il ouvre à 7h et qu’il est passé 8h L’odeur de kérosène

L établissement en lui même est bien et surtout proche de l aéroport.

Nous n avons pas aimé le restaurant, extrêmement cher pour la qualité des plats. Décevant. Il veut mieux sortir de l hôtel pour manger.

We stayed at Magaggiari Hotel Resort for one night before catching our morning flight back home to the US, and it was the absolute perfect finale to our time in Sicily. The hotel is sleek, modern, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, featuring a super comfortable bed, a great bathroom setup, and a fantastic view overlooking the pool and out toward the ocean. The pool area itself feels genuinely luxurious—it was an absolute haven for relaxing on a scorching Sicilian summer afternoon. Do not skip the hotel restaurant! The food quality was completely off the charts and served authentic Sicilian flavors. I had the tuna with pistachio and my wife had the pasta special; both dishes were incredible. Being just minutes away from Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO) made our departure morning completely stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better final night. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for one night and arrived very late, but overall the resort made a great first impression. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a very well-designed setting.

Unfortunately, there were two important downsides. First, the sound insulation between rooms is poor. We could clearly hear normal footsteps and movement from the room above us, which kept waking us up during the night. The guests above were not being noisy—it was simply a matter of inadequate soundproofing. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect much better insulation. The second issue was the lack of cooked vegan and gluten-free food options. In 2026, these dietary requirements are well established, and a 4-star hotel should be able to offer at least a few suitable meals. The staff did their best to help, but there was very little they could actually prepare.

Nice pool area and close to Palermo for airport

The hotel was more interested in the functions they had on than the Guests staying. Found the staff quite abrupt and unhelpful. For example, they couldn’t provide any sort of snack at lunch time, we were told we couldn’t sit on the outside tables for a drink before dinner, even the pool area was being set up for a function whilst we were trying to sunbathe and swim and then fully clothed guests all arrived to gather for drinks!

Reception personnel not particularly friendly or helpful. The room was adjacent to a very busy road which was very loud & noisy from passing trucks, cars, and motorcycles.

Simply a Magical Place, from the beauty of the hotel to the surrounding mountains . From all on the Culinary staff to the Chefs wonderful presentations, A plus plus. Enza in Reception, Agostino and Louisa in Waitstaff were just a few name that stayed with my memory on a staff that was exemplary. The young man who took care of the fabulous pool and drinks to keep us hydrated, Birra in my case, was working always with a smile. All in all a WONDERFUL Resort Hotel with an Exceptional staff.

The rooms at this hotel are nice, spacious and well equipped. We found our room to be very clean and housekeeping was great and efficient each day. The pool is also lovely and quite peaceful as the hotel was in a fairly remote location. Room service food was great and breakfast also good.

This hotel is really quite unusual. It seems that they cater their business to conferencing/business people and airline crew, and almost seemed surprised to have guests who were just on holiday. It is in a fairly remote location near the airport with the main town centre a 30 minute walk away which is ok but in the summer heat it’s not the easiest! The main menu food is delicious but it is quite high end/fine dining and expensive, which is unusual for a hotel, especially in a location like this where there aren’t any other options at all. It’s the same menu at lunch and dinner with a very short serving window at lunchtime - it felt quite rushed and restrictive, plus service was slow. For the price point of the hotel I also would’ve expected nicer pool sunbeds rather than the thin uncomfortable ones. Lastly unfortunately due to the tiled floors in all rooms, the soundproofing is terrible and if you’re in a ground floor room like we were, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving constantly.

The hotel restaurant was open late to accommodate our arrival (good), but the meal was slow coming and the Linguini with prawns had half a prawn only!

Sehr große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, schöne Hotelanlage, Strand fußläufig erreichbar, Frühstücks schmackhaft und vielfältig.

Der Frühstücksservice war wenig aufmerksam. Oft fehlte etwas, was jedoch auf Nachfrage schnell aufgefüllt wurde. Am Schreibtisch gab es keinerlei Steckdose. Hotel-Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Portionen sind winzig, die Preise hoch und der Geschmack ist maximal mittelmäßig.

My air conditioner barely worked the room was 24 degrees Celsius and my telephone was completely broken. I complained to the front desk twice about the temp she sent the tech out who claimed he would fix something outside and it would get better. It cooled to 23.5 degrees Celsius. The breakfast was subpar by anyone’s standards for an Italian hotel.

Close to the Palermo airport. Beautiful room and good resort facilities. Wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to great pizza place.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l’aéroport de Palerme, et nous avons découvert un lieu agréable et calme, parfait pour rayonner dans l’Ouest de la Sicile.

The decoration of the room… it’s too dark. The furniture is also dark and ugly. Not enough hangers or long hanging space. No kettle until we asked for it then the best plug was in the bathroom or on the floor. The safe was in a ridiculous position… had to stand on the bed to access it. Noise from other rooms… supposed to be sound proofed but could hear conversations and television sound from other rooms. No extract in the bathroom. Vanity unit at an angle, not user friendly.

Close to the airport and easy to find after a late arriving flight, with parking. Peaceful surroundings Large comfortable room, good breakfast. We only stayed at the resort for one short night and breakfast so didn't have the chance to view all the facilities.

Everything seemed fine. I would have loved a kettle and some teabags in the room, but that's just because I don't drink coffee!

Beautiful site and everything was in working order as far as we could tell. The breakfast was lovely and we had the best omelettes!

It is a beautiful resort, a gated community of sorts. We were only there for one night but the room was modern, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The restaurant was very good. Nice decor, diverse menu choices, a good wine list, and very well made and tasty food.

We had a bit of a panic trying to leave for an early flight. The gate was closed and it took a few minutes to find the night guard, but it all worked out in the end. We probably should have asked about opening the gate when we checked in...

Die Lage ist nicht gut, der Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen! Ehrlichgesgt sind wir dan nach Palermo in das zentrum in ein besseres Hotel, ein Tag vor abreise sind wir zurückgekehrt!

Jest blisko lotniska i ma swój ogromny urok, palmy, bujną roślinność , bardzo urozmaicone i duże śniadania, dobra kawa. Personel bardzo pomocny i dbający o dobre samopoczucie gości. Jedynym problemem był dla mnie brak zestawu do kawy w pokoju ale sądzę że gdybym poprosiła wcześniej personel o poranną kawkę do pokoju , nie byłoby problemu. Wystrój hotelu klimatyczny, piękny widok .Podobało mi się bardzo ! Świetna opcja na nocleg blisko Palermo po lądowaniu na lotnisku Borsellino Falcone

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana eccellente. Al nostro arrivo in hotel siamo stati accolti dal receptionist Giorgio e non avremmo potuto ricevere un’accoglienza migliore. È stato estremamente gentile, ci ha spiegato in modo dettagliato il funzionamento dell’hotel e ha avuto anche la premura di aiutarci con le indicazioni per l’aeroporto, in un momento in cui ero un po’ preoccupata. Si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Desidero sottolineare in particolare la sua empatia e l’attenzione verso i clienti, che hanno fatto davvero la differenza durante il soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel, gli spazi sono molto curati e la camera è ampia e confortevole. Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere in una prossima visita in Sicilia.

It was not 1.4 miles from The airport but 10 km (6.2 miles). 20 mins drive.The airport apparently does have a shuttle for 25 Euros (in office hours). I took a taxi and it cost euros 40, which was steep and the same in the morning back to the airport. If you have a hire care the hotel has parking. All that being said I really did like the hotel and staff but feel the distance to the airport should be changed and more flexibility with the hotel shuttle would be great.
