אהבנו את המארחת היא הייתה מקסימה ונעימה מאוד, המקום היה נקי ומסודר, הייתה ארוחת בוקר של מאפים וקפה ארוחת בוקר סיציליאנית אמיתית

המיטה הייתה מאוד לא נוחה בכל תזוזה היא עשתה רעש נוראי והכרית הייתה גבוהה כל כך שנתפס הצוואר

È un gioiellino curato e pulito

Fara contacted us, gave us clear directions and provided us with an in room breakfast because we were leaving for an early flight.

Très belle suite, décorée avec soin, nous avions la suite avec piscine privative, avec tout le confort nécessaire… un merveilleux accueil de Fara, qui s’est vraiment donné du mal pour nous satisfaire. Bouteille d’eau dans notre frigo ☺️ et également dans le frigo commun en cas de besoin. Pas de problème de parking dans la rue.

Il manquerait juste une poubelle dans chaque chambre mais c’est du détail.

Ubytování krásné, čisté, prostorné, světlé prostředí. Paní hostitelka výborná, velmi vlídná, udělala nám skvělou snídani. Některé pokoje mají i bazén a to stojí za příplatek, skvělý zážitek. Vrátil bych se znovu! :)

Lep, intimen hotel v retro stilu. Zelo prijazno osebje. Ker smo prišli sredi noči, smo vsa navodila dobili na tel., Navodila so bila jasna in namestitev je potekala brez kakršnihkoli zapletov. Zelo ga priporočam.

La cordialità di Fara, la titolare della struttura è davvero lodevole. Molto apprezzata la tranquillità della struttura, la piscina e la vista aperta dalla quadrupla all’ultimo piano. Le stanze sono tutte ristrutturate ma mantengono il fascino della tradizione siciliana sia nell’architettura che nell’arredamento. Se torneremo da queste parti, sicuramente torneremo a Settegrana, che consigliamo vivamente.

Camera d'appoggio per volare da Palermo. Struttura recentissima in posizione centrale a Cinisi, staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Se posso suggerire una miglioria, aiuterebbe una mensolina in doccia per appoggiare lo shampoo invece che in terra e un paio di ganci per appendere le salviette :)

Fara est une hôtesse extrêmement serviable et la chambre était confortable et très propre. N'ayant passé qu'une nuit, nous reviendrons pour profiter de Cinisi et Palerme.

Tiene nevera con 1 botella de agua de cortesía,cafetera y calentador para té en la habitación. Incluye un desayuno básico de bebida con bollería. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona. La comunicación y acceso al apartamento con la persona encargada.

Las imágenes idílicas de la terraza con piscina NO ES DE USO COMÚN. Aunque en tu reserva ponga claro que tienes una habitación sin piscina, crea confusión. Las fotos son maravillosas y parece un hotel de Formentera pero no es tal. Muebles antiguos en casa reformada. Las toallas son tan tan viejas que te puedes hacer un peeling con ellas. Finas y con 1.000 usos. Camas incómodas. Colchones y sábanas de bastante tiempo. No hay ninguna privacidad en la habitación con un baño con pared de cristal sin techo que se oye todo; la 2da habitación está metida dentro de la principal sin ventana y con puertas de cristal transparente sin intimidad. La tapa del WC estaba rota. Se oye todo de los vecinos./calle..

Es ist eine soooooo schöne Unterkunft. Die dach terasse mit kleinem Pool einfach perfekt. Wären sehr gerne noch paar Nächte geblieben . Sollten wir nochmal Sizilien buchen kommen wir safe wieder hier her . Die Gastgeberin ist super herzlich und mega hilfsbereit. Alles perfekt

We arrived exhausted after a midnight flight. Thankfully, our host, Fara, had already helped us organize a taxi to the property. The self-check-in instructions were clear and simple, which was a huge relief after traveling so late. The room was super clean and perfectly prepped for us. It offered exactly the comfort we needed to recharge after a long travel day. Fara went above and beyond. Not only did she assist with our late-night arrival, but the next morning she also helped us book a taxi back to the airport so we could pick up our rental car. She is incredibly nice and genuinely helpful.

La posizione della stanza è perfetta per chi arriva o parte dall'Aeroporto di Palermo, specialmente in orari serali, vista la distanza dalla città di Palermo. La colazione era ricca e gustosa, completa di dolci e frutta fresca. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e amichevole.

A lovely comfortable stay, in good location and staff helped us out with taxi to pick up our hire car. Highly recommended

Situation géographique car près de l'aéroport, nous avions un avion tôt le matin. Stationnement sur la rue facile et gratuit. La petite terrasse sur laquelle on a pu souper d'une pizza. Rue calme.

Séjour marqué par des désagréments. La propriétaire ne nous avait pas envoyé le code d'accès au bâtiment à l'avance. Pensant qu'elle nous accueillerait sur place, nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués devant la porte. Nous avons dû l'appeler en espérant une réponse, ce qui a généré un stress évitable dès notre arrivée .Concernant la chambre, l'espace est mal conçu. La chambre est petite, rendant le rangement des bagages difficile. Le porte-bagages est inutilisable : lorsqu'il est déplié, il bloque l'accès à la salle de bain. La porte entièrement vitrée de la salle de bain est un risque de collision, et le store de la porte-fenêtre menant à la terrasse était impossible à remonter.

We spent one night at Hotel Settegrana in Cinisi and it was a truly wonderful experience. Fara, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — she kindly accepted our late check-in without any hassle and even arranged a taxi for us straight from the airport, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help left a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such personal, caring service, and it made all the difference to our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. We can’t recommend Hotel Settegrana enough — huge thanks to Fara for her outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

La proximité avec l'aéroport est très pratique. Propriétaire très accueillante, réactive et généreuse qui nous a recommandé quelques bonnes adresses. Très belle maison sicilienne bien rénovée. Nous avons pu avoir un petit-déjeuner avec des options véganes à 7h du matin. Parking facile et gratuit dans la rue.

Tout était très bien. Attention à la chambre que vous réservez car seulement l'une d'entre elles donne accès à la piscine.

Tudo ótimo. Segunda vez que aqui ficamos e é para regressar sem dúvida.Excelente localização, perto do aeroporto, da capital Palermo, das praias. Quarto espaçoso, pequeno almoço com tudo fresco e preparado com muita atenção. A anfitriã com a sua simpatia e acolhimento torna tudo ainda melhor.

Владельцы очень приятные и добрые, один из даже привез нам еду ночью, когда все было закрыто, а другая помогла доехать до автобусной остановки. Номер был абсолютно чистый, красивый и с замечательной террасой, где есть сиденья и стол. В стоимость так же вошёл завтрак из свежей выпечки и кофе, чая, сока. Так же владелец спросил нас, хотим ли мы что-то особое на завтрак, кроме этого накануне. В номере отличный душ и большая кровать

Beautiful building in a nice area. Host was very nice and packed us a breakfast because we had to leave at the crack of dawn.

Plaža je udaljena ako ste pešak,ali i to se može rešiti rentiranjem ako ništa 🚲 i dodati ugođaj plus na celu priču.

Posizione ottima per girare, la proprietaria è molto disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutare. Colazione abbondante, pulizia perfetta.

Se proprio devo dare una nota negativa sono materassi e i cuscini in po' scomodi... superficiale rispetto a tutto il positivo che può dare questo posto

Vengono principalemenre mostrate immagini della camera 3 e 1 non dela 2 che è si grande ma poco attrattiva per via dell’arredamento della nonna e della poca illuminazione dei lampadari,I bagni nonostante siano grandi mancano di privacy e la carta igienica è messa in un comparto segreto a muro insieme allo scovolino, non è massimo dell’igiene

The building has been carefully restored it is very beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and decorated to a very very high standard. The breakfast was excellent and the host was always available to assist in any way. We rate the property 10/10

Great little place, perfect for easy access to Palermo Airport. Our room was spotlesly clean, with comfy bed, good shower and a private small terrace. Breakfast was more than adequate, with croissants, cakes, yoghurt etc and pleny of coffee. The staff were friendly and although there is no dedicated parking, we managed to find a space directly outside. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and beach is only a short drive away. Petfect for our pre flight one night stay and I would happily recommend to fellow travellers.

Struttura con mobili di pregio, in una stradina di Cinisi. Camera ampia, comoda (c'era il topper!) anche se il bagno non è completamente separato (parete vetro a tre quarti d'altezza). Silenziosa, comoda per aeroporto ma anche per fare mare in zona. Proprietari presenti e molto cordiali. Colazione ben fornita ma solo dolce (all'italiana diciamo). Ci tornerei.

Metterei le saponette sul lavabo, oltre ai monouso di shampoo (barbieri direbbe: meno plastica!).

To mieszkanie prezentuje się bardzo ładnie, z wygodnymi łóżkami dostępnymi w dwóch oddzielnych sypialniach. Niewątpliwie atrakcją jest fantastyczny basen zlokalizowany na dachu, który stanowi znaczący atut tej nieruchomości. Dodatkowo, w bliskim sąsiedztwie budynku zawsze można znaleźć wolne miejsce do zaparkowania pojazdu.

Śniadania mogłyby być troszkę bardziej urozmaicone.

Die Enrichtung war mal ganz anders, nicht so langweilig und der Pool , genau richtig. Bei der Beschreibung wußten wir bis zuletzt nicht ob wir alle 4 in einem Zimmer schlafen. Es stand plötzlich immer nur 1 Zimmer da. Aber alles gut waren 2 Schlafzimmer und eine tolle Terrasse. Der Strand ist ohne Auto zu weit entfernt. Essen gehen kann man gleich an der Hauptstraße. Wir haben es genutzt um nahe am Flughafen zu sein. Eine gute Unterkunft zum guten Preis.
