Algo de ruido en los pasillos, pero creo que es porque nos correspondió una habitación muy cerca al ascensor.

نقوم بالحجز عن طريق التطبيق والمفترض ان نصل للاستقبال تكون الحجوزات والغرف جاهزة حيث تم ابلاغهم صباحا اننا سوف نحضر ظهر ولكن التي في الاستقبال غير العمانية جعلتنا ننتظر كثير علما ان كل بيانات معها ووجود موظفه جديدة .. بالاضافة ان الغرف التي نطلبها احيانا لا تناسب نجد ان السرير مقابل الباب وهذا غير مريح ودوما اطلب التغيبر من غير تم ازعاجي في المساء يريدوا بطاقتي الشخصية مرة اخرى علما تم اعطائهم واخذوا نسخه اثناء استلام الغرف ذكروا لديهم مشكلة في نظام .لكن الوقت غير مناسب اتمنى التعامل بدون التميز للجنسيات بحكم اننا أصحاب البلد ومعتادين الاقامة في هذا الفندق سابقا

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The room was cute and comfortable. The restaurant there do not disappoint. We had dinner at Tokyo Taro whihc was really good and later went to the Sports Bar which had a nice Happy Hour going.
the breakfast was below average. The food was stale and very less option. It kinda gave a bad impression as it was the last thing we did before leaving.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Si queréis pedir un taxi , descargaros la aplicación Yango o la de Otaxi , pero no podréis esperarlo en el Hotel a no ser que queráis pagar el triple…tendréis que ir a la calle y seleccionar otra ubicación cercana a el Hotel , la diferencia de precio es abismal, os lo adelanto.

Dilini and Faisal (spelling?) at the reception, Austin and the chef in the restaurant, and especially Salim, the wonderful driver and a guide who works at Al Falaj, made my stay perfect. Thank you, guys!
