Reviewed Sep 14, 2026値段の割にきれいで広いホテル。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、サラダやパン、オムレツやオマーンの料理等色々楽しめました！ ジムやプールもあり、快適。 部屋は 広めで、バスタブや、ドライヤーもついていて、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 マスカットの中でも、マトラスークエリア寄りで、RUWIバスステーションまで徒歩10分くらいの場所にあります。 マトラスークまではタクシーで2レアル弱くらいでした。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026In the non smoking room, guests smoked inside the room and in the toilet. After guest's checkout. the room service was not done properly. I was allotted to that room which i rejected and they provided me immediately upgraded room. Thank you for the receptionist.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Otel konumu istasyona yakın ama sıcak olduğu için taksiyi kullandık hep. Taksilerde uygulama ile çağırırsan inanılmaz uygun fiyatlara denk geldi. Otelin kahvaltısı harikaydı. Her şey vardı, seçeneği çok fazlaydı ve inanılmaz sevdim. Karak Tea bir harika tadına bayıldım. Otel tertemiz ve hep çok güzel kokular geliyordu otelin her yerinden mis gibi kokuyordu. Biz check in saatinden çok önce geldik valizlerimizi bırakabildik. Kesinlikle Umman’da bu fiyata bu kalite en iyi otel diyebilirim.
Girişteki çalışan personel biraz kabaydı. Wifi şifresini istedik ve İngilizceleri biraz garip olduğu için anlamadım tekrarlamasını söylediğimde kaba davrandı ve güler yüzlü değildi. Ummanda herkes inanılmaz güler yüzlü tek gördüğüm güler yüzlü olmayan kişiydi. Otelin tek sevmediğim yanı buydu.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Pool , is totally fine for kids and adults . Gym, you will find a big variety of devices. There is a fridge in the rooms. Clean rooms. Safe bix available also. You will get what you paid for " great value for money " Comfortable beds. Supermarket and restaurants available around (7 minutes of walking ) Going to visit again....
Water tap is a bit tricky to adjust the temperature. A tip : in gulf countries the cold water tap always provide hot/warm water because of the heat outside. (Street view rooms ) Its a little bit noisy from outside because of the nearby highway , but it didn't bother me at all . Walking to the bus station is a bit hard because of the heat outside although its just 7 minutes of walking .
