Reviewed Aug 27, 2026This is a very nice hotel with a very helpful receptionist just 5 minutes walk from Las Setas and the lovely old shopping street of Calle Sierpes. There are lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Be aware that there is a lot of pedestrianisation work going on to improve the area and the car park Imagen which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel is almost impossible to get to, so the hotel has a discounted deal with Parking Escuelas Pias which is just a few minutes walk away.
The bathroom is lovely and large but needs some attention in as much as the shower has black mould around the edges which is easily remedied with an anti mould spray. The bathroom also needs some hooks to hang dressing gowns on and there is plenty of space to put in a long wide shelf or table to put toiletries on.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I stayed in Cool Sevilla hotel for 7 nights and I had the junior suite. The room service was very good. Clean bed sheets and fresh towels everyday. The air conditioning was very good. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to everywhere especially Santa Cruz and Sur, a 30 minute walk to Triana and 10 minute walk to the cathedral. There were shops and bars near by to get a beer and some food. Emma and the blonde haired girl ( I forgot her name) at the reception desk were very helpful and answered all my concerns, thank you ladies.
The room is a bit run down.Could be improved especially the shower. The shower was leaking and produced cold water at all times. I informed the reception desk but I'm not sure if it looked at 😏. There were a few ants in the room but that could not be helped as the weather was so hot. I don't think the hotel was worth the money I paid as it was quite run down. The walls were like paper so you could hear everything and the slamming of doors at 11pm or even later at night from people was very inconsiderate especially when you were up for an early morning flight.... 🙈 There are no buses around the area to get to places so the only option was to walk or get a taxi. There was construction works outside the hotel which started very early in the morning so it was hard to get a lie in with all the noise. The bed was not very comfortable I thought the springs were going to come through the mattress at one point 😏.
