Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Lage ist top in einer ruhigen Gasse, direkt um die Ecke liegt das Setas sowie viele Gassen mit Restaurants sowie Boutiquen, in welcher kaum Touristen unterwegs sind, man ist direkt in der Stadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Klimaanlage super.
Türen lassen sich teilweise schwer öffnen/Klinken lösen sich genau wie das Parkett, im Bad waren kleine Ameisen, ein Beistelltisch wäre gut, beim Frühstück gibt es ein Brett mit Käse/Kochschinken, Omelette und Brötchen/Croissant, es stehen Kaffeeautomat, Orangensaft, Müsli/Joghurt, leckerer Kuchen und Waffeln zur Verfügung. Schade, dass das Brett dann halbvoll zurückgeht, etwas ungewöhnliche Vorgehensweise. Im Bad fehlt ein Handtuch für den Boden sowie eine Glaswand für die Dusche, so wird beim Duschen das Bad geflutet. Ablagen gibt es nur in Form von Haken. Besonders war auch, dass man nur eine weiße Zimmerkarte bekommt, kein Papier mit Zimmernummer etc. Es ist relativ hellhörig. Klimaanlage top allerdings kann diese unter 24 Grad eingestellt für einen Stromausfall im Haus sorgen.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. Und gehen auf wünsche beim Frühstück ein. Man kann sich immer Wasser abfüllen in der lobby. So wie Kaffee.
Uns wurde mitgeteilt dass man kostenlos parken kann, aber da stimmte nicht. Das ist irreführend und hat uns sehr viel Zeit gekostet die wir lieber in unseren Urlaub investiert hätten. Es gab Ameisen im Badezimmer.

Lo recomiendo está cerca del centro y se llega a todos los sitios me he sentido como en casa y la idea del café y las manzanillas o agua a todas horas gratis a sido muy buena idea que no lo he visto en ningún sitio un Saludo desde Cuenca

Ein Kühlschrank wäre schön. Das Bett hat sehr gewackelt. Ich habe es an der Rezeption bemängelt und wird wohl repariert.

O pequeno almoço estava sempre ótimo, variedade de pão, bebidas quentes, frutas. Os funcionários foram sempre gentis connosco e deram muitas dicas sobre restaurantes bons e com preço bom. Sugeriram um show de flamenco que foi espetacular. Em Sevilha faz muito calor e os quartos tem ar condicionado o que é excelente para nós sentirmos confortáveis. Voltaria a fazer esta escolha sem dúvida.

Tiene la cocina abierta todo el tiempo, pudiendo conseguir agua caliente, café, usar microondas o grill. Buena relación calidad precio también.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026O facto de podernos lanchar a qualquer hora do dia, desde que chegámos, é um plus tremendo. No nosso caso, tivemos waffles, fruta, água e bebidas de cafetaria. A localização do Boutike no Casco Viejo, o quarto confortável q.b. correspondeu plenamente às expectativas e o pequeno-almoço variado também tel de ser realçado.
A falta ac nos corredores. Por estar em Espanha, também senti a falta dos ibéricos no pequeno-almoço.

L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est très prévenant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Encore merci !

Die Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig. Das Bad war sauber aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026This place is in the best location in old town. Walking distance to everything you need. Get lost in the beautiful streets that Seville has to offer. Amazing value for money. Plus a great rooftop Terrace for late evenings in the summer heat. We were there during a heat wave, so brought a blow up pool to use. We left it on the roof top - hopefully it is there for the next guests….

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, está en pleno casco histórico de Sevilla.Tiene una terraza con vistas en la que puedes descansar.La cama nos resultó muy cómoda a pesar de ser muy blanda. El desayuno muy completo,diferentes tipos de pan y de todo...fruta,cereales,galletas.
Por poner una pega,creo que debería de cambiar el telefonillo de la puerta,te dan un código para entrar pero ya no sé ven los dígitos y casi los tienes que adivinar.

A pesar de que el desayuno era variado, se echaba de menos opciones para gente con intolerancias, y el surtido que por defecto había en cada mesa no parece el mejor sistema ya que en unos casos genera desperdicios y en otros se queda corto.

The only thing that really bothered me were the uncomfortable pillows.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026My second visit here. If you need a comfortable and welcoming base in Seville this is a great guesthouse with lots of extras that can make a big difference to travellers. Free welcome drink, chilled water on tap, free coffee/tea & snacks all day, kitchen facilities, comfortable seating area to relax in, excellent breakfast, luggage storage.
