The twin ground floor disabled room was very good. The breakfast was great.

Parking was a bit tight, the ramp was too steep and the handrail could have been longer.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel one which I would go to again. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy with parking at the hotel and the breakfast was delicious! Friendly and welcoming owners and staff I would highly recommend staying here.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The full cooked breakfast was very nice with also a choice of cereals, fruit juice, yogurts, fruit and jams. It also had parking

Misleading information when booking. States that breakfast was included .never noticed that in the small print it says continental breakfast .When filtering results and you put in “ hotels with breakfast, one assumes it means full breakfast. Then being chastised for getting make up on a towel in front of other guests is not acceptable.We both myself and my partner felt that the hosts made assumptions and took advantage that we are a young couple and do not feel the host would have spoke to us they way they did if we had been older. The whole experience of the hotel left us feeling uncomfortable and we spent very little time in the premises. Please don’t make assumptions about a young hard working couple who just wanted a break from studying. The host really need to work on their hospitality and manner .

Bathroom was a bit small. Booked a double room, was two singles pushed together.

Staff was very welcoming and helpfull, room was lovely, beds were comfy, big tv, access to Netflix. Good location as well just 10min by walk to the beach.

I would suggest shower curtain in bathroom as there was none and also pancaces for breakfast could be home made instead of small, bought ones.

The staff were very helpful at every stage and very friendly; I felt well looked after. Delicious breakfasts. A minor downside regarding the hot water—it was only available early in the morning and late at night. Wonderful location. Very clean. I will definitely be back.

Room was okay for somewhere to sleep. Door to the shower room was falling off the track, could do with a bit of modernising.

Stayed at the Address Hotel many times in the Disabled accessible room with my mate. Nee and Ash are a lovely couple and they go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Rooms are a little cold and out dated but for what you pay for bed and breakfast it is a really nice stay.

The Address is situated in central Blackpool but it’s a quiet area close to all amenities it’s clean and comfortable with a welcoming and friendly staff had everything we needed couldn’t fault anything would definitely stay there again

Nee and ash amazing nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely along with cooked breakfast, pancakes for the kids and cereal with fresh fruit and yogurt if wanted. Very friendly definitely recommend and will be back

The room was small, the curtain was thorn, the bathroom was too small, soap holder was rusted, towels were stained and smelly, we didn't get replacement of the smelly towels for 3days.

The twin bedroom with adjoined wet room was perfect for mine and my Dad's visit (Dad being a wheelchair user). I understand the bedroom was a converted living room, so the space was much larger than expected with lovely, big windows. The staff were were attentive and kind; the full English breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely return!

Our hotel was closer to the front than what we booked. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were so helpful and efficient. They collected us in the morning for breakfast and dropped us off back at the hotel. The best were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely come back again.

When we arrived there was a slight confusion to our booking as the site we booked on, booked us into one hotel and it should've been the sister hotel. Bit of confusion to start the holiday, but the staff were so apologetic and sorted it. Due to the hot weather's, maybe supply a fan, cause it was incredibly warm.

Great Location and great hosts. Made us feel welcome and even help celebrate my daughter birthday at breakfast which is included and a great brekky to start a busy day.

The place was okay

The last day spoilt it for us. We went down for breakfast. We was a little bit early. When we got there there was people finishing the breakfast so we went to sit down. One of the gentlemen who works there told us that they weren't serving anything for another 15 minutes so we went out of the door and he shut it like we was criminals. So we went upstairs, got our bags and decided to go. Was very disappointed as we were down to go out. The woman come out and said to us she would make us some breakfast but it was too late. Just treated us so bad that we thought we'd best go and we ended up buying breakfast somewhere else would not go again. Shame

Blackpool is pretty old and dirty . The address was very clean and comfortable in comparison to other hotels I have at there.

Room & en-suite size was just a bit cramped for me, but manageable.

She was remarkably friendly, helpful, and truly couldn't do enough for us. She even offered to open up the dining room for us if we wanted to bring a takeaway back in the evening—a lovely gesture that kept our room smelling fresh! ​Fantastic Breakfast: With a busy day ahead, a proper meal is crucial. There were loads of options available, from a full cooked breakfast and cereals to pancakes, which were a massive hit with my daughter. ​Spotless Rooms: While some might class the rooms as a little dated, they were exceptionally clean. Cleanliness is what matters most to me, and they got it spot on.

​My only slight bugbear—and this applies to practically every property nowadays rather than just The Address specifically—is having to pay for parking. ​However, when I spoke to the owner, he was kind enough to let me stay a bit later, which gave us a few extra hours. It's a minor thing, but that flexibility really went a long way!

Location was perfect for winter gardens, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was perfect!

The rooms are big the bathroom was big but it was so dusty and I couldn't sleep in the bed was iching all night not sure what was underneath the bed sheets the room was so dusty behind the draws I could not believe looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years the breakfast was nice they did ask us how we would like it which was good but once we finished eating after walking past the kitchen I saw the cooker omg it had foil paper on it and it looked like no one had changed it in along time was full of black burnt food been there for so long dont know what tgey have growing in there everything needs a clean so dusty n dirty apart from that the staff was great only saw them at breakfast time tgat is it

It was a nice big place needed bit more cleaning was very dusty behind the drawers apart from that it was a good stay the staff was very accommodating they even brought us a small fan and the breakfast went down as a treat

The room is very dated and the carpet when you walked on it felt unclean the bedding was fresh and clean but the curtains looked stained yellow. We struggled to lock our room door so we put a chair up against it

The best hosts Ì have ever come across, super friendly, super helpful super caring even to giving us a lift to the train station when leaving. Gave us ideas of where to go for some entertainment that were reasonably priced. Let us store our luggage for a large part of the day because after checking out at 10 our train wasn't due until late afternoon. Whilst it is not the poshest of places it does what it says on the tin - superb value for money,Whilst breakfast wasn't huge it was most certainly sufficient and they continually checking if we needed anything - tea bags,coffee, milk,toilet rolls etc. I would stay here again just because of the hosting alone, they were really the loveliest of hosts

We stayed in an accessible room. Plenty of room for the wheelchair, bathroom had plenty of hand rails and a shower chair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Area was very quiet with no noise at night. Breakfast was lovely and hot.

Only thing was there was single beds in the accessible room. We would have preferred a double bed.

The owners were amazing they went above and beyond. You couldn't beat the breakfast or the service

The only negative for me was the distance from the prom. I have mobility issues and really struggled with the walk

Parking place and price stayed 3 night's nothing touched in the room in fact bin was overflowing low and had to ask for toilet paper wrong room given 1st too high although lowest possible was requested last of all had to asked for heating to be turned on it was sorted but still very cold

Owner did not reply to my request to drop off our bags early until the next day. By that time it was too late so we had to carry our bags around on the 1st day. Included breakfast was poor, cornflakes and toast. And wasn't served until 9am with room check out at 10am.

Nothing almost everything was to our satisfaction the only downside was that in the wet room they had a static chair with arm. Were as my husband was in a electric wheelchair and only as one leg so he couldn’t transfer. They Could do with putting a chair with lockable wheels and remove able arms other than that everything else was excellent.

Me and my mate stayed here for 2 night. It is a lovely hotel and Nee and Ash who run it are such a lovely couple.
