Shower nozzle a bit feeble. Room too close to smokers area. Lots of noise after hours that should be monitored by night staff. So consideration for guests sleeping in close by units- not affected.

The toilet smelled, and there was a backwash coming from the outlet pipe. The water turned poo colour after leaving the toilet for a while. The bath shower was dated and needs upgrading. It put me off wanting to shower in it. The outside of the unit was tatty, patchy, and looked tired and unpainted. The TV channels were limited, and reception was intermittent. I expected a lot more for $179.00 per night. Frankly, this is one of the worst value for money, accommodation I have ever had. It's probably not the worst, but it is up there with the worst.

We wouldve stayed somewhere else had we of known we couldn't use the pool. The new girl at reception with the brown ponytail and glasses was very new and not great at communication I asked about room service fee and she said there was none When I went to pay in the morning she blatantly lied and said she told me there was a fee. She could've just owned up and said sorry I'm new here.

Not what i expected after reading reviews, my mistake was i didn’t realise that the complex was huge and the accommodation was spread out. $170 a night i expected middle range however i would put the hotel blocks ( seperate from main complex) below average. Smelt damp on arrival disappeared after room warmed up. Beds ok. Clean room.

Just check your bill for room service as someone had tried to add quite a big food and beverage bill to my room, it was all sorted as it didn't have my signature on it, but just check your bill as thus can happen at bigger establishments with many room and guests.
