The view out from the villa was amazing, the huge balcony had a breathtaking view. The room was very big and nice but dusty. I enjoy my stay a lot, the price was very good. And everyone super friendly.

Could be a bit cleaner, shower curtains more often in the wash machine.

Fantastische Aussicht vom Zimmer. Der obere Pool ist toll.

Wir hatten das Deluxe Sea View gebucht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war eher schlecht. Wir haben dann einen Downgrade erbeten auf das Superior Sea View. Das Zimmer war ok, aber die Aussicht toll. Alles schön sonst.

We liked the location, our room with the private pool was fabulous and we only discovered the top swimming pool on the 2nd last day - I would have spent more time there otherwise. And the monkeys, we loved the monkeys!

The property is looking a bit tired and needs some love. A handout with a map of the resort and surrounding areas would have been useful.

Die Lage des 1. Zimmers! Die Musik von der Disco nebenan war sehr sehr laut!

Plaja, avea sezlonguri si apa ideala pentru înot. Apusuri superbe. Asigura 1l de apa pe zi, personalul e prietenos, per total un sejur reusit.

Din pacate curatenia lasa de dorit, asternuturile curate, dar pe jos nematurat. Daca nu va plac soparlele poate mai bine ca reorintati, va puteti trezi cu cate una pe perete.

Cafe near the beach front was basic. Needed rubbish pick up around the property.

Жили в этот раз в корпусе у нижнего бассейна. В номере из мебели: кровать, прикроватные маленькие столики с неглубоким узким ящиком, полка на противоположной от кровати стенке , шириной не больше 20 см, длиной 1,5-2 м. На полу под ней маленький холодильник. Между туалетом и комнатой шкаф, с раздолбанными ящиками, которые выкатываются на 1/3 и телевизор на стене. И ВСЁ. Чемоданы пристроили на полу в углу, так как места для них тоже нет. Раньше у них были какие-то диванчики и пуфики, комоды. Теперь вся жизнь на кровати. В ванной комнате два крючка. Полотенца не удобно вешать. Три крючка в туалете. Для чего не понятно.

The ground are beautiful. A bit rustic but feels really relaxing and peaceful! The location was in a great spot easily walkable to other areas to eat but the restaurant was nice on sight as well.

Останавливались на три ночи, почитав восторженные отзывы. До этого жили ещё в трех разных отелях. Отель очень сильно уставший, территория и мост в аварийно состоянии. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. В номерах чисто . Из плюсов очень хороший пляж сразу с глубиной.

Через дорогу улица дискотек, музыка орет так сильно, что даже беруши не помогали. В домиках наверху обезьяны орудуют и ведут себя агрессивно. Завтраки очень скудные

Die Lage ist gut, Pool zum Sonnenuntergang super, nah am Ort , Strand gut zum schwimmen. Personal sehr nett.

Vernachlässigte Anlage, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, Gegenüber Diskotheken bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Vattnet luktade illa, inte trevligt att duscha och tvätta sig! Det första vi såg när vi kom in var fint vikta handdukar och varsitt paket öronproppar. Det visade sig att walking street var precis bredvid så det var som att försöka sova på en nattklubb från kl 22 till 03-05, beroende på hur länge kunderna stannade. Varje natt! Stället var väldigt slitet och städning/underhåll av de allmänna utrymmena undermåligt.

Personal grandios, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam! Auf Wünsche und Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert/eingegangen und gelöst! Anlage gut gepflegt, sauber. Strand traumhaft, sauber & viele Liegen zur Verfügung! Frühstück okay, bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert, aber prinzipiell alles da und täglich frisch. Zimmer sauber, großzügig, großes Bad.

Im Zimmer fehlt eine Tisch/Sessel um etwas zusätzlich abzulegen, wünschenswert wäre zumindest ein großer Ganzkörperpiegel, evtl Sitzpölster für Sessel am Balkon

De strandbedden lagen wel lekker.......voor de rest was t niet best.

Het was een vervallen toestand. Opgebroken straatstenen, wat van hout was, was vermolmd....het ontbijt was ronduit slecht......de trap naar de ontbijtruimte was vreselijk eng...houten planken die kapot en los lagen. ....zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.....vreselijk en schandalig

The location of this resort would be perfect as it has the private beach, the views and the pool on the cliff side. The beds are super comfortable and the views are second to none. That’s it though. Also be aware if you pick the rooms with a view that you are at the top of a very steep hill and there’s a lots of stairs or climbing either way!

This place was probably lovely 30 years ago. It feels like it’s being run down to close. Pretty much all the Sunbeds are broken in some way, the rooms are outdated and in need of new furniture and repair. The pool by the beach was very discoloured and a little slimy, it was questionable how clean it is. The staff tried their best but this place really wasn’t great. Everything needs ripping out and replacing. The grounds are not maintained. Beware of sitting under the coconut trees on the beach, 6 or 7 almost fell on a gentleman’s head whilst we were there which could have been pretty bad if they’d hit him, he probably wouldn’t be here to tell the tale. Breakfast was mediocre. The usual suspects of omelets, scrambled and fried eggs, toast, salads and fruits etc. they were tight in teabags and weren’t overly happy to give any extras out if we asked! The worst thing of all though is the noise from the walking street behind the hotel. This is not an exaggeration and we even moved rooms 2 nights in due to getting NO sleep whatsoever. The music vibrates through the buildings until 5 am EVERY NIGHT. All rooms have ear plugs in and now we know why. Not the hotels fault but we went for a rest and didn’t get much. We would never stay again in a million years, what a waste of money, we found cheaper and better nearby and wish we’d moved on.

Facities are perfect as are the staff. The superior ocean view is amazing. A clear unobstructed view of the ocean and pleant lf space to just lounge and listen to the waves. I loved this place.

I’ve given this hotel a lot of thought and the word ‘enigma’ comes to mind. My time here improved immensely two days into my stay when I finally got the room I had booked. This room was exceptional just what I wanted it was very comfortable and the view was incredible. The staff are wonderful and a credit to the hotel.

The first two nights were marred by noise emanating from a nearby ‘bar’ outside the hotel area. This appeared to create as much frustration to the hotel management as it did for ourselves. hence the need for the ‘complementary’ earplugs. However on changing rooms the noise markedly reduced. The hotel in general is overdue some maintenance. The breakfast was limited but what was available was good, there was a lot of steps to the beach,the pool is lovely but the area around it is in need of maintenance. Would I stay again?

The place is central to everything bar and clubs are literally out side the hotel the restaurants are a 4 minute walk. Waking up in the morning to the monkeys was spectacular right out side your door. The staff went above and beyond. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable

It had potential to be nice, just looked like no one cared about how it looked. A lot of 'maintenance' stuff could have been done extremely cheaply, just keep the grounds in good shape, thats a good start.

The hotel is in dire need of updating. The whole place looks like it's falling apart with poorly kept grounds, shabby buildings. The pool bar was a total disgrace hidden under the restaurant, even the staff were embarrassed, and the wifi in that area, very poor. Breakfast was limited. We booked the 'budget rooms', and believe me, they are exactly that, however, way over priced! If you book them, be prepared for 'booming loud' music until 4/5am in the morning!! The staff uniforms looked a good 10 years old, worn out, shabby, some dirty and even one had holes in it, not a good example at all...

Yleisesti ihan mukava paikka, paikoin pahasti kulahtanut.. vaatisi pientä huoltoa ja siistimistä!

Zimmer Gross genug, sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Pool sind cool, auch auch der Strand. leider konnten wir beides nicht nützen. (Nur Regenwetter)

TV klein und schlechtes Bild. Aussenanlagen müssten doch mal renoviert werden, sowie den Garten in Schuss bringen. leider sind die Bungalows nur über rutschige steile und vielen treppen zu erreichen. man muss schon etwas fit sein wenn man getränke ins zimmer trägt.

The hotel feels like a part of Ko Chang which, sadly, won’t last forever. It is privately owned and does not feel like a corporate hotel. It feels genuine and is a fantastic value. The beach is the gorgeous and perhaps the best on this section of coast. Our room had a premier view of the water. The staff is lovely, helpful, and nice. Breakfast is delicious. Location is well situated and you feel like you are on a private island and beach except for operation on street behind hotel which is weird and sometimes loud if you get too close. Proximity to rest of town and commercial district is perfect. The hotel is recovering from the pandemic era and undergoing renovations but this work did not affect our visit. We loved this place.

Risigt, håller på att förfalla, tyvärr. Läget är excellent, men man måste underhålla, sker inte det, så kommer hotellet vara borta helt om 5 år, tror jag
