The Stage-Koh Chang

Just fell in love with this place it was a real refreshing quiet calm and relaxing place. There are 4 swimming pools and it's situated in a very nice part of the island. I was blessed to have the entire resort to myself as it was low season a rarity I'm sure. So I can say with good experience that all the rooms are great. Quite large in size . Comfortable bed. Medium would be my description.Higj ceiling with fan and aircon .your own veranda with seating.

I don't have any complaints accept I should have stayed longer.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, und das war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. Es war wirklich angenehm, am Abend auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, ein Bier zu trinken und den wilden Vögeln zuzuhören. Auch wenn diese manchmal nachts etwas laut wurden und uns weckten, haben sie die Atmosphäre lebendig gemacht. Besonders positiv möchten wir die doppelte Balkontür bewerten: Es gab eine normale Glastür sowie eine Tür mit Mückennetz – unglaublich praktisch, um frische Luft hereinzulassen und gleichzeitig geschützt vor Insekten zu bleiben

Das Bett entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen, da es nicht so bequem war wie aufgrund der vorher gelesenen Bewertungen erhofft. Dank des Toppers war es jedoch zumindest nicht zu hart. Ein kleines Problem war die Geräuschkulisse: Vom Pool in der Nähe schallte es recht stark, und unachtsame, sehr laute Kinder haben uns und sicherlich auch andere Gäste schon frühmorgens um acht geweckt. Allerdings liegt das nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels. Ein minimaler Kritikpunkt ist das Toilettenpapier: Es war sehr dünn und nie ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir täglich nach einer zusätzlichen Rolle fragen mussten. Die Beleuchtung am Waschbecken war jedoch zu schwach, sodass es schwierig war, sich zu rasieren oder zu schminken. Hier wäre eine zusätzliche Leuchte für diesen Zweck durchaus hilfreich. Der Frühstücksraum war leider zu Stoßzeiten oft überfüllt, und es konnte wirklich lange dauern, bis man sein Omelett bekam.

Ich habe die Unterkunft storniert, habe leider kein Geld zurück bekommen und auch keine Rückmeldung fand ich schade. Mein Grund war der Konflikt mit Kambodscha, das habe ich aus Sicherheits Gründen gemacht.

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr eingeschränkt, aber man wird satt. Für mich als Vegetarier gab es nicht so viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Gurken und Tomaten z.B. haben gefehlt.. es gab nur Salatblätter und nur 1 Sorte Obst, einmal Wassermelone und das andere Mal, Ananas und das im Wechsel.

Lovely place to stay! Perfect location right in the centre of the main street, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and there are multiple pools including a very long lap pool which gets lots of sun during the day, but still stays a nice temperature 😊 The receptionist is amazing (sorry I'm awful with names, but the receptionist who is there most days during the daytime, and she is from Bangkok) She is so friendly and always working very hard, you can see she cares about her job 😊 We arrived before 2pm so the room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went for food (there are many many places to eat nearby). When we came back to use the pool, we were informed that the room was ready early which was fab! All staff we saw were friendly and smiley 😊 Breakfast was good! A few more options would be nice BUT there is still enough to set you up for the day, and the guy makes tasty scrambled eggs! We will definitely stay again if we return to Koh Chang 😊

Premier matin sol mouillé sans savoir la cause,dans la nuit de la deuxième nuit un gros gros orange avec fortes pluie la chambre à étais inondé, l eau coulé le long du mur,on a passé environ 1h à épongé.J ai demandé un petit gestes commercial qui as étais refusé donc pour moi pas très sérieux sur point là. Le petit déjeuner et très très tres restreint pas beaucoup de choix

Хороший отель с бассейном прям из номера. вторая линия. Нам было вполне удобно. Завтрак скромный , но все что нужно было. Яичница или омлет, листья салата, тосты . джем и очень вкусное масло. Чисто.

В номерах нет чайников- для нас серьёзный недостаток. И даже кулера на ресепшн не было. Нам пришлось покупать нагревательный прибор - купили ковшик..

Хорошее расположение.

Обветшалый номер, территория (деревянный настил) тоже требует ремонта. Ужасные завтраки - яйца (омлет или яичница) и хлеб. По мне так, не хотите предоставлять нормальный завтрак, так предлагайте жильё без завтраков. Так будет честно по отношению к вашим гостям. Был один кусочек мыла на 14 дней проживания. Про другие мелочи и говорить не приходится.

Ontbijt mag iets gevarieerder en eten van kartonnen bordjes vinden wat minder.

We liked location., very close to a long sandy beach. Big pool, large room, clean and very frindly staff.

The Only complaint is the proximity of the electric auxillary generator which occasionaly turns on during a power outage and is very noisy. This happened twice in a month.

The hotel has a very high-speed floor after the rain, but very poor internet when it rains, and the roof is very thin and you can hear it in your room.

It's really very great place, clean, nice, glass window, 2 metres from the pool. Theritory is locked through the night. I'm very happy about this stay

We were quite disappointed with our stay. There are probably better rooms available, but we booked the last one available, and it was truly awful. Very old and run-down. Absolutely no sense of comfort. It also had a huge window front, but we couldn't enjoy it at all because our room was next to the reception. People were constantly walking past our window, so we were practically sitting in a shop window. Most of the time, we had to keep the curtains closed and sit in the dark (the lighting was terrible!). The reception was supposed to be staffed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (or so we were told), but about 80 % of the time, no one was there when we walked by. One morning, the receptionist didn't even show up until 9 a.m. We wouldn't book there again.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à Ko Chang. Le personnel est présent et le ménage est bien fait.

Le lit est beaucoup trop dur.

Nice clean, spacious rooms. Simple breakfast but perfectly adequate. Helpful and friendly staff.

It's located on the main road through Kaibae and there's no direct access to the beach..this is my fault for not checking properly but if you're looking for beach access this isn't the one for you.

Notre chambre très spacieuse, à l'étage, dotée d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, la végétation et la piscine de l'hôtel. Le très bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil souriant et efficace, l'amabilité du personnel.

Rien :-) La vaisselle du petit déjeuner pourrait être lavable. Pas d'emballage superflu, si ce n'est les assiettes et gobelets en carton. Encore un tout petit effort, merci !

Dá a sensação de estar pouco cuidado, não tinha chaleira. Nada que incomodasse muito mas pelo preço que pagámos esperava um pouco mais comparado a outros que tivemos na tailandia.

Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung super, es ist sauber, man hat seine Ruhe und dennoch ist es sehr gemütlich. Es ist ein einfaches Hotel / Hostel. Man braucht kein Luxus erwarten aber man hat alles was man braucht. Und die Lage ist optimal.

Einziges Manko, es hat aus dem Klo an 2 Tagen sehr merkwürdig gerochen. Ich habe zwar nicht Bescheid gesagt aber das Personal ist generell überaus freundlich.

Great place, very comfortable big rooms with good beds, an enormous bathroom) Good breakfast, value for money is really good! They have a long pool, and 2 more other smaller pools!

There is only one plug for electriicity, under the table, not easy to reach, and nowadays the rooms have normally plugs near the beds, or at least more than one)

Top Lage und Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Sehr sauber und geräumige Zimmer auch das große Pool ist sehr gut.

Man musste immer ein bitte Zimmer aufräumen Schild raushängen sonst wird es nicht geputzt

Просторная комната и ванная, чистые белье и полотенца,очень дружелюбный персонал,расположение превосходное,бассейном не пользовались,но он с виду чистый. Убирают номер,если висит табличка,когда таблички нет, в комнату не заходят,что тоже плюс

Если номер расположен в проходной зоне,то вы будете слышать всех входящих и выходящих,потому что покрытие пола - деревянне доски

A cozy, clean hotel close to the beach and services. Friendly staff. Pool was also nice and clean.

The sunbeds could have been more comfortable. There could have been more variation in the breakfast. But all good still!

The location is right in Kai Bae, the pool was good, the staff was friendly.

The breakfast could be improved! You‘d get toast and egg on a paper plate. At the same time there is a sign about being eco-friendly. Ironic. The bar next door is playing music at night, it was quite loud all evening on Friday and Saturday.

A szoba csendes volt, kényelmes volt az ágy, tetszett hogy közvetlen a medencére nézett nagyon jó helyen van, közvetlen az utcai forgatagban,,

Semmi panasz,, esetleg annyi hogy nincs a mosdónál sem szappan sem folyékony szappan.

Die Lage am Kai Bae Beach ist gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und auch Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Kai Bae Beach läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, zum Beach bei der Cabana Beach Bar ca. 5 Minuten. Beim Frühstück gibt es frische Eierspeisen.

Die Zimmer sind zwar schön groß aber es gibt keinerlei Ablagefläche, keine Kommode, kein Sideboard, etc. Es gibt keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer, nur einen im Bad. Die Betten sind extrem hart und es gibt leider auch keine Topper um das Bett weicher zu machen. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und der einzige, den man sich an der Rezeption leihen kann, war an unserem Aufenthalt schon verliehen. Beim Frühstück gibt es leider nur Teller, Schüsseln und Becher aus Pappe, das heißt jedes Frühstück verursacht einen Berg aus Müll, das fanden wir schade.
