Perfect location for me

Este hotel es un acierto absoluto haberlo elegido. Primero por su relación calidad precio, que es lo más importante, y segundo las instalaciones están muy bien,, servicios muy buenos, con piscinas de horario amplio. Además de esto cuenta con parquing y buena ubicación.

El acceso a la playa afea un poco el hotel.

Our room was large with a nice balcony. We had a view of the garden and the swimming pool.

Placerngen er lige ved stranden og nemt at komme til og fra hotellet, både til fods og med bil. Personalet er ekstremt søde og vi nød hvert øjeblik.

Værelset kunne have været lidt større men det fungerede fint.

The swimming pool and location

The service was lacking. We asked for towels for the pool at 9 am and they did not have any! The whole hotel is very run down and needs some work.

Shabby room this time

Its location was ideal for walking or short Grab access to tourist attractions. Also, I totally enjoyed swimming laps in the 25meter pool!!

1. The AC in room 209 does not work well in removing the humidity from the room. 2. The rain shower head needs to be replaced with a flexible shower head.

Bra hotell,blitt veldug sltt,vært der mange ganger & ikke noe særlig er gjort. Dårlig frokost...thaimat eller egg,savner mer utvalg!!!Rom slitent.

Hot tub didnt work roght the screen broken they rogged up swotch blacl mold on the thick sealant that pulled from wall and it was the home of cochroachesunder tub

A pleasant find in the centre of Pattaya. Grounds lovely, but could do with more attention. Rooms very basic. Swimming pool fabulous. Garden area is peaceful from the chaos in the street. Staff courteous. Breakfast delicious.

Pillows on the bed too hard. Rooms could do with better interior decor. Gardens need more attention to detail. No gym.

Man muß bedenken, das es eines der ersten Hotels in Pattaya ist ! (ca. 50 Jahre ) ! Ich bin seit 1989 regelmäßiger Urlaubsgast und habe den Werdegang des "Nipa Lodge, Nova Lodge, Centera Beach Hotel und momentan des Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort". Seit den letzten Jahren laufen dort aufwendige Renovierungsarbeiten, was auch dringend nötig war. Positiv zu bewerten: Es ist kein Hochhaus-Hotel und seit kurzem sind auch Haustiere willkommen (Pet Hotel)!!!

There was little I liked, unless you wanted to be in the very center of events, parties, festivals, whores and drugs. If that's what you want, then this hotel is a great choice.

The list is very long. -The pictures of their most expensive accommodation are as if it were a 5 star accommodation... minimum 4 stars. The reality is that it is a 3 star accommodation at most, and in many ways a 2 star at most. -Their most expensive apartment was the best maybe 20-30 years ago. Everything is worn out. The laminate on the floor is falling apart. If you don't walk around in slippers, you will cut yourself at 100%. I tore two of my socks. - Your water pressure is 15% - Internet varies from 0% - 15% -30% - The apartment was on the ground floor by the pool. You have free noise from the kitchen workers at 5:30-6:00 AM and until the end of breakfast at 10AM. Breakfast is on the terrace. They constantly pull some old carts, bang plates, pots. All of that is free. - I was in the apartment for almost 1 month. The first time the cleaner came after 10 days. After that every time after 3.4 days. So, a maximum of 5.6X. On the final bill they charged me 2000 baht extra for the cleaner. The cleaner is probably not included in the accommodation price. - One night the light from the ceiling fell on me and the bed. + A few cockroaches. The Knauf was obviously old or everything was poorly made and worn out. Luckily, they didn't charge me extra for that. - The pool is never cleaned of leaves and flowers.... After half a day - a day it manages to clean itself. The pumps work slowly but somehow manage to. - it's interesting that you pay for an apartment for two people with breakfast, but when you bring another person, who is on the night shift, she is very rude to that other person on several occasions. I guess they don't understand that when you pay for something, you can also use it??? - the air conditioner is always above the bed, like everywhere else in Thailand. Be sure to bring your own medicine, everyone gets sick 100% of the time, even Thais.

The bed was harder than the floor. when your walking outside your room be careful you don't fall through the deck. Way over priced for what you get.

Et slitt hotell, men den har det en forventer og trenger av fasiliteter. Stort ite område skjermet for innsyn ig trafikk med stort bassseng i hagen. Det finnes garantert ikke bedre beliggenhet om du vil bo sentralt i Pattaya. Nærmere stranden, butikker, restauranter, uteliv og shopping kommer du ikke. Men dette hotellet er ikke for barnefamilier, Da gjennomsnitt gjestene er menn fra 60 år og oppover.

The staff is very friendly and it has the best Omelette for breakfast in town 😄 🤤 . Also it has a great king-size bed.

Swimming pool and central position on Pattaya beach. For whom with PETs there is a specific area for them with dedicated swimming pool too 😉

The structure is a bit old and should require more care in the common areas to be nicer. There is a potential but is unexpressed.

Very calm place, based right in front of the walking street. Best location ever imagined. The hotel is overall old, but everything works, the pool is clean, the sunbeds are fine and there are lots of them.

Was eaten by mosquitoes. Please think of mosquito net on the windows.

Good location, near the beach, very nice, clean pools, clean territory, the room is nice too. Staff is friendly.

Breakfast is poor. Most of the customers were old people, so if you are a young couple - consider this.

I like the connectivity to the beach. The property is very awesome and the staff is very helpful.

Although dated it is a lovely big resort. Upgrade to the king room as they are on the ground floor and have been updated.

Sunloungers need upgrading.

The only thing I like about this property was the luggage person (bellman) and breakfast, bellman are all super nice and polite. Breakfast was very good as well and lot of options.

Everything else, the whole property was super old and outdated. Room was not as clean, water pressure in the room was so low. They also only give you one pillow per bed. And if you request extra, there will be a charge. We book 4 rooms and we got two free pillow for one room and when we try to request more for other rooms, they try to charge, and their reason was because our group got the pillow already not they have to charge. Very disappointing with the service. We would never come back here again.
