Die Lage ist gut und die Zimmer sind groß. Auch der Preis ist angemessen.

Die Front-Office-Managerin mit der Brille hat uns grundlos aus dem Meeting Raum geschmissen nachdem wir zuvor gefragt hatten ob wir diesen nutzen können und uns das sehr freundlich von einer Dame am Empfang bestätigt wurde. Nachdem wir dann dort einige Stunden schon gearbeitet haben klopft Sie plötzlich mit einem grimmigen Gesicht an der Tür. Die Art und Weise wie wir hier behandelt wurden ist inakzeptabel. Man hat sofort angenommen wir seien keine Gäste im Hotel und war von Anfang an unfreundlich. Die Dame sollte sich dem Thema Respekt und Service annehmen oder einen anderen Beruf wählen.

المكان مختلف عن الصورة ومرافق الفندق تختلف عن الصورة وصالة الرياضة اصغر من غرفة النوم وحاره ولا يوجد بها اي خدمات حمام السباحه غير صحي وصغير جدا جدا تجرّبه سيئه وعند محاولة اتواصل مع بوكنق لكي يتواصل مع الفندق لي استرجاع المبلغ او تغير الفندق بسبب ماحدث ورايته الفندق تم فريق بوكنق تواصل مع الفندق والفندق تواصل معي من خلال الموظفة لكن تم وضعي في موقف الا خيار اما تغير الغرفة اما خسارة جميع المال اضطررت للي تغير الغرفه وفي اليوم الثاني تم نقلي الي غرفه غير الغرفه التي اروني ايها تعامل سئ لا انصح احد بل حجز هناك حتي الوبي لا يتم تشغيل المكيف كانك في سوق سمك المكان راحته سيئة

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value for Money – Highly Recommended! We had a very pleasant stay at Sunshine Vista Hotel and were really happy with our experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — there was a huge variety of delicious food, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. 🍳🥐🍜 The swimming pool was clean and pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Considering the location, hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities, we felt it was definitely worth what we paid. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich . Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles sauber. Die Zimmer modern eingerichtet.

Unser Bad war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Okay so I wasn't expecting much walking in, but Sunshine Vista Pattaya kind of won me over. The room was way bigger than I thought it'd be, a small kitchen with a microwave and an electric stove and a nice smart tv. The rooftop pool is honestly the highlight. You can pretty much chill up there all day long. There're kid's pool and an adult's pool. Also a nice little pool bar for you to enjoy some nice cold drinks and snacks. Only a few minutes walk and you're on the beach, or grabbing something at Big C, or wandering into Walking Street if that's your thing. Breakfast the next morning was great, way more variety than I expected for the price. Highly recommend this hotel.

La struttura piuttosto datata e di conseguenza le camere avevano un arredo vecchio e la nostra camera puzzava di muffa.

Frühstück nur bis 10:00 Uhr! Ab 9:45 wird das Buffet abgeräumt und um Punkt 10:00 die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum ausgeschaltet! Neben dem Hotel wird gebaut, deswegen Tagsüber extremer Baustellenlärm!

Nice Hotel with top location in the center of Pattaya. You got everything you need from the room. Big comfortable beds,clean bathroom,balcony, good and working tv.And its all well taking car of thanks to super sweet housekeeper Nok. She was wonderful and she make sure we miss nothing in our rooms . Generally excellent place to stay .

Excellent location. Very easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a 3 star older property but is clean through out. Similarly furniture is dated but clean. Did not visit the pool or the restaurant other than for breakfast. Recommend it for mid price stay.

This hotel is very old and needs refurbishing Furniture has been painted over and looks very tired Stand on balcony and you are staring into neighbours room so no privacy. I left this hotel early to book one I have stayed at before, loss of money but it just wasn't for me.

Location was excellent. Quiet road close to Marina Outlet and a 10 min walk to Terminal 21. Laundry service 2min away from the hotel. Lots of Halaal eating places at Marina Outlet.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Room were clean and tidy everyday without fail. The housekeeping staff were very efficient doing their work. The breakfast was good with many varieties available. Hotel location was safe. Beach, restaurants and shopping malls are within a walking distance. Had been staying here every time I visited Pattaya and never disappoint me.

Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal, bekväma sängar, välstädat. Vattnet i glasflaskor som står på rummet är en av de godare sorterna. Två minuters promenad till köpcenter åt ett håll och strand med barer och restauranger åt andra hållet. Bra variation och inte riktigt samma innehåll från dag till dag på frukosten. Vi var här i slutet av Juni och hörde knappt ett pip från strandgatan. Tvärgatan hotell ligger på är lite ruffig men en av vagnarna här utanför hade magiskt god kyckling med klibbris. De alkoholfria Drinkarna i poolbaren hade olika färg beroende på vem man beställde dom av men min unge gillade alla sorter oavsett. Och igen- superb personal!

Frukosten skulle behövts hållas uppdaterad. När vi kom ner oftast ca 45-60 innan stängning var det mjuka brödet väldigt stelt och pannkakorna väldigt krispigt stekte på undersidan. Helt odrickbart kaffe. Men snabbkaffet på rummet räddar koffeinbehovet. Samt att snett mitt emot kan man få en bra islatte. Nugget/pommes/vårrullar i poolbaren är mer flott än mat så rekommenderar inte att äta där. (Skulle gissa på för kall olja)

I must say that my last trip to Thailand was the most enjoyable and I have to give credit to that in large part to the service and hospitality that I received from the staff at Sunshine Vista Hotel. I have to admit my 10 day stay started out with a problem. A huge problem entirely of my own making. After a grueling 15 hour flight and a two hour taxi ride, I arrived at the hotel absolutely exhausted and seeking only a shower and a soft bed. I was greeted warmly at reception but there was a problem, a major problem; the hotel had no record of my 10 day reservation. Somehow my reservation from Agoda had not been received. I showed the reservation desk my order with Agoda. I had taken a screenshot of it. “Yes sir, that is the order , but where is your confirmation number - the person at the front desk politely asked me ? I looked through my phone. Nothing. No confirmation from Agoda. But I knew I made the reservation. I had given Agoda my American Express number. “Im sorry sir , we will need a confirmation number, perhaps you can contact Agoda and tell them your situation, the front desk suggested. Okay, good idea, I thought. I sat down in one of the lobby chairs and took out my phone. I had to get this done. But , I was so tired. That 15 hour plane ride and the 2 hour taxi trip , not to mention the heat and the excitement of travel had taken a lot out of my 71 year old body. I was so tired. I searched through my correspondence with Agoda looking for a local contact number? Nothing? How do you contact them if you have a problem ? Okay , found a number. I call it. Oh no. I don’t have a local SIM card. My phone is not working. I have been sitting in this chair for almost an hour, frantically searching for a local number, and now I have it, but my phone won’t work. Now I am beaten. I am holding my head in my hands. I am so tired and I don’t know what to do. Then, I hear a voice. A woman’s voice. “ Excuse me sir, I work at the front desk. I overheard about the problem you are having with your Agoda reservation and I thought that perhaps I could help. My name is Benz. “ I thanked her politely and told her that I can’t even call Agoda because I don’t even have a phone that works. “ That’s okay sir, we can use my personal phone “ , she said. “ Look sir, it’s obvious that you are exhausted from your travel. Why don’t you relax and get some food and something cold to drink and let me work on this problem for you. I am good with things like this. Trust me okay ? You go relax. “ That’s when I really saw her for the first time. She was tall, beautiful and confident. I smiled at her. She smiled back. Thank you Benz I was just about to give up hope on this, I said. “ “ You go relax sir. Give me some time to solve this problem okay ? “ Okay , thank you Benz I said. Two hours later I returned totally prepared for the bad news. I walked toward the front desk when a voice calling my name stopped me, I turned , it was Benz. “ Sir, I have your room key. Your luggage is already up in your room. We will take care of the other details after you get some rest okay ? I looked at her and said I messed up, I never got the confirmation number. It was my fault. How did you fix it with Agoda ? She smiled at me again and said “ when things are going bad - sometimes you just got to believe. I’m just happy that I could help you. “ Sometimes you meet the most remarkable people on your journeys. Benz was definitely that.

I have visited many times and enjoy each visit. I really like the staff.

הבידוד בין החדרים לא קיים...טריקת דלתות מטורף...המלון הראשון בחיי שלא נותן סבונים...יש 2 בקבוקי שמפו ואין סבונים..מה עושה אחד כמוני שאני קירח מה אני יעשה אם 2 בקבוקי שמפו ביום הראשון שנכנסתי לחדר היה ריח נוראי של עובש..ביקשתי להחליף חדר זה לקח מספר ימים ואז קיבלתי סויטה.

All the staff were amazing.. They helped me a few times like tell me were the atm was + they helped me to phone a taxi. Sorry I get not rember they names but they were all a happy bunch of people. And yes i will be back.

Старый отель, изношенный номер. Пол в номере был очень грязным. Номер 809. Ночью над номером шумела стиральная машина. Дрожал потолок. Также вечером на этаже были звуки, будто играют в баскетбол, долгое время. На 9 этаже спортивный зал, возможно оттуда. Выяснять не стали, но и уснуть не смогли. Брали одну ночь перед вылетом. Завтраками не воспользовались.

Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Hotel silenzioso e vicinissimo alla famosissima SOI 6, beach road e Walker Street. Personale gentilissimo, sempre con il sorriso e servizievole. Mi è capitato di avere 2 problemi (non riguardanti all'hotel, ma di altro genere) il personale della reception mi ha aiutato risolvendo il tutto. Camere super pulite. Sicuramente ritornerò per la 3° volta.

Location is great when you're looking for a central location and are into the nightlife. Rooms are a bit old but in very good condition. Guest-friendly hotel. Awesome breakfasts. I will book again! I like the swimming pool on the rooftop.

It may get noisy during the peak season, and you can hear people in the neighbouring room. It's only a small thing, but worth mentioning. The bar staff could speak better English. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a decent coffee at the pool.

אי אפשר לצפות ליותר מקום מושלם שירות נקיון אוכל לשבו על כל פרט בחדרים המרווחים בריכת גג נהדרת ארוחת בוקר מעולה, פשוט מקום מעולה שבמעולים . אה כן והמיקום הכי טוב שיש גם שקט גם בלב כל ההתרחשויות

Petit déjeuner très basic ,2eme nuit catastrophique télévision de la chambre d'a coté super fort toute la nuit ,les messieurs qui ramènent leur compagne de la nuit et font beaucoup de bruit ,l'hôtel conseil même de mettre des bouchons d'oreilles !!!!Et le clou du spectacle le taxi commande par l'hôtel pour aller a Koh Chang un vrai dingue il a roulé comme un fou se qui a fini par une bagarre avec un conducteur mécontent Nous avons été très déçu de cet hôtel le pire depuis 10ans que l'on vient en Thailande du nord au sud.
