Everything. Perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable

The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and tidy

That someone parked outside our room but they moved

Location Comfort

N/A

Very good beds

Bed comfortable and warm. Clean unit. Staff friendly. Food was good. Shower pressure was good.

No towels or bath mat in room. After asking for towels, owner came to room to check as if he did not believe me. Folder in room said every bed has an electric blanket. Our bed had none. Menu in folder was not what was offered in the restaurant.

Room 8 - overpriced! Couch was paru as, needs to be replaced. The TV was so small we could barely see the picture on it. There was a big draught from the bathroom window. It wouldn’t hurt to vacuum around the skirting boards.

Please refer above

Rooms really clean and tidy and modern

Nothing

The location

The room was not vacuumed and a dirty towel was left from the previous customers.

Comfortable chair

Upstairs - was not made aware i may need to climb stairs when booking

Great staff. Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy .Nice and quiet for sleep. Parking was okay. Was great to bring our dog along for the stay.

Beds not very comfy, hard matress with not much support. The shower had issues, was leaking both ends. Bathroom window was missing a latch, which made bathroom very cold. No bathroom heater. Electric blanket on the bed didnt work. Needs upgrading.

Henry was brilliant. Thank you for your help settling us in. The mattress was very good, firm but comfortable. My back felt better for it.

It seemed a terrible waste of water waiting for a very long time for the hot water to come out of any taps/shower.

Clean Comfortable Warm Budget friendly

Guest laundry wasn’t available when we stayed Staff unfriendly and unwelcoming

Clean rooms, helpful staff

We had 3 rooms - all of the beds were rock hard. Not one single person of the 7 of us had a good night sleep. They may suit a person who likes ultra firm beds, but we are definitely medium people. So we all were feeling very tired in the morning. Also the TV did not work, couldn't get basic channels. The staff were very helpful in trying to get this working and managed to get a movie working. But it was disappointing on a cold night.

We arrived late but there was no problem getting the key and finding the room.

Clean and tidy.

Really comfy beds Lots of room Good facilities

It was really overpriced

Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Quiet

Not walking distance to facilities but that’s fine

Location great Staff lovely Clean and quiet Comfortable bed Fabulous shower pressure Loved having Sky Sport!

Small shower cubicle

Could have the dog there

Has sky, but not the channels to watch unless you wanted sports, just like have tv with 3 channels

Had everything we needed in a compact room, was nice an warm

We had 3 people, all 3 of us were in the same sleeping space so it felt crowded. Cute room though

It had sky tv

The beds were terrible like sleeping on a slab of concrete. We arrived 8-30 office closed up even though I had messaged it said on booking that it was open until 9 pm for checkin. Key was taped to door in a piece of paper with no lights on outside office.

Spa bath was amazing! Staff were great and was nice and quiet area

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom

Value for money. Location okay.

The shower was amazing. Great pressure and loved the shower dome as it makes the shower warmer. Kitchen was clean and sufficient for what was needed. Room was clean and loved the access to outside garden Heating was efficient for a cold night

Thin toilet paper Hard bed No heated towel rail Freezer never made ice Plug in bathroom didn't work

Bed felt clean but was quite firm.

Comfy, clean, great service by staff. Loved the upstairs unit with pvte balcony

Adjoining restaurant had no menu and I was told to cook the steak myself. I do not know if the motel owns the restaurant

We had two units. The queen bed unit had a modern bathroom. The twin bed room did not. The motel had a good location and was clean.

Needs updating. Door on cupboard fell off when opening, no hot water in twin bed room, furniture old, beds very hard. Only one glass in our room. Internet kept cutting out. Think over priced.

It was clean spacious and comfortable

Nothing

Nice units clean, beds very soft.

The fridge decided to give up. Staff were good in getting it replaced

It was clean

Beds were very uncomfortable,

Large room, good facilities, comfortable bed.

Great location. Room was clean & tidy.

Beds are a bit boney……..mattress toppers could make all the difference.

Le confort

Déçu pour la premiere fois sur une quinzaine par l accès au ol

Excellent location. Rooms at back so lovely and quiet. Beds very comfy, A problem with a kettle not working was quickly sorted. Staff very helpful.

Some aspects of cleaning need addressing, The stairways are particularly dirty and really need a good clean. Dust in corner of room so attention to detail may be needed.

Gut susgestattete Küche.

Sehr unfreundliche Gastgeber

Beautiful spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Helpful staff and easy to access the motel.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodates well for big groups. Only down side is that it's close to traffic.

The lighting outside the room shone straight in and was annoying

Handy and clean

Buffet breakfast Comfy bed Shower pressure

Conjoining room

It looked nice with good facilities so we booked only to find reception were wanting to charge extra than we had already paid online. We declared we were traveling with a small dog and the rates was $243…we paid it. At the hotel they said we needed to pay an extra $40. Making it nearly $300 for the night when you could get tha same room the next day for $149! I was most unhappy and cancelled the accomodation. They need to stipulate in their motel info there WILL be an extra charge for pets. Some humans are more damaging and dirty than animals! Reception staff and owner were incredibly rude. Never again!

Bad staff attitude

Easy to access, and stuff was very friendly

A little bit old building and only portable heater were available.

Good Location. Good size of bedroom and bathroom.

Laundry room seems like too old and not really clean.

Good location for us near the people we visited. Quiet back ground floor unit. Staff were friendly. The bed and kitchen were good. Shower very small. Toilet flusher would stick so water kept running- had to jiggle it to stop the flow. Restaurant on site that was advertised as open 6 days a week was closed so had to drive back into the town. Got the room on a special so was a good price - we had been upgraded to this room!

Good location, nice and quiet. Clean and had good off street parking

Twin beds were very hard, I would liken it to sleeping on a park bench. Bathroom tap ware was chipped and worn but still worked ok. Some bedside lamps would have been welcome.

Neighbouring residents were quite noisy on arrival, but soon quieted down.

Good sized room, comfortable beds, great location

The sign on the wall saying that if you burnt toast and set the fire alarm off, the call out charge for the fire service would be charged to you at around $400 - given I have no idea how well or otherwise the toaster worked we didn't have toast! There was no hot plate in the kitchen either but given the notice I guess I wouldn't have used that either.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, great parking.

Bathroom was very tired and needed maintenance work. The beds were extremely hard.

房間芳香味的味道太嗆了，非常不喜歡

The room was clean and tidy.bed was so hard we dint sleep well

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.didnt sleep
