The receptionist/host was so welcoming, friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Absolutely incredible customer service! The bed was so comfortable too, I was out like a light so quickly!

Good location. Close to town, quiet even though it was on the main road. Plenty of food options and 2 supermarkets short drive awzy. Very nice continental breakfast supplied .Room very clean, jitchen and shower adequate. Staff excellent, helpful, provided tourist info. Moreraki Boulders 20 mins drive. Little penguins well worth seeing.Whitestone cheese and Rainbow lolly outlet 2 min drive. Historical precinct worth a wander esp galleries

Great location, comfortable and good value.

The heating is unreliable, the stove barely works, the bathroom has no heating, the kitchen is dirty and messy, and everything is old and outdated. I wouldn't recommend it for family stays.

The motel we stayed in was exceptional value for money. The staff were polite and helpful and all 6 of us plus the dog had a lovely stay. We would book it again

Minor thing - we booked for 6 and they only provided 5 chairs for the table. We could have easily requested a further chair (and set of cutlery) but discovered we did not need it in the end

I was so grateful to find a place where I could stay with my pet during the storm on 5-6 July. Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable and dry place for us.

I liked the place very much. The only things I can think of suggesting for improvement are that the fridge was quite noisy at night, and I think there was no extractor fan.in the bathroom. But overall I was very happy with the room.

The room was so spacious! Thought has been given to all the little things you would need. The bedroom was dark too which often is not the case in motels.

Nothing at all. It was such a nice place to stay. However a little bit of feedback would be that - the sensor light under the bedside table was very sensitive and extremely bright (lit up the whole room) and tended to come on easily during the night if you moved a blanket etc, so we had to unplug it.

To start with, I was very impressed to receive a free upgrade from the very welcoming host. The information pertaining to the unit and its surrounding area was well presented in a neat folder. The unit was very clean and the bed was super comfortable........and having a spa bath was an added luxury. The breakfast I ordered was very generous with alot of variety.

I was met by a very friendly cat. I had a 2 bedroom unit. a large shower. Plenty of room. I even had bath robes and slippers. kitchen facilities were adequate....toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery. Tv, wifi. all good. Location on the main road was good and close to the town. It was difficult to get in and out due to heavy traffic on the main road SH1. Manager was very kind and helpful. Motel was busy with people moving in and out.

really the only thing I didn't like was driving in and out of the motel but the location is very good. The motel is not responsible for the traffic. No grumbles with the motel
