On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was light and modern with very good air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. There was a lovely breakfast each morning with plenty of options to choose from. The roof top bar and restaurants had fabulous food, and amazing views over Ostuni. The location was good as it was an easy stroll into Ostuni. For those driving, there is also a private car park.

Nous avons payé 36 Euros supplémentaire par nuit pour une chambre " plus confortable" sur place car la dernière de libre sur votre site était prévu accès handicapé. Impossible de régler la climatisation. Glacial , malade depuis. couvercle des toilettes pas fixe du tout.... Je n'aimerais pas voir la chambre la moins chère car celle que nous avons eu ne valait pas ce supplément.

Die Lage ist gut, man läuft ca 15-20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktionell und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und befindet sich schräg gegenüber vom Hotel.

Das Schwimmbad ist nicht kostenlos, im Bad gab es kaum Ablageflächen.

Hotel all'ingresso di Ostuni, elegante, ben curato e dotato di ottimi servizi. Dispone di un parcheggio privato situato a poca distanza dalla struttura: l'ingresso carrabile si trova su una strada diversa, ma è facilmente raggiungibile in un paio di minuti, mentre l'accesso pedonale è a pochi metri dall'hotel, sulla stessa strada. Una soluzione molto comoda. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un paio di problemi: nella nostra camera la rete mobile era praticamente inesistente e, inizialmente, anche il Wi-Fi non funzionava, rendendo di fatto impossibili le normali comunicazioni. Inoltre, all'esterno della camera mancava uno spazio dove poter appoggiare o stendere costumi e asciugamani. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata però la reazione del personale. I ragazzi della reception si sono immediatamente messi a disposizione per risolvere i problemi e, già nella stessa serata, la situazione era stata completamente sistemata. Efficienti, professionali e soprattutto molto gentili. La loro disponibilità si è rivelata preziosa anche per i consigli su dove cenare. Ci hanno indicato diversi ristoranti della zona e, grazie al loro intervento e alla disponibilità dell'hotel, siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo in un ristorante nel centro di Ostuni nonostante i giorni particolarmente affollati per la festa del Santo Patrono. Le camere vengono pulite quotidianamente e la colazione internazionale è stata davvero buona.

Un albergo davvero splendido, nuovissimo, impeccabilmente pulito e arredato con grandissimo gusto, con una cura dei dettagli che si percepisce in ogni ambiente. L’accoglienza è di una gentilezza rara, attenta e autentica, capace di far sentire immediatamente a proprio agio. La colazione è semplicemente straordinaria, ricchissima, curata e di qualità eccellente. Anche la posizione è perfetta, comodissima per raggiungere la città. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in una struttura che consiglio senza esitazione.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Staff professionale e sempre disponibile. L'hotel è pulito e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard che pur essendo basica, era comunque spaziosa e pulita. La colazione è ottima e varia, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Bellissima la terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano e valida anche la cena al ristorante della struttura.

Per prima cosa il parcheggio, facile da raggiungere e molto ampio e caratteristico con la presenza di ulivi e muretti a secco. Ha un cancello che prevede l'ingresso esclusivamente ai clienti dell'hotel. Tramite il parcheggio è presente una scala che ti porta praticamente sulla strada difronte all'ingresso dell'hotel. L'accoglienza della reception è stata molto soddisfacente e ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie al soggiorno. La camera è molto spaziosa ed è dotata di ogni comfort , letto comodissimo e bagno grande e pulito. C'è la possibilità di usufruire della cena presso il loro ristorante situato sul terrazzo dell'hotel con una vista panoramica sulla città bianca. Un'esperienza davvero unica. Cucina ottima con diverse scelte dal menù. Al mattino c'è la colazione a buffet molto fornita sia italiana che continentale in una sala molto grande. Nel complesso, soggiorno al quanto piacevole.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Monte Sarago. The location was very convenient, with an easy 10-minute walk to the center of Ostuni, making it a great base for exploring the city. Having complimentary parking with plenty of space was a huge plus for us, especially since we were traveling with an SUV. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and our room had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside for us was the comfort of the beds and pillows, which unfortunately were not very comfortable and could use some improvement. Overall, a convenient stay with great parking, an excellent breakfast, and beautiful views of Ostuni.

Tout était parfait, sauf le ménage dans un couloir. Pendant les 7 nuits passée, l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé dans le couloir qui amenait à notre chambre, ni sur les tapis d'entrée des chambres!

Beautiful hotel,very friendly staff, delicious very generous breakfast. Overall an excellent place to stay, the rooftop restaurant is a bonus with amazing dishes.

The only negative thing was the WiFi, which wasn't working properly and was very poor in our room. We were ok without it though.

Die Lage war echt gut und der dazugehörende Parkplatz war auch sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr ansprechend.

Die Zimmer sind total in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Duschkabine konnte man nicht vollständig schließen, sodass immer Wasser ausgelaufen ist. Zudem war die Dusche auch sehr eng. Der Fön hat nach einer Minute aufgehört zu funktionieren. Man musste dann immer ein paar Minuten warten, bis man wieder eine Minute lang die Haare föhnen konnte. Der Wasserkocher hat ebenfalls gar nicht funktioniert. Außerdem fanden wir es ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend, dass das Hotel mit dem SPA Bereich wirbt und man dann aber für eine 90 Minuten Nutzung 40€ pro Person bezahlen musste. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren täglich mürrisch und schlecht gelaunt.

Fantastic location close to the centre but without having to squeeze into tight streets. Wonderful view over the town- especially beautiful at night. Handy that there’s an excellent restaurant in the hotel ( with lovely terrace) They happily helped me with a gluten free pasta option which was absolutely delicious. I had to have a bigger room than i planned, ( hotel was fully booked ) - The room was unexpectedly bare and functional but i so enjoyed the huge terrace with lots of space and big sliding glass doors. The hotel has a private parking lot across the road but there’s room to pull over and drop your cases right at the front. Very magnificent and comprehensive breakfast and helpful concierge.

Just come back from staying at this lovely hotel. Staff are so lovely friend can't have gluten at breakfast she has an assortment of things to eat even got her gluten free cornflakes. On reception very helpful booked tour for us, beaches. Always happy to help. A sort walk in to Ostuni with lovely restaurants, square, little shops. We had great time. Xx

The Monte Sarago is a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's also well situated, about a 10-15 minute walk away from the Old Town. I recommend a visit to the terrace restaurant on the second floor - excellent food and fantastic views. The staff are friendly and helpful - particularly receptionist Teresa who was simply fantastic.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 days. We stayed in the terrace room and it was definitely worth the money! Staff were kind and attentive. A particular thanks to the cleaning staff, they did a fantastic job at cleaning our room daily and never rushed us when it came to cleaning our room! Our room was very spacious and new! Breakfast was perfect, loads of choice too. The town is a 10 minute walk away, it was ideal to be just outside the main centre. Parking was literally across the road and was secured which meant we never worried about our car. The beach is about 15 minute drive, therefore not having a pool didn't affect our stay one bit. We ideally wanted a gym in our hotel, but as there wasn't one here, we went to the Physicentre in Ostuni. We did a pay as you go rate. The staff in the gym were brilliant! We stayed here and did plenty of Day Trips, we wanted one base and we are so glad we chose Hotel Monte Sarago. Amazing experience, thanks so much!

Who recommended this hotel because of the staff. Especially 2 in particular his nickname he told us doado and Francesco. The front of hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. There are just a few issues that I Think would enhance the customers experience is would be A pool that would be available for hotel guests only maybe if you had a different room type. Also I would think having an all inclusive package like they do on cruise ships one for drinks one for food and one for food and drink and could be distinguished with coloured wrist bands or through the key card. Silver for drinks gold for food and platinum for food and drink. This I think with a pool access as well for starting at silver level. You would find more people staying at the hotel why walk down to the centre when you have everything at the hotel. In the pool area you could have sun loungers and a snack and pool bar Again you could put restrictions on this with the status level on the key card would give access to those that paid the premium prices. This is just a few thoughts that would make your hotel stand out amongst the many in the area . Yes it is a 15/ 20 minutes walk. To the centre. Also I think if you had local intertainment and fun activities like bingo night with a cover charge and a prizes for the four corners and a line and the full house . Again these are just suggestions to enhance the stay.

Excellent position in Ostuni Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent communication both before and during our stay. Very comfortable and clean The bar on the roof terrace overlooking the old town was a great place to sit and enjoy drinks and food Breakfast buffet was extensive and well stocked.

It was not far from the centre - 10’ walking.

We didn’t like the 4th floor and the room was a 3 star room, not a 4 star room.

Very clean, good, rich and delicious breakfast, very nice personal, very big, free and safe parking place of the hotel. Big and beautiful room. Modern hotel. I requested a room with balcony and they upgraded my room for free in order for me to have a balcony. Close to historic center, maximum 10 minutes walk.

Location was a big plus for this hotel. Easy short walk to main square. Staff were very professional and helpful, also friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also we had a room very close to reception but it still was quiet. As we were with a tour, we had evening meals. Dining and bar staff were excellent. Food was good especially the fish. Choice of 2 starters and 2 main courses was fine. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

L’emplacement est top pour visiter la ville d’Ostuni. Moins de 10 minutes à pied. Un parking est gratuit et situé juste en face de l’hôtel . Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.

La chambre donnait sur la rue très passante et donc bruyante. Pas d’isolation phonique. Il y a peu de produits de toilette fournis. Juste un gel pour le corps et les cheveux. Pas de lait corporel, ni de cotons, cotons tiges etc…
