Tout d’abord l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Ensuite l’emplacement au cœur de la cité. Un service toujours présent de navette entre l’hôtel et le parking de l’hôtel donc pas de souci pour ceux qui voyage en voiture.

Fabbricato storico splendido e posizione bellissima! La signora addetta alla reception veramente brava! Colazione ottima qualità e varietà.

Mi rendo conto che la muratura non permette un buon passaggio dei dati ma il wi.fi. e la linea telefonica sono veramente scadenti, ottimo per chi si vuole disintossicare. Inoltre il servizio di navetta scopre il servizio di reception e le attese a volte sono un po' lunghe. Sarebbe inoltre meglio chiarire che non è disponibile. in alcuni momenti della giornata (la sera non è garantito).

Hotel magnifico, collocato in una palazzina d’epoca finemente ristrutturata, con spazi comuni sia interni che esterni bellissimi. Molto comodo il parcheggio riservato ed il servizio navetta per raggiungere l’hotel nel centro storico. Le camere, sia la standard che la deluxe, erano bellissime, comode e con un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, la colazione è stata varia ed abbondante.

Localisation parfaite dans le vieux Ostuni et accès facile grâce à un parking privé à l'extérieur du village et une navette entre le parking et l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et calme. Personnel très attentif et de bon conseil.

Petit déjeuner un peu monotone

La atención de Stefania maravillosa. Estupenda ubicación para aparcar en zona tranquila. Instalaciones de la habitación: cama súper cómoda, baño y ducha, limpieza,…

Me faltó un poco de fruta variada pero muy rico todo

La stanza era molto bella e comoda. L'hotel é in una posizione super centrale a due passi dalla piazza

La colazione aveva pochissime scelte e l'aria climatizzata in camera era troppo alta

Perfect location in the old part of town . Beautiful spacious rooms clean and the staff were the best . The staff are the shining light here so gracious and couldn’t do enough to help me .

An awesome stay! Let’s hit the highlights: - convenient parking nearby and the hotel has a shuttle service to bring you to the property. Fantastic service! - our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Really excellent. - perfect location in the heart of the tourist old town but on a side street so still very quiet. - Exceptional breakfast and staff were great.

One very minor comment - small cylinder shower. Water pressure was fantastic, but space limited

Adorei a arquitetura, um edifício histórico, com belos trabalhos de restauração. Quarto e banheiro muito espaçoso. Muito bem localizado! Voltaria com prazer e super recomendo!

Tout le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, aux petits soins. Le parking hors du centre-ville et facilement accessible, et desservi à la demande par la navette de l’hôtel est particulièrement utile.

Un détail : musique ( bien choisie) mais un peu forte pour un réveil en douceur au petit déjeuner

The hostess was amazing. She picked us up in a skinny little van from the carpark just outside the city walls. The van needed to be skinny to fit between the walls of the street the hotel is situated in! She also gave us recommendations for restaurants-all good and directions to attractions. The hotel was very quiet too. We had a view from our balcony out over our skinny street. Was a wonderful stay.

Maravillosa la ubicación, como es de difícil acceso porque no ingresa vehículo te van a buscar a su estacionamiento gratuito, Francesco un genio, el desayuno impecable, la habitación también, super limpio.

The hotel is sited in a fascinating historic building in a quiet part of the old town. The rooms are generously proportioned and furnished to a very good standard. The hotel staff were unfailingly helpful and always responded to our queries in a positive and welcoming manner. Good and varied continental breakfast. The hotel operates a small people carrier which is used to ferry guests and their luggage to and from the taxi pick-up point just inside the city wall - a real bonus as the old town has some pretty steep streets to negotiate. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great location to visit Ostuni Staff very friendly and helpful Room spotless As a result of the location therefore the original size for this old building the rooms are a little smaller than other hotel rooms we have stayed in however it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. Tip- if arriving by train there is a bus that runs straight from there to the base of the historic town. It is then a 10 minute walk max to the hotel ( although the last 5 minutes is up hill). The hotel do offer a pick up service I think from the bus drop off ( we didn’t use it but we heard others did).

What an amazing hotel, service, and hospitality experience. From the moment we arrived, Lucrezia made us feel so welcome — she personally picked us up from the parking lot, upgraded our room, and allowed us to check in early. She was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and generous throughout our stay. The room was huge — honestly one of the largest hotel rooms we have seen in Europe. It had beautiful high ceilings, a modern bathroom, and a separate area for luggage and storage, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location could not have been more perfect — right in the heart of the old town and close to everything. What truly stood out was the warmth and care from the staff. When we were leaving, Lucrezia personally dropped us off at the parking lot and insisted on helping with our luggage even after we told her she didn’t need to. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. The terrace is gorgeous, and we genuinely loved everything about this hotel. We would absolutely come back again. Thank you Lucrezia for making our stay memorable!

Shower size

The staff who shuttled us to the hotel was excellent! He gave a us a great overview of the city. The hotel is centrally located and has a lot of history as a monastery.

L'hotel è posto in un immobile storico di grande fascino, posto all'interno del centro storico. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. E' possibile parcheggiare in una struttura non troppo distante ad un prezzo contenuto. La camera era ampia e pulita. Buona la colazione.

L'arredo di alcune camere non è forse all'altezza della bellezza della struttura. Il riscaldamento fornito dallo split non è stato sufficiente a scaldare adeguatamente la camera. Ci è stata fornita gentilmente una stufa elettrica che ha comunque permesso di migliorare la situazione.

It is a 13 century former Convent. It is unique and beautiful. There are 2 hotels in all of Ostuni. One is a 5 star at the back of a church and the other is this hotel. It is wonderful and very fairly priced. You are literally in the middle of all the action. The front desk picked us up from the parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from Ostuni city. You cant drive in the city itself because the streets are too small and there are hundreds of tourists walking. The rooms were big. Cathedral ceilings. I got the deluxe room. It was a little warm for the two days we were there because it was in the 90s outside and the AC was situated high up near the cathedral ceiling. But is was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The hotel has beautiful terraces to sit in and have a drink. Hotel has a bar on the second floor in the middle of the day for drinks and sitting on the balcony/terrace. Little coffee bar in lobby for coffee any time of day. They have an awesome breakfast in a beautiful room which was included in the price. We loved the hotel and highly recommend it as the place to be if you visit Ostuni which is a gorgeous town.

AC could have been a bit stronger but it was VERY hot the two days we were there. But room was comfortable.
