Wij vonden de sfeer rondom de dj tegenvallen maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. En de GYM stelt niks voor!!! Het lijkt niet op de foto’s

Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas toujours très agréable, ils ne comprennent pas le français ni l’italien donc c’est très compliqué de se faire comprendre quand on ne parle pas anglais ou espagnol, J’avais une réservations de deux chambres, au niveau du check in la dame s’est emmêlée les pinceaux elle ne comprenait pas, une de nos amies devait arrivé le lendemain on a dû demander plusieurs fois que le lit soit préparer, j’ai également dû prouver via ma réservation Booking que c’était une chambre de 3 et non de 2 personnes, Nous sommes rentrés un soir de la plage et la chambre n’était pas faite, on a dû aller demander des essuies à la réception pour pouvoir se laver, Niveau propreté c’était limite, surtout la salle de bain. Une mauvaise odeur se dégageait de l’évier une remontée d’égouts, Le matin on voulait prendre un café avant de démarrer pour la plage, ce n’était pas possible parce que les dames nettoyaient, Les bracelets que nous avons reçu ce sont démagnétisé on avait plus accès à notre chambre. En ayant séjourner déjà dans cette hôtel la déception est grande, depuis qu’il a changer de propriétaire malheureusement il a perdu en qualité à tous les niveaux

A localização é boa, com praia, mercados e restaurantes por perto. O chuveiro é confortável e a cama atende a necessidade. Tivemos problema com barulho de vizinhos de quarto até tarde da noite, mas que foi rapidamente resolvido pela recepcionista.

O wi-fi pegava apenas em pontos específicos do quarto, isso foi inconveniente em alguns momentos. De resto, me sinto satisfeita. O hotel entrega conforto para poucos dias de viagem.

La limpieza del todo bien no estaba limpia, la bombilla en la habitación no funciona en el baño más de una vez pedí que la cambiaran no lo hicieron

La localisation, la piscine et le personnel serviable

Reasonable quality/ price. Supermarkets and restaurants within short walking distance. Beach is literally 10 steps away from Hotel door, nice quiet empty beach. Breakfast is reasonable but probably one with the least variety I have been lately. Pool music is loud but okay as usually only from around 1pm -7pm. Nice balcony with sea view!

No place to park, street parking always very full, ended up parking 2 or 3 km away every day. Bathroom was chaotic, overhead showerhead and handheld showerhead, both leaking, made it really difficult to shower if you didn’t want to wash your hair or had make up on, also a leak someone on the glass screen… all of it kept flooding bathroom floor and consequently our feet wet all the time we went there, messing up the whole room! There is a restaurant/ bar with live music every night which is really loud and that you will have to deal with if you have sea view as its by the beach… When we tried to have naps before going out, its was impossible for us to sleep, stops around 11:30/midnight!

The hotel is great, clean functional rooms and the pool is fab. One issue was the loud neighbors but the reception did attend to that for us.

We loved the pool area, breakfast was really good, room was clean.

Was perfect for getting the head down after partying.

The staff were extremely rude, u was accused of having laughing gas in my room which ended up being someone else's room containing it. Without being confronted first, I was locked out of my room with my belongings inside and was threatened with a 300 fine. I then confirmed my room did not contain this illegal substance. Before I got the to hotel I was continuously texted on whatsapp ny one of the staff members posing as booking.com trying to scam me!! The 2 girls staff who were working on our arrival day were very pleasant. The guy working there in the reception was extremely rude and shady. This ruined our trust in the hotel and we left and stayed elsewhere. Were coming here years and never experience the level of disrespect that we received by the reception. Locking someone out of there room is a fear and scam tactic.

It was a pretty good location, on the party side of the island but the quiet end. Pool was nice, breakfast fair. Room clean and included a balcony and mini kitchen area with kettle and fridge!

Walls were a little thin at a few points in the night so I gave a fair idea of how much of a good time our neighbour was having 👀

We have stayed here a few times and it always meets exactly what we want from our stay. Very well priced nice hotel with friendly staff.

Close enough to taxi boat, however normal taxis to go to places like Bossa for Hi and Ushuaïa and other places like Pikes and old town- taxis are very hard to get without huge delays. There is a rank close by but never any there. Room could have been a little more inviting, was clean but felt run down

La actitud del recepcionista. La habitación muy simple y el baño muy oscuro. Mobiliario viejo y no en buenas condiciones.

Piscine très bien, emplacement pratique

Lit qui grince (signalé le lendemain du Check in, demande de changer de chambre, la réponse a été « tous les lits font ce bruit »), problème de pression d’eau (l’eau froide coulait avec faible pression), une prise murale arrachée dans la salle de bain, bac de douche avec de nombreuses traces… les chambres notamment la salle de bain sont à refaire, la qualité a été dégradée par rapport à mon premier séjour en 2024. Le ménage n’a pas été effectué tous les jours malgré la présence du panneau pour faire la chambre.

Les serveuses de la piscine très désagréable. Le dernier soir on demande a 19h un taxi pour 00h a une blonde a l’accueil elle nous dis ok et finalement rien n’a été commandé ducoup on s’est retrouvé sans bus et sans taxi car le Mr d’après n’a pas réussi a en avoir un du a l’eclipse. On aurai su on aurait pris le bus plus tôt car notre soirée a l’amnesia a été payé 210 euros et on a pas pu y aller a cause de votre mauvais renseignement et biensur pas de remboursement. Le bruit et les disputes dans les couloirs pas géré par vos soins nous font passer une mauvaise nuit. Un peu cher les cocktails et la nourriture vu le prix de la chambre déjà.

Location quite out of the way. Wouldn’t recommend the new top up wrist bands staff unsure how to use them Not told anything on arrival such as breakfast times etc We went on a day there was a special circus event. Not quite sure what we expected but all we got a was a DJ

There’s a lot to tell about the property but the highlights are being adults only and be in a quiet area. Mix feeling about the staff, some really nice and helpful another’s couldn’t be bothered to be there. The rooms were cleans and tidy every single day so +++++ Shops and restaurants around were very convenient. AC was working perfectly

Very outdated, very quiet for “Disco hotel”, location was not the best if you wanted to go different places. Staff didn’t know how to do cocktails that were in the menu. Breakfast was ok but not much variety for a stay more than 4 days.

It was pretty good all around I thought. I loved the view over San Antonio bay, the hotel is right next to the jetty for getting the ferry too. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too

It is at the right location, beautiful view to the sea. Large room with almost all kitchen equipment. Comfortable chairs, sofa and sun bed around the pool and the hall. Very kind and friendly staff.

I need to ask to replace soap jar, and shot my room door after cleaning.

Hotel was decent enough, my room was good, it was spacious and the aircon worked well. The only downside is if you plan on having a nap throughout the day the music doesn’t stop till 8pmish so it’s hard but I guess it is a party hotel so you have to keep that in mind before booking. Pool area was great, drinks and food were good and the vibe was overall good.

The ladies at the desk were professional and kind.

The receptionist at night was very hostile. I approached him asking for ice, he said he is busy, told him that i am just asking for a service, i quote him 'you want ice but you don't have eyes', he was on his computer at the desk dealing with some excel work sheet, anyways i spare you the details, he threatened me to go outside and fight, i have never witnessed in my life such a behavior from a receptionist.

Immediately by the beach. Nice little strip not too far, within walking distance maybe 10 min if that.

The showers looked old, there wasn’t much ventilation in the bathrooms and it was once that our A/c went out on us. Peak summer that wasn’t a good time. But overall, great property. Very friendly and helpful staff! Gave us great recommendations for party’s/clubs, if we needed something for the rooms they were quick.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit DJ ab 13h am Pool war das einzige Highlight, Poolanlage ganz nett. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtücher

Die Betten und Kissen sind unbequem und instabil, Hotel ist sehr laut, Fitnessraum total veraltet, unvollständig und kaputt, also nicht zu benutzen. Disco im Hotel war 2x geöffnet, dann wurde renoviert o.ä., Küche nur bis 19h, abends ist das Hotel quasi tot, keine Bar , kein Essen ... Strand gibt es nicht wirklich, man muss eigentlich weg fahren oder zu fußläufigen Buchten gehen. Aufgrund der reichlich besseren Konkurrenz am Ort, muss sich das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mächtig anstrengen. Weil wir das Gym nicht benutzen konnten, was eigentlich mit der Hauptgrund zur Buchung war, gab es als Entschädigung für 14 Tage Frühstück. Nun gut, bezahlt hätte ich DIESES Frühstück nie und nimmer! Wir werden definitiv wieder Urlaub in Ibiza Stadt und Umgebung machen. San An/ Cala Bou ist nichts für uns. Getränke und Essen am Pool auch unverschämt teuer.

La chambre spacieuse. Le balcon agréable avec la vue sur la mer. La situation géographique au top, à la fois au calme et près de tout. La piscine est belle et propre et son eau à la température parfaite. Le DJ était d'un niveau correct. Le personnel à la réception, Miriam, Carlos et leurs collègues sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute des clients. La team piscine, Elena, Marta et ses collègues sont toujours disponibles, souriants, agréables, efficaces et professionnels. Les plats proposés autour de la piscine sont corrects et les prix raisonnables. Le petit déjeuner est simple, basique, rien d'extraordinaire.

Devoir payer +/- 20 € pour occuper la chambre 2 heures avant "la date autorisée" alors qu'elle était disponible. La qualité du ménage des chambres doit être améliorée. Ne pas hésiter lorsque vous croisez du personnel de ménage de l'informer de faire votre chambre, les oublis existent. Nos draps n'ont jamais été changés de la semaine. Enfin, nous aurions aimé savoir, lors de la réservation, que la discothèque en bas de l'hôtel était fermée pour travaux, sa réouverture étant prévue prochainement certainement. Nous étions accompagnée d'une amie qui avait sa propre chambre. Elle avait comme nous pris la formule avec le petit déjeuner mais n'a pu y aller que deux fois. Le jour du départ, nous avons quitté l'hôtel à 5h30, naturellement sans pouvoir déjeuner ni prendre en café. Bien que nous ayons prévenu la veille, personne ne nous a proposé un remboursement, ou un geste commercial voir une tasse de café.

Perfect location in San Antonio 👌 seamless check-in. I arrived early, so my room wasn't ready. I was able to drop my bags and head to the gym for a quick session and then to the pool area to relax and have a snack. Gorgeous setting, complete with a shiny disco ball!! Loved the vibe, and Endlss had the best DJ playing banging tunes for my entire stay. The room was comfortable with a balcony and ocean view. Close to shops and fantastic restaurants. Particularly the sushi restaurant on the corner. Chefs kiss. Highly recommend 👌 will be coming back. Huge thanks to Natalia, for the recommendation, for Pikes and super friendly service. Las habitaciones tenían un buen tamaño y estaban cómodas. El desayuno muy rico y la vista al mar de la habitación muy bonita, el servicio también fue excelente

Ponen música una parte de la tarde entonces si quieres descansar y estás en las habitaciones de abajo se puede escuchar la música

The room was huge and well equipped with a lovely balcony and partial sea view. The view from our door also overlooked the pool. The pool was impressive-great decor and selection of beds! Quiet and chilled. Excellent bar and nice staff.

Need more pillows on bed. Its a shame the club wasnt open or the dj or any music played during the day by the pool-maybe we arrived too early in the season.

The steam room was not working and was not hot enough and smelled like mildew.

Las 2 chicas recepcionistas. Atentas, dispuestas, y muy amables. Debe de ser tremendo trabajar en un hotel tan decadente.

La suciedad general de todo el hotel (salvo en la habitacion), paredes de los pasillos manchadas, paredes sin pintar, moho en la recepcion, pantalla de ascensor rota, luces fundidas, roturas varias, moho negro en la ducha, cisterna de habitacion rota, los baños de recepcion reventados. Durante toda la estancia hubo un gran bloque de madera sucio en frente la habitacion que nadie se digno a quitar. En definitiva la dejadez y decadencia del hotel es impactante.
