Все уставшее. Все, кроме постельного белья и полотенец - грязное или грязноватое. Два раза травилась при питании в отеле. Один раз на завтраке. Второй раз на ужине. Ресторан на 3+. Испортили джинсы при стирке, не погладили вещи, хотя просила. Вернули их после моего визита на рецепшен, через 3 дня. От визита с СПА только негативные эмоции. Все грустно...

Umesh is a fantastic Chef who cares deeply about people’s dining experience. I am allergic to 3 popular food groups & he immediately made me feel at ease and taken care of. Whenever I eat, he personally handles my order, even with severely limited ingredients my food still tastes 10/10 Abhay is an excellent waiter who is extremely kind and of a calm nature. Very attentive and good at his job. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great staff, even better food.

One thing that we feel not good is that when we request them to bring us taxi, the hotel cost is almost three times of what the any taxi charges. This is totally unfair and seems to grab advantage for visitors or new comers. For example, yesterday we asked the reception for taxi to go to mall and told us fee us 2,500 rupees. We then go out of hotel and we requested taxi driver found at the gate and took us with only 700 rupees. I think the hotel should not be greedy in taking money from visitors taking the strangers limitation of not knowing the country.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. This was a sensitive time for us as my husband was admitted to Apollo Hospital, but the hotel provided immense comfort. A special thanks to Ankit from the housekeeping team; his services were outstanding, and he is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant deserves a special mention as well—the Indian food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The dish presentation and the overall restaurant team were also excellent. Dear Management, I checked into your hotel yesterday with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from the moment I arrived. The check-in experience at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. The associate who attended to me appeared completely uninterested in his role, displayed a lack of attentiveness, and maintained almost no communication throughout the process. No information regarding the hotel’s facilities or services was shared with me, including restaurant operating hours, pool timings, or any other essential details that guests are normally informed about during check-in. Additionally, upon entering the hotel with my wife, I asked a member of your team whether a Blinkit delivery could be sent directly to my room. I was clearly informed that it would not be an issue. However, once the order arrived, I was repeatedly and rather rudely instructed by multiple staff members—including security personnel and front desk associates—to come down and collect the parcel myself. This was completely contradictory to the information provided earlier. The matter remained unresolved for nearly 20 minutes and was only addressed after it was escalated to the Duty Manager, following which the parcel was finally delivered to my room. I find it extremely disappointing that such inconsistent communication and poor guest handling exist within an IHG-branded hotel. Hospitality is built on professionalism, consistency, and guest satisfaction, and unfortunately, none of these were reflected during my stay. As a Gold Elite Marriott member who travels frequently and has experienced hospitality across numerous premium hotels, I found this experience far below the standards expected from an international hotel brand. Based on my experience, I would be unable to recommend this property to others, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously by providing the necessary training and guidance to the team to prevent similar incidents in the future. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was an impressive variety of both Indian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured that every meal was an enjoyable yet guest customized experience. I also had the opportunity to visit the Spa, which was a fantastic experience. In addition to excellent massage treatments, I really appreciated that each treatment room also included a private steam room and shower, making the experience even more relaxing and convenient. The hotel includes an executive lounge that offers a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind or enjoy a quiet drink and a bite to eat. It's a very different system here. The elevators are operated with the room card. So in this case they would have provided 2 room cards. As we are 2 people I was stuck in another floor my mother has come and took me to the room.
