At checkout I was promised the receipt will be emailed to me. It wasn't, I needed it quickly. I phoned the Duty Manager and he promised to do the needful. He didn't. With staff so careless about a basic request, I will reconsider coming back here in the future.

Het was een schitterend hotel, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Er zijn rondom winkels en tot laat geopend. Kortom mooi schoon, heerlijke bedden.

Wij waren met 3 personen en kwamen laat in de middag aan. We moesten wachten op onze kamer. Dus dat was minder. Maar ik raad de hotel zeker aan😇

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel disponible, souriant et attentionné. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité des services et l’ambiance agréable de l’établissement. Une très belle expérience : nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

This time we had to change the room..first allotment was in second floor..bath room with tub not was up to our choice..then light in the room..called the technician.it was fused again..then we got shifted to fifth floor.there it was comfortable..since we have the membership, kindly provide us better place as we come for the medical and official purpose

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were served by Rohit Rai, a very friendly and polite waiter. We came for breakfast and left very happily. Thank you for the experience!

The experience in The Suryaa is being perfect. The hotel is wonderful and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. All the food for breakfast, lunch and diner is fantastic, thanks to Rohit Rai and all his mates.

The Sempan Restaurant in the Suryaa Hotel is excellent - great view , great atmosphere and very nice staff , especially the waiter Vishnu is very friendly and helps you with everything!

I stayed at Suryaa Hotel, Delhi for 4 nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding at every step—from the warm welcome at the entrance, to the front desk, housekeeping, room service, and every other department. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and always willing to help. The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It made my visit even more relaxing and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that even after I checked out, the level of care and hospitality remained exceptional. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff continue to go above and beyond even after your stay has ended. Hats off to everyone at Suryaa Hotel for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. A very special thanks to Lokesh at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful, courteous, and welcoming throughout my stay. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to assist truly made a difference and reflected the hotel’s outstanding hospitality. A must visit.. beautiful peace yet serene. Amazing hospitality by the suryaa new delhi. Great rooms and amenities and definitely with amazing view. Very courteous service by anirudh in essence along with Vishnu and Abhishek. Loved every bit of my duration of there.

There was a foul smell from the toilet throughout our stay. There was too much moisture in the room, and it was unhealthy for us, and our things got spoiled

I had a best experience, special thanks to Muskan who made our breakfast experience at Ssence memorable. And thanks to Rahul as well.

Has been a preferred place to stay at Delhi since last 10 years. We visit for business and its conveniently located according to our choice of market and work. Breakfast spread has been lovely with very good options. Room service always on the top and property is well maintained. Decent room sizes and very friendly staff right from the valet to the housekeeping. Overall a pleasant stay and value for money.

His excellent hospitality truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious with authentic flavors, and every dish was fresh and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive. Highly recommend this restaurant for its great food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Check-in was smooth, and every team member we interacted with was friendly and eager to help. They have free breakfast in the morning which has very wide variety of menu to choose and the staff especially (Narender, Rohit Rai) very nice and attentive. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The Suryaa hotel is amazing. I transited in Delhi feeling unwell. After a long day at the clinic, I checked in to the hotel at 11pm and was greeted with smiles and help to carry my luggage. Its something you would expect from any top hotel but its the way they interacted and insisted to help that made difference. After a night rest, Rohit Rai, Rahul and Nandu has been caring to make sure that I was well and made effort to make my breakfast morning a cheerful one.

Sumi did my hair today and I just love it. Highly recommend her service .

The services of the hotel were great, the ambience was really beautiful. We had a great experience and were touched by the front desk team. They extended our stay on just a single request as our family member was hospitalised in the nearest hospital and we ourselves were not in the condition to check out. Mr. Utkarsh, Ms. Shikha, and Mr. Shubham. They extended our stay just on a single request after knowing about the situation. We were really touched by their gesture and they even asked if our family member is doing good now. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to other knowns of ours. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Very nice experience. Hospitality is excellent. Food is also nice. Rohit Rai, Deepika, Ram Chef have played a key role in making our experience nice. I loved the special ABC juice - it was fantastic.

Special mention to Rohit Rao for attending to us & also recommending Fresh juices & were served at our table. Mukesh ji went a step ahead going to every table and asking their feedback. Great experience at the coffee shop especially being served by Mr Vishnu and Chandrabhan. The service was really amazing by them and since we all are health freaks, they took extreme care for our food being served the way we like. Kudos to them 😁

After my last complaint, I was upgraded to an executive room for which I am happy and thankful to the duty manager. Enjoyed the pool very much, water was very nice and fresh and not full of chlorine. Upgraded room and bathroom was much better and appreciated. Stuffs were polite and carticuous. Overall, I have very much enjoyed my stay there (15 nights) and will definitely stay there if I to visit Delhi again.

The breakfast selection wasn't up to the mark of a 5 star hotel and they could really use some improvements there! After my last complaint, kitchen prepared non-commercial fruit flavoured yoghurt for me for my remaining stay and I am very grateful to kitchen staff. However, absence of mango from fruit salad area was a bit striking specially since I was there during pick mango season and they were everywhere! Literally right outside the hotel there were number of mango vans. Given the reputation, taste, sweetness and flavour of India mangoes, i am sure myself and all local and foreign guests would have appreciated their inclusion. I bought plenty of them myself and throughly enjoyed.
