APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Shiomi

一通りそれなりに揃ってるので、着の身着のまま利用出来るのが有り難かったです。

潮見駅から徒歩5分ほど、部屋も綺麗でテレビも大きく、何より大浴場が付いているのが嬉しい！内風呂の泡が出てるとこと、露天が貸切みたいな丸い小さい浴槽が2つ。極楽です！

潮見自体が京葉線以外のアクセスが無い、混んでるお風呂ではロッカーもドレッサーも譲り合い、ゴミ箱が溢れてて、もう少しマメに取り替えて頂けたらいいなと思いました。

ディズニーランドに近い。駅からも近い。大浴場がある。

駅近で便利、千葉に用事の時はまた泊まりたいと思います

何度か利用させていただいていますが、駅からも近く、とても使いやすいです。

お部屋のレイアウトが、ベッドでテレビを見るようになっているのが個人的には残念です。

Good quality breakfast, clean hotel, close to public transportation,

No wardrobe inside of the room. Room was so small. We should pay for using swimming pool.

As was the theme in Japan, this hotel has everything I needed and was very comfortable to stay in. On arrival the hosts were welcoming and pleasant and helped me check in despite very limited Japanese. Once in my room, it was a bit on the small side, with not a lot of room, but the bed was comfortable and they gave me everything I could possibly need to stay clean and fresh during my stay. I saw when other rooms were open that the small amount of room was just the particular room I was given, others have space. There were some facilities I didn't take advantage of during my stay like the public bath and swimming pool which I wish I had time to use. Downstairs there is a convenience store which can provide some good snacks Location is abit weird, it's not necessarily far from tourist points but it's awkward. The keiyo line isn't really servicing the main tourist parts of Tokyo and while it goes to Tokyo central ithe line is weirdly in a far off part of the station.if you don't eat while your out about, there's not much nearby of you get back late and need something to eat bar the convenience store. The local train stations ticket machine will sell you a Suica card so it has that going for it. There were some days I didn't stay at the property leaving my stuff there while I wondered about and it's clear that the people are trust worthy and your valuables are safe in the hotel

Any gripes I may have had were minor, like the location is just a me being lazy thing and the restaurants a me being picky thing. It has everything you need and a little more so well worth the slightly better then budget price you pay for it.

Good location near the JR Line station and FamilyMarkt. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Staff spoke little to zero english so there was a problem in communication. As it was my first time in Japan I wish they could provide me some EU to JPN adaptors for charging but they couldn't.

Hotel was situated right across from the train station and very handy and cheap convenience store. The hotel itself was good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Onsen was lovely.

部屋もキレイで、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく満足しました。 価格も大変お安く、下の階にコンビニがあるのが初めてだったので便利だなぁと思いました。

しいて言えば、ベットがもう少し硬い方が良かったなぁと思いました。 何度か目が覚めてしまって熟睡は出来なかった気がします。

雨により、チェックインが大幅に遅れてしまいましたが、 電話での対応もフロントでの対応も丁寧で、とても助かりました！

Localização, ambiente, café da manhã. Check-in e check-out rápido e direto no toten...fiquei um dia a mais e foi muito tranquilo, entrei no site que havia reservado e peguei um quarto com as mesmas características, após fui a recepção e não precisei mudar de quarto, achei excelente.

Esse ponto é somente para aviso a pessoas que estão viajando com + pessoas, pois o quarto é pequeno.

I have never been disappointed with an APA stay. It has everything you need to wind down after a long day.

Wasn't on a floor with immediate access to the ice machine, and it's summer time. A minor inconvenience, and hardly a real one!

行ってすぐトイレが詰まって流れなかったのと、洗面台に汚れた雑巾が置きっぱなしになっていた フロントに電話しようとしたらフロントの番号がどこにも書いてなくて自分で下まで行って伝えた。 スタッフに聞いたら電話のとこにシールが貼ってあるものが貼ってなかった。→部屋を変えてもらった。

快適に過ごせた。 タバコの匂いがしたので、フロントに伝えたところ、すぐに部屋を変えてくれました。

フロアの廊下にある、ウォーターサーバーのお湯が欲しかったが、でなかった。 ゲーム機をテレビにつなぐのに、ベッドのところではできず、本体につなぐのも、裏が狭くて端子になかなか手が届かず苦労して、30分位悪戦苦闘した。

目の前の駐車場が大変安くて、東京値段にしては破格です。 清潔でかなりリーズナブルです。 駅が近いので、電車移動も抜群。 サービスも良いです。

Although I had paid and had checked my bags, they "lost" my reservation during my actual check in since I had not given them an expected check in time! I later found the email where they threatened to cancel my reservation in my spam folder if I didn't give them a check in time! They ultimately found it, but was an unpleasant experience since they would not let me check in early! Be careful!

たまたまなのかもしれませんが、子供の添い寝があると事前に申請しておいたら、エレベーターは遠くても縁の部屋(子供が寝返りで壁を蹴るため)で、なおかつ電車が見える部屋でした。隣の方に気を遣わずに済みましたし、子供も電車をみて終始ご機嫌でした。

風呂やエアコン、すこしにおいが気になりました。我慢できないレベルではないですが、鼻がいいので気になったと思います。

朝食は割高なのに種類も豊富ではなく、美味しかったかと聞かれるとまあまあ 温泉にサウナがないのが欠点 喫煙所がないのが欠点、駅まで徒歩5分歩いていって吸いに行ってくださいと案内された。 部屋の清掃は適当で髪の毛やアメニティセットの中に水溜りがあり清掃ではなくタオル、アメニティセットを元の位置に戻し綺麗に見せかけていた。清掃員は海外の方挨拶しても無視でした。 ホテル最悪でした。

ディズニーで利用しました。 コスパ抜群、立地もちょうどよく最高でした。

I loved the bathhouses that we can use at the first floor. Didn't expect it to be so comforting and soothing. Room was a bit small, but enough for a single person. Bathtub inside the room was comfy as well. Self check in was convenient, and the location is very near to the metro, with a lawson right in front of the lobby.

Easy location to train station to Disney Sea and also same line, different direction into Tokyo. Restaurant onsite was pretty decent if you didn’t want to wander around and get food. Room and surrounds were quiet. Good laundry facilities once we realised where they were. Staff were pretty friendly even though there was more of a language barrier than I expected- we managed. Luggage was held for the day after we checked out and it was easy enough to do.

The initial self check in was not good. It probably took more than 15 minutes as we didn’t understand what we needed to do, there was plenty of staff hanging around - seemed very inefficient particularly with the language barrier.

展示会会場である東京ビッグサイトからアクセスしやすく、近いため、楽だった。

Egy kétágyas helyett egy pici egyágyas szobát kaptunk,így kicsit szűkös volt a szoba,ami egyébként tiszta volt, csendes és felszerelt. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló. A személyzet segítőkész.

Az épületben nincs kijelölt dohányzó hely. Kevés mosási lehetőség.

ロビーは綺麗だった。 コンビニ併設も便利。

部屋が汚くて臭い。 よく言う、田舎のおじいちゃん家の匂いがした。 部屋のシャワーヘッドが水が出るところではないところから勢いよく水漏れしていた。

スタッフの方も親切で、ホテル内は静かでキレイでした。

コインランドリーの所に両替機があるとよかったと思いました。

This was our first visit to Japan, and this hotel was the perfect start to our journey. We felt very welcomed, the facilities were beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable, and the location (esp proximity to train), was exactly what we'd hoped for. It was so convenient having Lawsons on site and several local restaurants within walking distance too.

大浴場の入口自動ドアが何故か開かなかった。 スタッフの方が謝りながら手動で開けてくれました。 部屋のドアが薄いのでしょうか？廊下での話が聞こえてきました。自分が廊下を歩いている時も他の部屋のドア前で中の声が聞こえてきました。 インスタントのコーヒーと緑茶を置いてくれてありましたが、マドラーがあると良かったです。

離東京車站和東京迪士尼都很近 有泳池和大浴池 大浴池還開放到凌晨兩點，從市區回來還可以泡一下湯

房間太小了 連行李箱都無法完全打開 地點上比較尷尬 要去新宿 涉谷 代官山等地方可能要轉三次車以上
