Zeer proper en goed onderhouden.

It was a lovely hotel very stylish and great atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and the food was exceptional. The bath house was relaxing and I liked that there was a laundry room. The location was close to a train so that helped with my sight seeing.

The hotel bed was a little harder than I’m used to but it was still an okay sleep. I also had noticed the bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly there was a dirty ring around it when And the room could be dusted a bit better.

Nicht nur die Lobby, auch die Zimmer sind neu und modern. Sehr geräumige Zimmer, tolles Onsen und kleines Fitnessstudio - also beste Ausstattung, war unsere beste Übernachtung im Japanurlaub. Frühstück ebenfalls prima, sehr große Auswahl. Bahnanbindung auf der anderen Straßenseite und Shuttle zum Flughafen buchbar.

Super goed hotel met een fantastisch zen zwembad. Op een paar minuten lopen van het metrostation. Dit hotel is een enorme aanrader.

大浴場のシャワーの数が足りなくて後ろで順番待ちされてる方がいて申し訳なかった 時間は23時ごろ

内装がオシャレで清潔感がある。 スタッフは礼儀正しく、親切で、日本人、外国人問わず感じ良い。 レストランの朝食は、本当にどれも美味しく、夜のディナーも美味しい。特に生ビールのスーパードライは、他では飲めないぐらいのきめ細かい泡でコクがあり最高に美味しかった。

味噌汁が塩分多め、濃くてしょっぱいので塩分気にしている方は飲まない方が良い。

The staff went our of their way to help us on the problems which didn't even regard the hotel or our stay, so I truly appreciate their kindness. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next Tokyo trip.

The hotel is new, spacious, very clean. The bathhouse was very big. Very quiet around the hotel. 2 minutes walk to Shiomi Station. Breakfast was so much varieties and very delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Even though it’s right next to the train station, it still takes at least 30 minutes to get to other downtown areas. Taking the taxi will be much faster.

Loved the hotel, the room was spacious and very nice, loved the Bath House -Ushio no Yu- and the staff were helpful and friendly.

La ubicación es perfecta ya que estando a unos metros de la estación Shiomi permite conectar rapidamente con muchos sitios. Al rededor hay una gran cantidad de restaurantes y lo mejor, en el primer piso un family market y al lado del metro un 7 Eleven.

Le manque d’information et d’aide de certain Personels pour trouver une cliniques médical alors que ça fait 2 jours quand est très malade on te donne un Qr code et débrouille toi avec ça et le prix 2 fois plus chère pour une tv consultation que de voir un médecin en directe on a du chercher seul et ce déplacer sur Tokyo même avec peut de force pour ce déplacer et les restaurants qui te presse un peut pour commander et qu’il te faut du temps pour traduire le Japonais 🫣 ou te sert entrée et le plat en même temps 🫣

Même s'il est un peu éloigné du centre, l'hôtel est très pratique car il est juste à côté de la gare. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le bain. Côté commodités, c'est parfait : un FamilyMart est collé à l'hôtel, deux supérettes sont juste à côté et il y a un super restaurant près de la gare. Nous y étions pendant un séisme de magnitude 5,9, et l'hôtel est tellement bien préparé que rien n'a bougé dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes sentis en totale sécurité.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The entire hotel features a fantastic, modern design, and everything feels brand new and impeccably clean. The rooms are beautifully designed with super comfortable beds that guaranteed a great night's sleep. One of the absolute highlights was the amazing hot bath experience! On top of that, we enjoyed a stunning view of the city skyscrapers right from our room. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Flawless cleanliness, great aesthetics, and ultimate comfort. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location, near the train station, loved the family mart attached to the hotel, kids wanted to eat dinners from there most nights. Food was good , clean, great design. Helped us transfer luggage to Osaka with ease. Will come back.

It’s a modern big facility with good restaurant and onsen. Taxi ride to Ginza 15 min. Disneyland or Teamlabs even less.

Breakfast gets a bit crowded. But it’s a nice breakfast with wide choice of Japanese food The neighborhood itself is not worthy of walking exploration.

La verdad es que esta muy bien. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Una estación de tren a 3 mints que te conectaba con toda la ciudad. Para repetir.

Nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant le check-in. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, pas mal de choix. Les chambres étaient spacieuses pour le Japon. L’emplacement était bien aussi. Quartier calme le soir, ce qui est pas mal après une journée agitée dans le centre du Japon. Petit resto en face à tester. L’onsen est vraiment top.

We stayed in a family room with four beds on the 6th floor and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, super clean and the beds were sooo comfortable! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an Onsen, sauna and lovely beauty products. There’s also a FamilyMart connected directly to the hotel. It’s also very family-friendly. There’s a small but cute kids’ room on the ground floor, especially nice for younger children. The train station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo easily. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it, especially for families!

This hotel is very close to Tokyo Disney. Otherwise a distance and a few train exchange to shopping streets in Tokyo. Only 2 Airport transfer which is not match with my early flight.

The check in staff at the reception are not friendly and the hotel is very far from the centre of tokyo. Not accessible and even by train you have to change many times with the confusing train line. The kids play area is so small that it’a better off without it. There are no toys there and the hotel does not have swimming pool

Colazione eccellente: c'era una vasta scelta e tutti prodotti erano ottimi! Il caffè e il cappuccino, con latte fresco, erano superlativi! Le camere belle, nuove, pulite e insonorizzate. La posizione ottima sia per spostarsi verso il centro che per andare ai parchi Disney. All'interno è presente un family market e fuori dall'hotel ci sono dei locali dove poter mangiare. Consigliatissimo!

The rooms were immaculate. Room service staff were amazing and breakfast was one of the best we have had in Tokyo! The hotel is next to the station so taking the metro is super convenient. There is family mart attached to the hotel and a 7-11 nearby along with a big shopping mart (where you can get medicine too) Also there is a laundry room which is quite handy and it’s not even expensive! Full marks from us!

I thought the breakfast was delicious. The Family Mart store was so convenient and chose of items was very helpful. The spa was awesome and the hotel was beautiful too.

Quad rooms size is a typical 2 double queens bedroom. It is so cramped my goodness! Laundry room is a disaster. Could not understand why there are 9 dryer and 5 very small washers (1 was under maintenance by the way) . I got charged extra and it’s a different company handling so the hotel doesn’t care!

My 3rd stay at this hotel. The onsen is the best- clean, quiet, and spacious with a peaceful mediation room. I don't normally pay for buffet breakfast in Japan, but I like this one because there is a huge selection and they had both Western and Asian options. The room could be slightly bigger with a couch or table, but it is comfortable. It's super safe and close to the train station with a Family Mart below. I will stay here a 4th time if I am back in Tokyo!

I wish it as a little closer to Shibuya. It's very close to Disneyland which we did go to, but otherwise it's a 10 min walk through Tokyo station every time we leave/return to the hotel, but it's not the hotel's fault. Also, a few more restaurant options that were open past 10 would be nice. We wanted to eat after coming back from Disney which closes at 9, but nothing was open.

Fantastic service. Great breakfast. The onsen was well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and well appointed. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Honestly there was not anything that was an issue. I’m sure some people might be put off because it is slightly out of the way from major tourist attractions and areas but I personally think thats a positive thing.

Though it looks kind of far from the city, the hotel connected perfectly by subway. The Keiyo line station is < 5 minutes from the hotel and it takes 9 minutes to Tokyo main station. Service in the hotel is not great. Guest are not really welcomed. Don‘t expect courtesy - you‘ll hardly find it, even if you at least try to behave like it yourself.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, right next to Shin-Ōmi Station, making it very convenient to reach Tokyo Station and many of Tokyo’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and very well insulated, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. The beds and bedding are outstanding and made for an excellent night’s sleep. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. We only had breakfast once, but it offered a wide variety of high-quality food. It is a bit expensive if it’s not included in your room rate, but the quality is excellent. The hotel also has a nice lobby, with convenience stores directly connected and several restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Spent 5 nights here and had a great experience. As a family of 4, we stayed in a room that accommodated 4 single beds. While it was somewhat tight, it was still spacious enough and we could lay out our luggage. Room is well divided with vanity, toilet, and shower/bath all in different locations. Room was very clean and everything worked well. Roomy shower with good pressure, and the AC was strong and have no complaints there. Amenities were good and front desk was helpful with anything we needed. Location may not be for everyone. We used this as a base for exploring Tokyo and while it's not in the centre of it all, it's easily accessible by train (station is literally across the street) and while it adds to commuting time it's 3 stops (~6-7 mins) to Tokyo Station or Hathobori, where you can connect to a lot of lines. We found the tradeoff of a slightly longer commute to be worth it for the high quality accommodations that allowed our family to share a single room. We also really liked the property and amenities, and found the location very relaxing as a home base after a full day of exploring. Family Mart adjacent to hotel and a Lawson just down the street. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was near the train station

While near a train station, it wasn’t a central location. Which explains why it cost less than a lot of hotels. If you don’t mind the extra time into the central parts of Tokyo, it’s good for you.
