NS Royal Hotel

I was able to avail the early check-in (8am) and also they upgrade my standard room to deluxe room all for FREE.. buffet breakfast are great and the food tastes good..

Not high rise building enough to run just in case there is an earthquake . Exit passage way is very visible

What keeps me coming back is the comfortable atmosphere, welcoming service, and the wonderful people who always make my stays special. The consistency and genuine hospitality truly mean a lot to me. We waren blij met de ophaalservice vanaf het vliegveld, zeker omdat we wat later op de avond arriveerden. Het was fijn dat we laat konden inchecken. Verder was het voor Filipijnse standaarden een prima kamer. Voor Europese normen zou ik zeggen een eenvoudige nette kamer met douche, toilet en airco. We hebben hier 1 nachtje geslapen en moesten de volgende ochtend weer snel door naar de ferry die op ca 20 minuten rijden vanaf het hotel afvaart.

De airco was wat luidruchtig voor mensen die gevoelig voor geluid zijn.

Shower room is not that clean. Hotel lobby is hot no aircon.

El aire no enfriaba bien. La habitaciones son viejas y huele a humedad. El desayuno no está rico, el café tienes que hacértelo tú con polvos, los cereales revenidos.. La zona de alrededores no se siente nada segura

The staff are helpful and the room itself is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is not that good, most of it is eggs. scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and sunny side up.

The staff are very nice and helpful.

The room I got seems very old and the bathroom was mouldy it looks quite dirty.

It was big space for my room, clean and has toiletries as well. Tv on channels is okay, the bed was okay , that staff from the guard to the reception did a great customer service as well. I love the selection for my breakfast as well. i will comeback someday.

Well , as for the location on my room it was beaide of somewhat laundry or electrical room i guess, it was bit noisy, aircon is a bit noisy and it was then i heard a noise from the outside i guess so i did awake every now then.

2 times 3 to 5 mins brown out and no water one night was that time too many construction that building that time ,many noise!!!

Water supply pressure is sometimes low. Breakfast choices are all processed meat. Suggest to add local cebu breakfast delicacies like danggit, fish tocino or dried pusit.

Good location for me, specially I have a kid it's easy to go any fast food because it's very closer. I love the staff very approachable easy to talk. The breakfast I love it. I'll be back next yr.

Affordable room rates with free breakfast. Night staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out process. Parking is a but tricky however staff will direct you to the best possible parking spot. We’ve book two different rooms and the Junior Suite was so much better as it was already modern with new finishes and room accessories.

AC takes time to cool in the smaller room that we’ve booked.

Well, we got a free room upgrade to start with… hospital staff were super nice and attentive… I think it was the resto owner who even assist us in packing our luggage going back to the airport… housekeeping staff were quick to assist us as well… Location is fine and easy access with some imoortant destinations we’d like to visit. BREAKFAST FOOD is fine for the rate we paid. 😉

Sorry, but the room slipper were not safe to wear especially if you are coming from the bathroom - my son and I stumbled a few times… I raised that matter with the housekeeping staff. And no REF was available for us to stock some food we need to bring back home - but they offered to use the company ref instead - but still not convenient for us.
