Great location and affordable, but serious issues with cleanliness and service.

We chose this hotel because it was very budget-friendly, but we didn’t expect to have issues with cleanliness. As soon as we entered, there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room. The bedsheets didn't look or feel fresh, and the bed and pillows were quite old. To make matters worse, we even found a big cockroach inside the room.On the bright side, the bathroom was okay and well-maintained, complete with a bidet and working hot and cold shower.However, there were a few more downsides. There was no refrigerator provided. The air conditioning unit also couldn't cool the entire room properly; the area closer to the bathroom stayed quite warm. If you have luggage, the elevator is also a challenge as it can only accommodate about 3 people at a time.Lastly, the customer service needs improvement. Not all staff members greet the guests—a simple "good morning" or "good afternoon" would make a big difference. We also noticed that some employees were too focused on their phones while on duty.

The location is very good right at the circle main square but away from the noise. Its a budget hotel so dont expect everything to be new and fresh. But my room was very spacious and I slept well there. Staff was helpful and nice. I can recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

The location is very accessible to nearby malls and goceries. Very good location. The personnels are very accommodating.

다음날 모알보알로 출발하기 위해 택시를 소개 받았는데 소개받은 택시가 낡은 택시가 왔으며 택시기사가 추가요금을 요구함.

it was just a night. preparing for the ferry-trip and then at 4am .. out and jumping onto the pier.. not much to say.. and not long to stay

the shared bath-room and CR was just a surprise.. as it was not visible in the booking

they are not organized well about comminacate people they must to do it more effort or morre entertain guest because theres more hotel soround them and more cheapest than theire Rates

Très bien placé. Et un personnel très agréable.

Pas assez de pression d eau et eau pas assez chaude. Ca va mais c est limite.

Room was large enough but that is the only good thing.

Everything looks and feels old. Wi Fi was spotty. Beds are not so comfortable.

Staff were lovely, always helpful. Aircon worked beautifully. Facilities were great.

I couldn’t book another night (not anyone’s fault - just really wanted to stay more because of how lovely).

The property offered everything I was looking for—comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and a peaceful environment. It was clear that great care had gone into creating a memorable guest experience. I would definitely return in the future.

Apparently, the air conditioning in two of the rooms occupied by other family members (we booked four rooms) were not functioning properly. They asked for electric fans but were not provided.

The property is conveniently located near the venue where my friends and I will be attending an event.

The property is situated right at the heart of the city, making it very accessible. It’s also conveniently near Robinsons Mall and literally just beside the famous pungko-pungko in Fuente. Love it!

Breakfast was certainly adequate for my needs, fantastic and super friendly staff, location was great! Chu, you were outstanding, thank you!

Shower could have been a little better but really no complaints.

Location wise, it's within the city center and value for money.

This is a really nice budget hotel located in the heart of Cebu. Very accessible and around the most popular touristy places and restaurants. You can easily go out on a walk and encounter countless places to eat, drink or party (and yes, there's 7-Eleven just 100m away. It's a comfortable stay with a very warm and welcoming staff. The hotel also has a really nice restaurant if you prefer that. Big thumbs up for the hotel for the price you pay.

The room was a bit claustrophobic with no windows. Not all rooms are like that but if possible, choose a room with windows. Same applies for the washroom as well. Other than this, my experience was mostly fine.

Location is near a few restaurants and 7/11. The staff responds promptly to your queries and requests, assisting you as best they can.

I initially booked a single room, and the bed height was so short I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. You have to hold the tap to get water, which was pretty annoying, and to make things worse, the AC was super noisy. When I told the staff about these issues, they said the bed height is lower for Filipino people (kind of a rude comment), and the tap is that way to save water. I kept calling the staff to complain about the AC noise. At first, they said there was no room available, but when I offered to pay extra for an upgrade, they moved me to a double room. The shower head in the double room worked oddly, and they have coffee cups but no coffee sachets. They gave me a coffee voucher to get free coffee at their restaurant, but it was only brewed coffee once, and honestly, it was pretty horrible taste. There's no iron available, and at their laundry, the owner charges 50 pesos to iron a single piece—poorly done just to make extra money. And as soon as you walk into the rooms, the wall colors are just depressing. I definitely won't be staying here again.

酒店干净卫生，有电梯，有保安，前台笑容满面。 位置在内街，去景点20分钟，去大型商场几分钟，到转盘有各种中巴去各地，非常便宜，整体来说还不错。 房间虽小，但是干净整洁，井然有序。 有床头灯，插座也方便。

洗澡水比较小，我在6楼，只能洗澡，无法洗头。 房间无窗，房间没有味道，非常安静。 窗式空调很吵。 如果不开空调，由于房间没窗，很安静但是热，如果开空调，凉快但是空调非常吵。很难抉择。

Többször szálltunk meg itt és az a véleményünk, hogy sajnos hagyjàk a szállást le pusztulni. Egyszerű odafigyelés és dolgok helyrehozàsa sokat segítene. A takarítás hiányos, ráférne egy felújítás a szállodára.

Jó elhelyezkedés, közelben éttermek, pénzváltó és kisbolt. A reptérről 40-50perc autóút . A személyzet mindig nagyon kedves.

The locstion is very convenient and accessible to everything. The staff is very accommodating especially sir nelson. He is very helpful.
