Thoroughly spoilt . Food exceptional. Staff very attentive and helpful. Great sunsets from the dining room. Lovely gardens and sea views. For us - the perfect location to get out and about on foot and by car. Not cheap, but great service.

Everything! location is just what we wanted, wonderful views & beautiful sunsets. Uncrowded and plenty of beach side restaurants. Staff were very accomodating and helpful to a fault, on top of La Moye Golf Course; wish I could have played! Certain to return.

Only slight downside getting into the bath mounted shower, sign of our age!

The lovely location, decor, terrace and outdoor pool. Spa facilities with indoor pool. Lovely dining room with view and excellent breakfast. Lovely lounge area and the addition of board games and books was a nice touch and made it feel cosy. Staff were so friendly and professional.

The outside pool was a bit cold.

Truly lovely hotel. Exceptionally helpful, kind staff everywhere - it was so nice. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous views. Delicious food. Quiet corners for reading or chatting among our family group. Pretty gardens. We loved it.

Every time we closed the bathroom door, the side of the bath fell down! Perhaps a stronger magnet is needed (Rm 207)? Tiny issue - and didn’t spoil our visit in the slightest.

De uitzichten. Prachtig. Opmerkelijk dat we geen geluiden hoorden (ook niet van terras onder ons raam) dat was heerlijk. We sliepen met de ramen open, zo fijn.

De ligbedden bij het zwembad waren vaak vol (door niet-zwemmende mensen) waardoor wij niet gingen zwemmen (en relaxen daar). Wij begrepen verschil ontbijtbuffet en ontbijt-ala-carte niet.

Personeel, sfeer, ligging, ontbijt en faciliteiten zijn top!

Enige klein aandachtspuntje: relatief warm in de kamer. Airco had aangename geweest

L'emplacement géographique (bien qu'éloigné de toute commune mais très accessible en vélo ou voiture) le cadre, la vue sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil sont exceptionnels. Le service est très professionnel du niveau palace et très accueillant. Très bien rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner.

Amazing staff. Beautiful view. Carefully tended gardens. Relaxing ambience everywhere, very peaceful. Delicious food prepared with great care. Exceptional and attentive house-keeping. The pool is lovely and service amazing at all times.

Minor niggles with our bed - just a bit too hard for us. The bed rooms get quite warm on hot days. I’d recommend choosing golf view if this is an issue as they have cooler morning sun.

The location, the view was amazing, we had a garden room overlooking the pool and the sea. The staff were brilliant, so responsive, remembered your name, always on hand. Food was great too. Would definitely go again.

To be honest there isn't much I can say, could it been a little less expensive but being honest it was worth every penny

Came 23rd June during the exceptional heat wave. Bedroom was very hot, difficulty sleeping could definitely do with air conditioning especially now with hot summers forecast. Note several eviews have mentioned this!

We love coming to this hotel. It's got everything you need. The outdoor pool is fantastic. The golf course around the area makes for a lovely walk and also down to the coast on the seafront. The staff are very kind and very hospitable. The breakfast is exceptional in the morning, and yes, the facilities are generally great. The room service is good. The view from the windows with the bi-fold doors on each room is fantastic. Really love it.

Great location with panoramic views resulting in incredible sunsets. The breakfast was very good with many options to suit most pallets. The room was a good size and housekeeping excellent. The reception was warm and welcoming.

The pathways down to the beach were quite steep and a challenge for many residents. The alternative routes were not clearly identified resulting in using the busy road for access. The room did not have A/C so hot sleepless nights for the first few days until climatised. The hand shower was difficult to use due to the strong return spring in the system.

It’s small and being like a home. Staff are very professional and friendly too. Just so.

Beautiful hotel. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were brilliant. Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the St Ouen sunset in the evening as it set over the bay. Well worth a stay.

Restaurant was too pricey

The breakfast generally was very good, toasts were burnt quite a lot, abd scrambled eggs were inconsistent quite dry and rubbery sometimes.l and also American style pancakes when I had them were very doughy not cooked inside but burnt on outside, a couple of days later my husband ordered them and they were perfect. Our evening meals were excellent, staff were lovely. The hotel facilities were good.

The shower had no movement to the head and I am small my husband tall and neither of us thought the direction of the flow of water was right to rinse off shampoo or body wash easy. The Mattress was very firm and the pillows were very soft, which did not make for a comfortable night sleep for either of us, which was a shame the room was generally very comfortable

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön an einer Klippe über dem Meer. Es gibt eine kleine Wellnessanlage. Die Zimmer sind generös (wir hatten die billigste Kategorie) , das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wir haben auch zu Abend gegessen (extra Bestellung, viele Leute von "ausserhalb"): das Restaurant ist exquisit, das Essen war großartig, der Preis (gerechtfertigt) dementsprechend. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung für Jersey. Und - der wunderbare Concierge hat uns bei der Planung unserer Tage in Jersey sehr geholfen - Danke dafür !

Loved the terrace - the views out past the pool were incredible. Lovely staff and the cocktail/mocktail vouchers for my son’s birthday were such a welcome touch. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the food looked incredible.

The TV kept switching itself off so we couldn’t watch a movie. Some parts of the hotel are looking a little tired. The room was ridiculously hot and so it was difficult to sleep.

Staff serving dinner was not very pleasant, very few words spoken, minimum explanation about the food. Sommelier did a very good job! Price for breakfast buffet is ridiculously high, no possibility to order small breakfast. High marks for the concierge, who was very friendly and explained a lot about the surroundings.

Comfort and attention for two " oldies" was just right. Not too much fuss but help where needed. Wish we were able to have taken advantage of your bathing facilities , but those days have gone. ! Would like to think we could come back. Thanks from Austin and Pat Matthews.

The plug in the bath did not allow the water to drain away adequately after a shower. I meant to report it but , forgot - apologies. Otherwise - immaculate !

Zum Frühstück konnte man viele verschiedene gekochte Versionen von englischem Frühstück bestellen, darunter auch eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten, die alle ausgezeichnet geschmeckt haben. Der Afternoon-Tea und das Ostermenü waren auch sehr lecker. Am letzten morgen bekamen wir noch ein tolles Frühstück auf das Zimmer geliefert, weil wir schon so früh zur Fähre mussten.

Nur die Tatsache, dass wir einen Tag zu spät kamen, weil die Fähre einen kleinen Unfall hatte und deshalb ausgefallen war. Eigentlich gibt es ansonsten nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett.

The fact that the rooms were far too warm. The ceiling fan constantly clicked so couldn’t be left on whilst trying to sleep. The only way to cool the room was to leave the doors open. Then the birds started performing at 5am. I had 2 really bad nights as my Fitbit told me with lots of wake ups Our pyjamas were screwed up and shoved under the pillows The bathroom had no windows or ventilation and was like a sauna The step in and out of the bath. Why were we not told that bath steps were available ?? Rug at side of bed was a trip hazard Breakfast average. No bread just croissants Gym looked tired ( even though I’m Disabled I’m a fitness instructor)! Didn’t see the point of mentioning the heat as other reviews have to no avail

This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is very clean with very polite and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was nicely furnished.

First of all, Jersey has a charm of its own, and at the Atlantic Hitel, this charm is emulated by all the people who take perfect care of you. The Hotel is as comfortable as you may need, but the real difference is its staff - I would absolutely go back there again! Oh, and those sunsets! Simply fantastic!

Breakfast was a lovely experience with beautifully presented fruits , pastries , yogurts , fruit juices and a great selection of warm breakfast options . The hotel was very clean and the pool area and terrace had comfortable seating and beautifully kept gardens . A gem of a find and will definitely return for another stay

Not crowded and close to everything but out of the main hub of a town. The staff were all very good

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit zusätzlicher Karte mit grosser Auswahl warmer Speisen. Hervorragende Kochkunst mit abwechslungsreicher Menuekarte und Tagesgerichten mittags und abends. Sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites, fröhliches und freundliches Personal. Zimmer gross, hell und täglich zweimal sauber gereinigt. Hübsche Anlage mit schöner. gepflegter Gartengestaltung.

Die Tücher im Bad wurden täglich gewechselt. Das wäre nicht nötig.

Ruhiges Hotel, etwas abgelegen. Tolles, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!! Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ein Traum. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet, wir haben jeden Tag köstlich gegessen. Und die Insel selbst ist auch sehenswert.

Das es kaum Zimmer mit Duschen gibt. Da viele Senioren hier Urlaub machen, sollten man überlegen einige Badewannen gegen Duschen auszutauschen.

A wonderful return visit to a fabulous hotel. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond in all areas Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a choice of views over the golf course of the coast. Food and bar options are great

Shower in bathroom was difficult and risky to get into as bath is too high..

Cooked to order breakfast choices were excellent. The Buffet selection, although fairly limited in scope, was of high quality (juices, fruit, cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon, pastries etc). Dinner menu very good indeed, either a la carte or a fixed price set "Taste Jersey" 3 course option - we tried both, as well as a meal in the slightly less formal surroundings of the bar. The staff, many of whom have been here for many years, are universally cheerful, friendly, informative and efficient.

room tended to become rather hot with no effective control of temperature. The ceiling fan helped, but with no way to turn radiator off or down and the absence of a/c, had to resort to opening the sliding floor to ceiling windows.

Rooms are spacious. I love the fact you can open the window/doors for fresh air and have a fan to circulate instead of air conditioning - much healthier. The bathroom is great - lighting, bath & comfort.

Perfektes Frühstück und generell Super Essen! Absolut traumhafte Lage mit großen Garten und direkt an einer Klippe mit Riesen Aussicht gelegen. Außerdem sehr freundliches Personal.

The staff were fantastic - so welcoming and they couldn’t do enough to help us. The hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained. We saw some fabulous sunsets from the terrace. Dinner at the restaurant was out of this world.

No air conditioning so the rooms were hot and stuffy at night.

Attractive entrance, free parking, prompt, quick and friendly check-in, downstairs public area very comfortable furnishings and attractively decorated. Fabulous room overlooking pool and bay (free upgrade as hotel wasn't full!). Good location - Easy to get around. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely return
