Honestly, a 10/10 experience! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this resort. We were welcomed by Mr. Amr, who was very kind and surprised us with a free upgrade. Mr. Muhammed explained everything we needed to know, and Tasse and Boda were always so cheerful and helpful with the activities. The food was AMAZING, huge thanks to Chef Yousrri! Everything was delicious, and the reservation restaurants were also excellent. Big thank you to the housekeeping’s staff for maintaining our rooms cleaned. We always felt safe and well looked after, especially thanks to Hussien at the entrance. A big thank you to Amr, Yousrri, Ismali, Mahmud, Muhammed, Mina, Boda, Tasse, Pepsi and everyone else who made our stay so special. Thank you for everything, and hopefully see you soon! ❤️

Olay nedeniyle tatilimizin iki günü olumsuz etkilendi; stres ve güvensizlik hissi yüzünden planlarımızı değiştirmek ve bazı gezilerimizi iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Olayın ardından bize resmi bir açıklama, kapsamlı bir özür veya tazminat sunulmadı. Ayrıca güvenliğimizi sağlamak için alınan önlemler hakkında da bilgilendirilmedik. Bu deneyimden sonra bu otelde tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve oteli tavsiye etmiyorum. Özellikle Türk gezginlerin, Meraki Resort’u veya SUNRISE grubuna bağlı diğer otelleri tercih etmeden önce bu deneyimi dikkate almasını öneriyorum.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms and shared areas like the dining room and reception. Stunning views of the Red Sea and a beautiful private promenade to walk down. Buffet food was very fresh with lots of variety daily.

The pool areas are lacking in style/ new wow factor to match all the other works that have been done. Sitting by the pool every 5 mins you are approached by someone selling their services for massage, photos, nail salon, boat trips etc - it gets quite tiring after the first 2.

وبالمقابل : كانت فيه بعض الملاحظات البسيطة اللي عكّرت التجربة شوي وأتمنى فعلًا ينتبهون لها لأنها ممكن تخلي التجربة أفضل بكثير 🙏🏻 أولها أن بعض الحفلات والفعاليات الليلية كان صوتها مرتفع للأسف، وأعتقد أن هذا النمط من الأجواء قد لا يناسب جميع النزلاء، فلو كان فيه توازن أكبر بيكون أفضل. كذلك المقهى كان أقل من توقعاتنا بصراحة، وأشوف أن القهوة ومشتقاتها تحتاج عناية وتطوير أكثر من ناحية الجودة والتنوع ☕️ أما الفعاليات البحرية، فاضطررنا نحجزها من خارج المنتجع بسبب ارتفاع أسعارها مقارنة بالخيارات الموجودة بالخارج، وكنت أتمنى تكون الأسعار أكثر تنافسية، خصوصًا لنزلاء المنتجع، أو يكون فيه اهتمام أكبر بتقديم عروض مناسبة للمقيمين. ما عدا هذه النقاط كنا سعيدين جدًا بالتجربة فعلًا وكانت الإقامة جميلة وممتعة، وهذه الملاحظات فقط لأننا نتمنى نشوف التجربة عندهم أفضل وأكمل مستقبلًا 🙏🏻😇

I honestly believe the price point for the property itself is a bit high

To begin with the room decoration and the room furnishing itself is very very poor. They’re using the whole boho thing as an excuse but honestly, there is way more to be done for a boho aesthetic. I’ve been to a lot of hotels that have l boho furnishing and it’s way better than that they don’t even have like any sort of like flooring. It’s just like wall painting everywhere. The bed mattress is so bad. It hurt my back, even though I was in one of the upgraded rooms. And the pool is small I was there for like four days the weekdays the food was good, but on the weekends, we’ve been to the Asian restaurant, and my husband got like food poisoning or something similar to that he was throwing up he had diarrhea. His stomach was very upset.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and very elegant decor. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team, and Khaled in particular was very helpful and welcoming. Mahmoud at the burger restaurant was also extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a really lovely experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato! Ho trascorso una vacanza davvero bellissima al Meraki e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia della struttura che, soprattutto, dello staff. Lo staff della reception è stato gentilissimo, sorridente, disponibile e molto professionale. Mi hanno aiutato in ogni fase del soggiorno e il check-in è stato il più veloce che abbia mai fatto in un hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mr. Khaled della reception, una persona davvero eccezionale: molto gentile, disponibile, professionale e sempre con il sorriso. Mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio ed è stato pronto ad aiutarmi ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno. Un grande grazie anche a Mr. Mohamed e a tutto lo staff della reception per la loro gentilezza e per aver contribuito a rendere la mia vacanza ancora più speciale. Excellent stay at Meraki! The staff was lovely and the welcome was amazing a special thank you to the two Khalid’s the bartender and the one at reception for being so kind and attentive they really made our stay even more enjoyable.

My recent stay at the hotel was truly outstanding from start to finish. Right from our arrival, the reception team set a wonderful tone for the trip. A special mention goes to Ziad at the front desk, whose warm hospitality, professional attitude, and swift check-in process made us feel genuinely welcomed immediately. Every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations: Pool & Towel Staff: Always energetic, attentive, and quick to ensure we had fresh towels and comfortable loungers. Dining & Food Quality: The restaurant staff provided flawless service during every meal. The food quality was remarkable—fresh, flavorful, and offering a fantastic variety daily. Bar Staff: Friendly, quick, and excellent at crafting refreshing drinks with a smile. Entertainment & Activities: The organized events were super lively and kept everyone entertained throughout the day. Overall, it was a memorable experience filled with high-energy vibes and unmatched hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is very good. We especially liked the direct access to the beach and the overall hotel grounds. We had stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience in the past, which is why we decided to return.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay this time. We had stayed at this hotel before and remembered the service and overall quality being much better. Although we specifically booked a better room category, the room we received actually felt worse than the one we had during our previous stay. The food was also not very varied. Many dishes felt repetitive and rather bland. The service at the beach was also noticeably worse than what we experienced during our previous visit. What bothered us the most was the large number of heavily intoxicated guests. Some were extremely loud, disrespectful and at times even aggressive. There were also guests jumping into the pool fully dressed, and unfortunately, the hotel staff did not seem to intervene or enforce appropriate behaviour. The most disturbing incident happened at around 2 a.m., when heavily intoxicated guests suddenly entered our room with a loud speaker through our unlocked balcony door. Of course, we should have locked the balcony door, but something like this should still never happen in a hotel of this standard. We reported the incident to reception, but unfortunately we did not feel that the situation was taken seriously or handled appropriately. As returning guests, we are especially disappointed because we knew this hotel very differently from our previous stay. In our opinion, the service, quality and overall atmosphere have declined significantly. After this experience, we unfortunately would not return to this hotel.

جميل جداً وتجربة ممتازة

Espaces verts jolis et bien entretenus. Plusieurs plages de sable. Propreté chambre OK. Burger boulevard : bon. Restaurant asiatique : bon. Billard, ping pong. Équipe animation : nombreuse. Dans l'ensemble plutôt déçus, après avoir eu d'autres expériences dans des établissements 4 étoiles et pour le même prix.

Checking catastrophique et déjà autre client mécontent devant nous. L'espace dînatoire du buffet est peu accueillant, sol en béton, bruyant, mobilier bas de gamme, bref on se croirait dans une cantine scolaire ou chez Flunch ;-) Nourriture : quelconque et recyclages d'un repas à l'autre. Bar à nouilles asiatiques : les épices utilisées n'ont rien d'asiatiques. Nombreux  Burger et nouilles sont avec suppléments, tout n'est pas all inclusive. Service à table : catastrophique. De nombreuses fois où nous avons eu le temps d'aller nous servir au buffet chacun notre tour et finir nos plats sans qu'aucun serveur soit passé prendre notre commande de boissons. Présence importante de corbeaux, sans cesse à survoler les tables et transats à la recherche d'une opportunité pour piquer dans les assiettes sous les yeux des serveurs qui ne bougent pas et qui en rient. Sérieux problèmes d'hygiène des serveurs au buffet : avec ou sans gants débarrassage des tables puis vider les assiettes dans la poubelle puis toucher vaisselle propre. Remise des couverts non utilisés dans les saches. Nettoyage des tables avec une serviette déjà utilisée malgré le passage de corbeaux sur la table (ce que nous avons vu dans d'autres établissements : nettoyage des tables avec un spray et éponge après chaque utilisation de la table). Service boissons transats à la plage: quasi inexistant sauf pour certaines nationalités. Transats :  mobilier vetuste, lourd à déplacer. Animation : oui toute la journée et nuit. Destinée à un public précis. Musique bruyante en permanence. 3 Piscines mais seulement 2 accessibles car la 3eme est réservée pour les mousses party. Piscines d'un autre temps et accès uniquement par des échelles avec des rampes inox brûlantes. Douches extérieures : faible pression et parfois juste 1 filet d'eau. Toboggan : magnifique... lorsqu'il est en service,  3 matinées en 1 semaine dans l'établissement.

La chambre était très propre, le personnel était au petit soin avec nous. L’hôtel est équipé de tout, aucun risque de vous y ennuyer.

Certains membres du personnel, malgré toute leur gentillesse, nous ont parfois mis mal à l’aise à nous forcer à sourire ou à nous demander pourquoi est-ce que nous ne sourions pas toutes les deux secondes. Certains étaient même désagréables avec nous pour cela, ce qui va de soit que nous ne voulions encore moins sourire.

Everything was excellent. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Pagamos 350 euros por noche para dormir en una cabaña..... la insolación de la habitación es pésima, no pudimos dormir porque entraba aire desde la ventana. Es un robo este Hotel.... no merece ni la mitad del precio que tiene.

Das Hotel war super! Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Dusche war toll und es war sehr sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage an sich war grossartig - insbesondere das Essen. Qualitativ hochstehend und jeden Tag etwas Neues. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The food quality needs improvement. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms are very small. In addition, the animation team could be more engaging and provide a wider variety of activities.
