Empire Hotel Aqua Park - Couples and Families

We had an amazing stay here The location is close to a large local market and surrounded by all the amenities you need. The beach is very clean and super close, keeping my child happily entertained the entire time. A big shoutout to the staff for being so warm, helpful, and welcoming. The daily evening shows were a fantastic touch, and the food was good. Special heartfelt thanks to the reception desk, the restaurant team, and housekeeping for taking such great care of us. Highly recommended for families

Some of the staff are impolite and treat the foreign gust better than Egyptians so, they are racists.

Location and both swimming pool

The hot water most of time was yellow colour after you on the tap it goes but very uncomfortable.

Not much

The shower did not work at times, towel rail broken. Booked a room with double bed but on arrival i was told they only had a room with a single bed. Had a balcony with was nice to sit out there so i could smoke. The food was not that great for an all inclusive hotel and not that great an area. Would not go back again.

A légkondi borzasztó hangos, 1000 éves. Aludni nem lehet tőle. The only thing that is good in that hotel is price per night. That's all.

I had a pretty big room, but! The plaster is coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. The valves were leaking. The room was literally empty when I arrived (no towels, no fresh water, no shampoo). The fridge doesn't work. Well, you should really understand why are you booking this hotel - if you want (like me) just spend there a night, have a breakfast, leave for the whole day, dinner and sleep - this hotel is a good option. Otherwise, well everyone choose the accommodation he can afford

Freundliches personal , gute lage , strand

I would like to thank Mr. Tayeb at reception; he is a very helpful man

Nothing

Everything was bad

لا شيء

My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere and everything was good in the hotel, the restaurant, the service and the reception, especially receptionist " El Tayab " , were very professional. More attention could have been paid to room service, but all the staff were smiling, friendly and professional.

No wifi inside the room , room service

They entered my room no permission even if asked from 1st moment to don't do it. When I came back nothing missing but they have gone through my stuff. When I complain they threaded me, I have 2 rooms, I left the hotel 3 night's before the end of my reservation. I asked for refund for the last 3 nights of the 2 rooms but they threated me again. Who is going to refund me these nights?. I contacted booking.com support but not replay. Iam a Genius level 3. I demand a refund or compensation

Nothing most disgusting place I have been ever

The staff is nice and good and the hotel is beautiful

This hotel is really under rated, excellent food , excellent service, in particular Mr. El taieb ( the receptionist was more than professional, this hotel deserves 7 star as a rate

Beach was so clear and fantastic, got coral reefs,u can snorkel u can dive, u can also dance with the dolphins, also the aqua park is very interesting for parents with kids, I would recommend anybody from any nationality u will really enjoy

Very bad hotel

Everything is bad

Reception was very bad. My Room was very bad my Room was direkt in top from the Kitchen I couldn't sleep.

several swimming pools some nice shows at night The beach is clean and suitable for swimming. The room is spacious.

I read about this before, then witnessed it in the restaurant; there is a "secret agent" in dark glasses following each milliliter of Coca-Cola to check if the person drinking has "all-inclusive" or not. It feels funny but yet silly, making people feel uncomfortable and causing problems and bad reviews that make the hotel lose thousands, just to save a few hundred! The hotel was much better 10 years ago, everything in the rooms looked old and about to collapse. Strong maintenance is needed. Food was also better before; now it isn't as tasty, as well as not having as much variety as it used to have. Facilities in the rooms were very minimal; the fridge was empty (no minibar), and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Water was difficult to control in the shower, and it can easily run to the room floor.

The staff Aqua park Food not bad Good location Good beach

Old buildings Old fashioned No airconditioners were working in the restaurant No varities in fruits All over all, the hotel needs urgent renewal

Good location, It was easy to reach every place we wanted to see in Hurghada. Eating was just acceptable. Beach is amazing and much better than other very expensive hotels. We had some issues but Mr.Tayeb from the front desk, was a professional receptionist, he helped us to handle all and finish our holiday on a comfortable way.

No thing.very bad hotel

Room condition

The staff was very helpful

The rooms are very old and not that clean even though the very generous guy who cleans the room but the room itself is not that nice, air freshener smell is not nice, air conditioner is very old and doesn't do the job very well, balacony door makes a bad noise, glasses are not clean enough to drink any thing in it

Big room

1. No seats available alwas in beach or pool ( over crowded beach never find any available seats, 2 staff members are not friendly or clean shape 3. Food is very, very bad, taste and quality, we alwas sick from it 4. Not allowed for you to use beach Aqua (only Nesmet Amal resort can use) 5. Not allowed for you to use the bar or drinks in the beach 6. Many Seats on beach pool are reserved by (life guards) themselves, and you can pay money to get available one. 7. Restaurant AC is not working at all. You are laterally eaten in OVEN. 8. Dirty loopy bathroom 9. Very bad quality for drinks or food. 10. You can not sleep from noisy songs running till 12 Am.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! hello everyone, i usually never write reviews of any kind but i have to share this horrible experience with you. i hope you dont make the same mistake as we did and book this hotel. when we first got into the hotel the staff was not friendly at all and we didnt get any information about what is included in our package, when we can eat and how anything works. thats when we also got the wifi password. we knew that there was not going to be wifi in the rooms but only in the lobby. unfortunately even in the lobby it didnt work at all. even loading a simple website would take 5 minutes, if it worked. when we got into the room we immediately had to take 3 long hairs out of our bed. the bed was quite comfy but the bathroom was the next problem. the shower is very small and looked disgusting, to be honest. when we showered, at some point the cold water just turned off in the entire bathroom, so you couldnt even wash your hands for multiple minutes. the food was available at reasonable times but it was highly repetetive, there werent many options and it wasnt delicious. lunch and dinner are exactly the same and also not different from day to day. we suspect that the not eaten food from lunch gets recycled for dinner. in addition the overall standard for hygiene isnt high. some forks seemed dirty and the trays where they displayed the desserts had some rests from the previous rounds of cake (as shown in the pictures). when we wanted to play pool, we were told that it costs 3 dollars. only a few days later another staff member told us that it actually would have been included in our package. this seems like the first staff member tried to rip us off. we booked the hotel because of the swimming pool access. when we arrived the pool was green and there were signs that said the cleaning was in progress. we had been told that the pool would have been accessable the day after 3 days in a row. as you might already think, that didnt happen…

Hurghada is extremely beautiful, if it wasn't for the attractions of the city the vacation would have been a disaster. The aquapark at the pool is ok for young children

Flies in restaurant, on the buffet food and all around the dishes. No air conditioning in restaurant or lobby. Room towels were delivered on the third day after multiple arguments Toilet tissues were delivered after we requested One room trash bin was delivered on the third day after multiple requests and we had to use it for the room and the toilet. No shower curtain No hot water in room Pool towels were not available most of the time, we could only get 2 even though we had 4 towel cards. Staff are two categories either very polite or extremely rude. Rude staff were shouting and yelling at guests. Food is low quality and limited variety. No snacks between meals, only beverage. Coffee is extremely bad. No batteries for the TV remote, we requested and didn't receive.

There was nothing in this hotel which I liked. It was awful experience.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am surprised how it is 3 stars hotel. Every thing they mentioned in their description is just a lie. The lobby is warm crowded ,dirty and they mentioned free wifi , there is no active connection at all in the lobby and when I asked they told the data package has ended and needs renewal . The restaurant is another major problem, I booked all inclusive so I have the chance to try all meals. Most of times no forks, knives or spoons unless you ask specifically for this , I had to complain to one of the manager to get it. Despite it is Buffet there is somebody on each dish to make sure you do not take extra than what they want you to , I am surprised why this the food is already tasteless and not fresh. The rooms are ok but no kettles in the room , the electricity and water was off for hours every day and I needed to go to reception to ask them to fix it . Imagine in this hot weather with temp 43c I am sitting in the hotel with no AC. We tried the beach which is shared with Empire Beach Hotel and it was very crowded and we barely found place to sit. Overall , I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at all.

Location

Not welcoming. Only one key for 2 persons in the room. Noisy air condition. Cartoons need fixation. No room hair dryer, Kettle, and hot water for shower. Swimming pool is not clean. Food is not good in quality and shortage of plates and cutlery

No thing

Everything I don’t like everything it’s a fake hotel it’s not hotel I went there but I found it like cave bad smell the receptionist not polite I asked him it’s not same the hotel I saw on booking he told me it’s other hotel called empire beach but we are empire aqua I said it could be infront of the beach I saw that on booking he said maybe … anyway I made upgrade to empire beach it’s a good hotel I liked it

Dinner was better than breakfast.. i loved all the traditional dishes and vegtables / salads / soup.. There was free wifi in the lobby and free juice and water .. even a bancomat to change money.. Reception was super helpful.. all the tips and advice you need .. The hotel was quiet with only a few guests.. The pool as you can see is Very Nice. and the Hotel has a sister hotel with a beach just 100 meters.. Very Nice.. Indeed ..

This is no longer a three corners facility! Will never ever stay in this place again: Doesn't worth a penny, don't ever think to go there! I reserved 3 rooms for my family and we found the rooms facilities too old with plumbing issues and old furniture loudy AC and many other negative things, the corridors were not clean at all and the elevators are always broken ! House keeping: keeps forgetting to replace towels Food:no variety !! its like Army food " rice and beans" some times you find meat and chicken but when you find them you'll fight to get yourself a piece ! Hygiene: worst ! The worst hotel in hurghada Cats are every where in the restaurant and they sometimes enter the kitchen ! We talked to the Managers there and we raised a complaint regarding our situation They ignore all booking.com  communications and they just keep saying sorry :/ we will improve our service, and they just do letterly nothing ! We talked to the owner, his overall mindset  is cost reduction he didn't  spare an effort to Satisfy  us. we wanted to leave two days before 25/04/2023 just a day after our check in 22/4/2023 they refused !! They told us this is nonrefundable, we had to stay in that prison for 4 days. Another negative feedback!!! No life guards and someone died "drowned "on the beach on 24th of Apirl 2023 !!! The police was everywhere and we were so frightened of the situation. Feedback  on the general manager's behaviour: after we talked to the manger twice - because we were straving for two days because of the food quality -he finally agreed to offer a substitutional -set menu- instead of the open buffet  option! And they served french fries and chicken and meat they called it mix grill but it wasn't!! The Manager sent with one of his employees a "Declaration of satisfaction " form that they have compensated us with that meal !! And i have to sign it !!

Thanks to both mohammed and Ali they were 10/10 and very special thanks to Hasan and Nubi the restaurant managers they do everything to enjoy your stay to the fullest. shkran! Thank you for the peacefull stay.

Location is amazing close to public transport train and tube

The room was quiet old , not renewed since a long time. The toilet was broken

staff really helpful, couldn’t do enough. great location

No understanding of vegan diet, no plant milks available

Have recently stayed at sister hotel l, Royal Star Hurghada so had a good idea what to expect during my one night stay. The good points: Exceptional staff, especially reception; Huge room; High standards of hygiene; Use of sister hotel (Empire Beach Resort); The best hotel bed and linen I've had the pleasure to sleep in.

The not so good: TV not working; No water in room on arrival (sorted immediately when reported); Parts of hotel appear like a building site (eg piles of electrical conduit/pipes lying around etc); Swimming pool empty (but sister hotel's only a few minutes away with much better facilities). Bar closed by 11pm; Booked all inclusive through booking.com only to find it didn't include alcoholic drinks on arrival (could be upgraded for additional $5/day); Generally tired decor and 2 of 4 lifts not working. Would I stay again? Yes, I enjoyed it. A great end to a few weeks.exploring Egypt.

The location is near everything

Everything was old. And the rooms were not clean. The tv had no channels. I think it needs a renovation as soon as possible.
