Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Tiene una piscina bastante grande, con suficientes camastros, mas adelante de la alberca tiene unas pequeñas palapitas con camastros para escuchar el mar, y cuenta con dos albercas circulares como para 8 - 10 personas con la función de hidromasaje, en el área de la alberca tiene un restaurant bar, y antes de entrar a la alberca tiene un restaurant llamado paloma, estan ricos los dos no tengo queja alguna, hay una zona de cafe no nos toco que estuviera abierta, en general el personal se porto amable y accesible
Todo nos gusto a mi pareja y a mi, quizás lo único que mejoraría seria un poquito mas de variedad en los menú de desayunos y en los menú del restauran bar, para mi gusto... aclaro no esta mal lo que tiene, pero estaría ideal que hubiera un poco mas de variedad

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Las vistas que hay, la comodidad de las camas, el agua de las albercas es templada así que es muy agradable.
Desafortunadamemte en la habitacion que nos tocó no nos fue posible salir al balcón y disfrutar del atardecer desde nuestra habitación, ya que no era posible abrir la puerta corrediza para salir, debido a eso el balcón está muy sucio.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026El lugar es hermoso, muy tranquilo, y totalmente adecuado para relajarte y descansar, las camas sin muy comodas, la atención de todo el personal es excelente, todos son muy amables. Sin duda volveré.
Lo que no me gustó considero que está fuera del alcance del alojamiento, fue que la habitación de arriba arrastraban los muebles era mucho ruido, parecía como si estuvieran reacomodando los muebles de la habitación y era muy molesto.

View was gorgeous, the garden was enchanting, the whole property felt absolutely cozy/warm and fancy. Will definitely come back to vacation with my family again. We all loved it sooo much!
My booked two rooms, my room in specific had a corner balcony and the iron bars were broken, this is dangerous specially as a family w two little ones. The door hinge was also on the verge of breaking, it worked and the door seals fine, but this is a break waiting to happen to any guest.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025I loved the beautiful resort & it being on the beach. The room was spacious & beautiful but it had issues. Read below.
The sliding glass door to the patio needed an olympic weight lifter power to open & close. For an almost 70 yr old w arthritis in both arms & hands, it was very difficult to open & close. The door had no screen so leaving it open to fall sleep w sound of the waves was not an option cuz of mosquitos. I was going to spend a week at this resort on my way back but I will not do that. They gave Bookings client the worst room. The tv would not shut down & I had to unplug it.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025Absolutely gorgeous setting but thst is where it stops. I would give this place 2 stars. The rooms need maintenance and refreshing . Floors are grimy. There are lots of bugs in the room so flying and some crawling. Showe temp is luke warm and bathtub won’t drain.
The food at the onsite restaurant is decent. You receive 2 bottles of water and free WiFi. Otherwise everything else is at a cost.
Take a round trip taxi from the airport and schedule your return pick up . If you do joy the hotel will charge you for their shuttle $33. It is a guard gated community which is very nice but taxis apparently are difficult to come by.
I may stay here again but it is definitely not a luxurious experience but then neither is the price. Oh it’s 3 floors and the elevator is broken.
Was once most likely a lovely hotel but now 15 years old it is very neglected

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025We have explored nearly every part of Mazatlan, but wanted to spend more time on the amazing beach of Stone Island, not just a day trip from Centro. Las Villas was our favourite place on the entire coast from Guaymas to Puerto Vallarta over 3 months of travel. We would stay longer if we could, but it was booked due to Semana Santa. The feel of a small boutique hotel with a nearly deserted sandy beach was amazing. We had a ground floor ocean view room, and loved the sound of the surf all night.

I would not recommend staying at this resort. My husband and I were very disappointed to find that the gym, spa and sauna were all closed during our entire stay of 4 days. There was only one restaurant available and no restaurants close by to walk or drive to. The area is unsafe after dark and very far from all activities and restaurants in mazatlan. Staff were not very friendly and the beds were not comfortable. Our room smelled musty. I would only recommend going if you are going for the golf course.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2025We visited the property with our soon to be daughter in law as a potential option for the wedding. The property was very nice, the suite we had was very nice, The sevice at the hotel was unfortunately very poor. At checkin we arrived early so we asked to check our bags and we would wait by the pool for our room to be ready. The guy at the front desk had us sign for three towels. We went to use the common restroom right by the front desk to change into shorts and swimwear, when we returned the towels were gone and he tried to charge us for more towels. Clearly we didn’t take them as they had our bags and we were only in the bathroom. we had brunch at the onsite restaurant next to the pool. The food took over an hour and was cold when it arrived. That might we decided to just order room service since sitting in an empty restaurant didn’t seem fun. It took an hour for the food to arrive, the pizza was ice cold, the sandwich and fries were cold and soggy. The next morning we had breakfast at the golf course restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get coffee and they forgot the cream. By the time they brought the cream the coffee was cold. I finally spoke to a guy in a jacket that seemed to be in charge after waiting 40 minutes for our food…just as my smoothie arrived. 40 min for a smoothie? It took another 20 min for our food to arrive. so an hour wait for breakfast. The building is beautiful, the service was terrible.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025A quiet oasis south of Mazatlan. No children. Because it's a golf and country club, most people are middle-aged or older, which means quiet, respectful, perfect.
The food is unbelievably amazing. The service was excellent. The view unparalleled in Mazatlan and area. Nothing like listening to waves and watching the ocean first thing in the morning out your hotel room window. The combination of sand and Greenery makes for an incredible experience. No concrete jungle here. Treat yourself, visit this place!

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025This is about 40 minutes away from Mazatlan. We had absolute quiet and we were there to relax, we were in heaven. The restaurant staff were amazing and so was the food. My sister and I were completely relaxed when we left, wish we had more time. I would recommend to anyone who is not there to party or be in the middle of the action. From what I understand, it can be quite busy but we were there shortly after the new year and the bartender said it was always quiet for a few weeks at that time.
