Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I recently attended a wedding at Three Rivers Lodge and Villas, and it was a wonderful experience. It is amazing how this beautiful property is located right in the middle of Vereeniging, yet it feels like you are suddenly transported into a tranquil nature environment. The staff was fantastic and kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which made the whole process incredibly smooth. My room was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. The event facilities are just as stunning—the chapel is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment area is perfectly set up for a celebration, and the food served was delicious. I highly recommend this venue for both a weekend stay and special events!

Room 42 is right at the staff quarters which got a bit noisy at night. The view wasn’t great as you could also see some dirty dishes on the table where the staff gather.

Reviewed May 31, 2026What a beautiful Estate with chapel for weddings. The environment is very tranquil with abundant bird life. Anna's Kitchen served a delicious breakfast. The bedroom was comfortable and nicely styled. Security and staff were amazing.
The cost per night is a little high. Bathrooms need a refurbishment and are very small. For this price range, there needs to be more effort on the little touches which make it more luxurious. Coffee Machine with pods instead of kettle. Premium bath robes with slippers. Makeup mirror for ladies. Better quality creams and soaps in the bathroom. Bar fridge was very noisy at night. USB plugs will help for charging of devices.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The property was well located for my work travel and was safe and secure. The Wi-Fi was fast and the connection was consistently good. Breakfast was good and the outdoor surroundings were very pleasant.
I wasn't aware that room service meals could be preordered on the days the restaurant closes early so had to go out to eat. It'd be good if guests particularly first time guests are made aware of this.

The only issue is that when we got to their restaurant (Anna’s Kitchen) we were rudely told by one of the waiters that they closed but we didn’t know, we had to ask somebody else that works there and that’s when they explained that because it’s New Year’s Eve they closed at 14:00 and that was literally our check in time so we wish we knew that prior
