Location

Booked a studio with seaview and balcony. The bolcony was french balcony with zero space for furniture. When coplaining we could talk to manager day two. He offered an upgrade to rooms with balcony at an additional cost. We rejected the offer and was disapointed. We had a lavatory smell in the room and hotel needs an upgrade. Avoid it.

The bedroom was small particularly the bathroom & there was no hooks of shelves to put anything anywhere in the Bathroom

The location is fabulpus, staff are nice. Very clean

The breakfasts were vey poor, bacon not cooked fully as laid on a tray overlapping. Only half of each slice cooked. Sausages tasteless and undercooked.

Location was fabulous right in the action and close to the fab beach

El apartamento está sucio la nevera con agua, toda pringosa nos dieron un apartamento sin terraza para el precio que tienen me parece una pasada, debería cuidar más la limpieza no nos gustó nada.

The location is stunning!! Lovely to have access to the pool. But here you are 100% paying for the location and it’s worth every penny!! Reception staff are great. It feels super safe. No fighting for sunbeds. Everyone is kind. The rooms are sound proof so not disturbed but the busy town, there was the white festival when we stayed and with the balcony door shut couldn’t hear a thing and slept well.

Limited English from cleaners which is fine. But it caused a couple problems. Or toilet in room 202 didn’t flush so had to pour water down a lot. Breakfast/food isn’t that nice perfectly basic for the kids but my husband and I wasn’t keen at all, not much choice quite often undercooked eggs. But we tended to feed the kids then go out later morning. And we would eat.

The location was excellent being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Whilst the location is very central, the property itself never felt as though it was in a busy area.

La ubicación es perfecta y el hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones. El desayuno es correcto, pero lo pagas bien.

De poco sirve tener los mejores servicios y la mejor ubicación si un hotel no te puede dar algo tan básico como el DESCANSO. Llegamos a las 12 para dejar la maleta e irnos a comer sabiendo que el checking era a las 16h. Sin embargo, el personal nos ofreció una habitación lista para entrar (sin pedirla) y con una mejora sobre la nuestra (vistas a la piscina). Lo agradecimos y por comodidad lo aceptamos, como cualquiera habría hecho. Sin embargo, nuestra sorpresa llegó a la hora de irnos a dormir, pues esta habitación está situada justo encima de un PUB (propiedad del hotel) y la música retumbaba en toda la habitación. De poco sirvieron nuestras quejas al personal (que nos confesó ser conocedor del problema ya que era una queja constante cada noche) ya que la música se mantuvo hasta finalizar la fiesta.

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana a Nerja. Sabíamos q habíamos reservado un buen lugar para quedarnos pero quedamos totalmente sorprendidos tanto con la ubicación, el lugar (tanto habitación como el hotel con los servicios) y las vistas. Recomendable 100%

Había estado alojada antes con mi familia hace 12 años, y me gustó las reformas y mejoras que se han hecho desde entonces. el desayuno ha mejorado notablemente en calidad y variedad. Lo que más me gusta de estos apartamentos es la ubicación, las vistas al mar y la comodidad del apartamento (sencillo pero muy funcional).

Había un evento privado (boda) en la terraza y se escuchaba bastante la música y el ruido.

Great location to central Nerja

We had a lower level room, could hear the room above dragging outdoor chairs etc through the ceiling, was very loud. For the price they charge I don’t think that’s good enough.

Very noisy hotel due to location beside the main square/church and guests returning late from weddings The pool was very small and packed with young families, no where to relax. The beach is a must Had to pay extra to use the hotel gym and it closed way too early in the afternoon Breakfast technically ran until 10.30am but twice I arrived just after 10am and everything was gone Bed sheets need to be replaced, I kept thinking there was sand in the bed but it was because the sheets were so worn and scratchy, like they had been washed one too many times Staff at reception weren’t particularly helpful Very poor value for money

Great location - huge balcony with sea view. Bathroom was good size with a good shower and lit mirror for getting ready. Breakfast was just ok.

Lift was broken on arrival - bit of a trek up to top floor with 20kg bag but these things happen. Really felt sorry for older guests ahead of us on the stairs who were really struggling even without bags. It was fixed 2 days later. We were in a top floor room with sloping ceilings which we kept hitting our heads on. Quite dangerous. Food on the terrace was hit and miss. The staff were not that friendly and seemed under pressure all of the time.

The location was central and close to bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

Everyone was lovely, the breakfast delicious and overlooking the sea. We had a balcony and the view was so lovely.

Locația pe malul mării , și lângă Balconul Europei - 100m , parcare la 100 de metri , aproximativ 20 de euro / zi . Totul în condiții foarte bune , camere nu neapărat spațioasă dar curate și cu o mică chicinetă la intrare . Recomand

The breakfast was good but should have a more extended time . We were charged for our first days breakfast which should have been comped in my opinion.

The bed pillows are large and overly firm. Hard to sleep on.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement idéal près de la plage et du centre-ville. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. La piscine était également très agréable. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Du bor midt i sentrum og det er en del støy. Det var en del brylluper der og de dagene fikk vi ikke være på resturanten med fin utsikt og mat. Måtte finne en annen plass og spise i byen. Der er det nok av spisesteder. Det var minuset

Läget vid balkongen. Fantastisk terrass med havsutsikt. Där serverades också en mycket god frukostbuffé. Sängarna mycket bra.

Hemos estado solo una noche pero volveremos, el personal muy amable, nos ha encantado la habitación, la limpieza, la piscina pequeña pero no había mucha gente y hemos estado muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del Balcón de Europa y el desayuno bastante bueno

Everything about our stay was fantastic. There was a large group and everything went to smoothly. Hotel was so central a walking distance to everything.

I had a sea view room overlooking the pool. The location could not have been better, as the Balcon de Europa was yards away from the entrance to the hotel and Cochrans bar was within a short walk. The breakfast was excellent, sitting outside overlooking the sea was the perfect start to the day.

Nothing to dislike.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in Nerja, beim Europa-Balkon, mit Blick auf das Meer. Wunderschöne Stadt. Gutes Frühstück und Tamara von der Reception ist THE BEST.

Die Zimmer sind viel zu teuer für das was sie sind. Man zahlt hier lediglich die Lage. Die Duschtüre war kaputt, das Licht im Zimmer war kaputt, die versprochene Sauna und Innenpool war ohne Ankündigung geschlossen, der Aussenpool war eiskalt.

The location is perfect. Cannot be beat. The hotel is OK Rooms were clean Bed was comfortable, but Sofa bed was not Breakfast was good. Views from the restaurant are fabulous.

Pool is absolutely FREEZING And the indoor pool and workout area is by RESERVATION only, one hour a day, a day in advance and in a pool that is also FREEZING. Gym is old, rust workout equipment that you have to pay for. We booked this hotel specifically to have an indoor pool in case the outdoor pool was too cold for April, and to have a gym. The fine print states you have to pay to use the facilities (which we didn't notice on booking.com so we were taken by surprise. And it doesn't say anywhere that it's for limited hours each day (not until 1030 AM for example). Many adults with families workout early in the AM before the kids are awake so the limited hours really impacted our days. Meant we couldn't workout the day we arrived (has to be reserved a day in advance) nor could we work out the day we left because it doesn't open before checkout). The only time to workout was the middle of the day when people want to be together as a family. Overall disappointing that they have these facilities, advertise them, but then they are not actually very accessible/usable due to their reservation policies, fees, and hours of operation.

The location was amazing.

Charging to have limited time 1 hour in the gym area was an eye opener. The equipment was very old and mostly was not operational. The sauna and pool looked good.

The location is unbeatable and the pool area is spacious and relaxing with sun and shade available all throughout the day. Staff are very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast is very good. I have stayed here for the last 4 years at Easter break and have booked again for next year.

Lovely location! Staff was great and the building secure…we had a lovely terrace with loungers so we could relax overlooking the water.

The room with a terrace had a slanted ceiling so you had to duck your head in 1/2 of the room. But for the price it was worth it to have that terrace.

Not a lot.. no lamps in the lounge room made sitting in there in the evening odd- either dark or the ceiling light on.
