De gastvrijheid van het personeel. Kamer was schoon.

De kamer (en hotel) zijn echt gedateerd. Wat muffige lucht, klein, ouderwets, oud sanitair. Kan echt een goede upgrade gebruiken.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage und das Zimmer war auch gut. Das Frühstück war auch super!

Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Nettes Personal. Großzügiges Studio mit sehr großem Balkon. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Leckerer Kaffee und gutes Frühstück.

Eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl) wäre toll gewesen.

Charmantes kleines Hotel mit Patina. Gut gelegen beim Bahnhof Klosters Dorf und der Madrisa-Bahn.

Die Lage ist gut, schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel insgesamt ist gemütlich. Das Personal super nett und unkompliziert aber das Frühstück reisst es raus! Alles was man haben möchte!

Mein (Einzel-)Zimmer war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet (90cm Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank). Das Badezimmer ist getäfert (auch die Duschecke) und sehr klein/dunkel. Gleich vor dem Hotel ist der Bahnübergang, man hört die Züge aber nicht extrem laut da direkt beim Bahnhof.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Balkon, und das Frühstück war gut.

Leider hätte man das Abendessen anmelden müssen. Das wussten wir nicht. Aber in der Nähe war ein sehr gutes Restaurant.

Lekker ontbijt, de medewerker maakte twee lekkere lunchpakketten, ook al waren we eigenlijk te laat met bestellen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Küche und erfüllt individuelle Wünsche. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und im landesüblichen Stil eingerichtet. Die Lage zur Gondel war perfekt.

Keinerlei Kritik

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen mit bester Anbindung an ÖV( Zug und Bus). Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Das 4- Gang-Menü konnte ich vor Ort spontan reservieren und war hervorragend. Bravo! Toller Aufenthalt!

Ein einfaches, freundliches und gemütliches Hotel. Ideal gelegen, da der Bahnhof Klosterst-Dorf in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt. Zusätzlich hat es an der Hauptstrasse, 5Min. entfernt, eine Busstation.

Breakfast was great - lots of fresh and lovely food and very friendly staff. Nice warm wooden house with old bits and pieces and gently refurbished but still old fashioned things around (Bathrooms f.e.)

On one side of the house is a train track. Which is idyllic to watch through the day but it did disturb me throughout the night.

Super Lage mit super Verbindungen und Madrisabahn in Fussnähe. Ausserdem geniales 4 Gänge Menü und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet! Die Mitarbeiter wahren die ganze Zeit freundlich und zuvorkommend wie man es sich in einem kleinen Betrieb wünscht!

Wundervolle Atmosphäre! Gastgeber Valentin Gruober ist nicht nur ein frrundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sondern auch ein toller Koch! Das Hotel präsentiert sich im Stile eines Holz-Chalets mit vielen Zimmern! Abends im Kaminzimmer zusammen zu sitzen und den Tag mit anderen Gästen in gesellschaftlicher Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen, ist eigentlich Pflichtprogramm! Wir kommen definitiv (immer) wieder! Vielleicht mal im Sommer?

Das Abendessen war hervorragend und der Service professionell und freundlich.

Unser Zimmer (Nr. 15) war ein Abstellraum aus dem man ein Gästezimmer herausgepresst hat. Einrichtung nicht nur altbacken sondern auch nicht voll funktionsfähig. Keinerlei Platz sich zu bewegen im "Zimmer". Beim Hereinkommen lag man schon im Bett. Ablage war das Bett.Der Kleiderschrank war innen verstaubt, das ganze Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Badtür ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Toilettenbrille war wohl ein Überbleibsel einer anderen Toilette. Direkt unterm Fenster lief bis in die Nacht ein Generator und der Platz war Raucherecke fürs Personal inkl. Geruchsbelästigung. Fazit: Wie mache ich eine Kammer 12 m×2 zu einem 3-Bett Zimmer ohne Aufwand und der Gast wird es schon nicht merken. Info geht ans Tourismusbüro.

Silvapina is a family run hotel where you are given a great welcome. It has a cosy bar with open fire and a very friendly atmosphere.

The rooms need upgrading. The bed linen and shower facilities (with old shower curtains) are very tired. Hopefully this will gradually happen and the rustic charm of the place will then be matched by new linen and up to date showers.

Die absolute Ruhe, Zeit den Energie Speichet wiedet zu laden, spazieten zi gehen in det schönen Winterlandschaft. Auch das ich die Madrisa Bahn sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Ich konnte sogar nach meinem Check Out mein Auto vor det Pension stehen lassen. Was ich persönlich sehr erholsam empfand war, das ich direkt auf die Berge schauen konnte und die tolle Winterlandschaft mit ihrer Ruhe geniessen konnte. Das Gesamtpaket stimmte. Auch finde ich es für"mich" gut, das ich diese Pension in nur 1 1/2 Stunden erreichen kann und so das Paradies für mich persönlich direkt vor det Tür habe.Warum fliegen wenn man alles quasi vor der Tür hat? Ich werde wieder dort Urlaub machen ob im Wintet odet Sommer, ob mit oder ohne Familie.

Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, für den Winter nicht schlimm, jedoch im Sommer hat man Probleme die Getränke zu kühlen. Für mich abet kein Problem

On outskirts of town but I guess that’s why it’s more economical. The kitchen really didn’t lend itself to full self catering. More like for snacks and drinks.

Sehr ruhig im Haus. Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut in Relation zum Preis. Ich durfte das Auto nach dem Check-Out stehen lassen un einen halbtägigen Ausflug zu machen Sehr nettes Personal

In der Nähe ist eine Bahnlinie. Diese stellt den Betrieb aber nachts ein und stört auch sonst nicht gross

Bardzo gościnne miejsce :-) Mieliśmy bardzo ładny apartament, było nam w nim bardzo wygodnie. Przepiękna miejscowość, bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. OKOLICA CUDOWNA!!! ŚWIETNA LOKALIZACJA. My jakoś pociągów nie słyszeliśmy :-)

Śniadania !!! Wykupiliśmy noclegi ze śniadaniami no i śniadania były, ale bardzo skromne zupełnie bez warzyw. Pieczywo, ser, jakaś wędlina i jaka gotowane, musli, owsianka. Było dużo gości i to nie powinno stanowić problemu. Ale może tu je sie tylko takie śniadania???

Due to temporary road works it was difficult to get to the hotel by car.

Petit hôtel soigné, réception très aimable, repas du soir pour un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Proximité avec la voie ferrée mais bruit bien atténué avec la fenêtre fermée.

Frühstück war simpel, das Beste daran war der Kaffee.

Easy access to Madrisa ski area. Super comfortable room with wonderful view of the Alps. Staff was super friendly. They provided a transportation pass and stored our luggage before our check-in. We also got a discount at the ski gear rental place for staying at this hotel.

We are from the USA and have stayed here 3 times. Each time everything was wonderful. The people at the reception desk, the breakfast, and the rooms were really comfortable and clean.

In our room (#3), there was no outlet in the bathroom. It was inconvenient to use the blow dryer in the other room.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

My room was over looking the train tracks so was quite loud in the early hours of the morning.

The most important and necessary to mention is the hospitality of the hotel owners. Moreover, the patience of 'the lord of the house' with answering all the questions of more eager and interested guests - about the location, the local cuisine, the recommended places to dine (locally) - is worth a great appreciation. Without showing any hurry or need to leave to do something else, he patiently answers all of that. Well, and that is something that goes beyond all the luxury of high-end hotels. Thank you. - the room was clean and offered everything needed - the parking was comfortable - the breakfast must meet expectations of everybody

Nice neighborhood of traditional houses, walking distance from Madrisa Ski station, bus and train station. Free parking and free baby bed in the room. The dinner was fix menu, basic but honest price, the service was very good and fast, which helped us a lot a with a kid. The hotel from the outside looks nice, as in the picture, inside renovated.

I booked a studio apartment with kitchen, it was quite different from pictures. The picture were showing a nice traditional room, with wooden floor, new bathroom with glass shower box. The room was not traditional, the floor had the carpet, the shower box had white curtains. The room was not bad, but it was not as cosy and nice as in the pictures. I re-check later the description of the room and the site was saying the pictures are just samples and room might be different. Fair enough, but I found the standard lower and not worth the same price of the other apartment.

Traditional building, lots of wood, warm welcome, comfy bed, fabulous shower and a lovely breakfast. Near to pizza restaurant. Lovely views.
