I didn’t find anything particularly positive about the property.

I didn’t like the location. It didn’t suit me as I found it incredibly noisy as it’s near roundabout.

We booked the hotel last-minute because of a cancelled flight at Heathrow and were very pleasantly surprised, namely by the staff, who were professional, very helpful and generally amazing. I also appreciated the toiletries and almost spotless bath. Pillows and duvets were great and clean. Despite being in the ground level next to the street, the room was fairly quiet.

On my part, just details, such as bathroom heating, which didn't work in any regime, or weird hair dryer, that worked only partially. Out mattress was quite weird, uncomfortable and bouncy and I felt like climbing my way up the whole night – but that seems to be the standard in the UK. Our friend on the sofa couldn't sleep much, since it was uncomfortable.

The room was well maintained, very clean and had excellent facilities for cooking if you needed to stay for more than one night. Shops were within easy reach including a Sainsburys and a local mini mart that stocked all sorts of exciting and exotic foods.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. I could not hear anyone else in the building which was nice. The Reception staff were very friendly especially "Mr T" during the day The lift was a little "iffy"

Great location and facilities for our needs

Check in time could be earlier, but that said thanks to the staff's help and assistance, we were able to check-in earlier than 1600hrs.

I have stayed many times, I always feel welcomed and it’s convenient for my working and travelling. I appreciate the level of comfort, your location provides a wide variety of options for eating out and entertainment. Your apartments are always exceptionally clean and well equipped and maintained. In the many stays I’ve never had a negative experience. Thank you.

The tv reception is very bad

We lost our key during check out, and when we informed in Reception the lady was very kind to let us go home as we live locally and look through our stuff and come back in the evening to either pay the fine or handover keys if we manage to find it. Luckily, during unpacking we found the key hidden in between our stuffs and went back to hand over the keys

Had to add a few extra days last minute as my Mum was taken to hospital. The hotel staff were so helpful and accomodating and allowed us to stay in the same room.

I always love this hotel, it has everything you need in it and so useful to stay in when visiting family. The staff, especially the receptionist who is originally from Zimbabwe and is still there in the 6 years I have been staying here, are so helpful and friendly.

This is the case for every hotel in Farnborough during this time, but I wanted to book an extra night which was during the airshow and suddenly it was 4 x the amount. So we had to find a place elsewhere

Limited parking. Floors not cleaned properly - sticky residue. Microwave smelt of curry, handle and turntable had bits of food stuck on. Shelf in fridge missing and no plug for kitchen sink.

The only drawback was location on a busy road.Traffic starting at 6 am even on a Sunday morning. There is nothing the property can do about this and it wouldn't stop me rebooking in future.

Simple and easy, no fuss. You do your own food, have laundry and kitchen in your room and all is well. Staff are always friendly.

Price higher than usual but to be expected during air shows

Cleanliness and staff were rude.

Simple easy check in with a polite and friendly staff member. Room was great, air con a treat, and kitchen room and bathroom nice and clean. The supplies were excellent re utensils etc.

Dat het een appartement was beviel het meest. Aparte slaapkamer. De indeling was leuk. We zaten op de begane grond. Hierdoor konden we door een deur direct naar buiten. Dit was handig om spullen van en naar de auto te brengen. De airco stond aan toen wij binnen kwamen, dat was echt heel fijn tijdens de hittegolf. Wel stond de verwarming in de badkamer aan om ons te voorzien van warme handdoeken. De oven en koelvriescombinatie waren schoon. Badkamer was redelijk.

De banken, stoelen en het kleed waren plakkerig. De vaatwasser had zijn beste tijd wel gehad. Te veel roest. Meerdere pinnen van het rek waren afgebroken door de roest. Er ging een hoge klok, maar de batterijen waren leeg dus de klok stond stil. Er waren 2 tv's alleen had je er geen bereik om zenders te kijken. Je kreeg blokkerig beeld. Het campingbedje had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Zag er vies uit en 1 kan kon niet meer omhoog. Het kliksysteem leek lam.

Location was ideal for us visiting relatives nearby

Room not checked properly. Kitchen sink had no plug and the hot tap was not working. These were quickly fixed the next day but the problem should have been identified and fixed before we arrived. I was charged for a parking space but, arriving back late one evening, there was no space available. I complained but nothing was done about it. I should get my parking fee refunded.

The apartment was Exceptional clean and had a fresh contemporary design. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The large living space has a comfortable seating and large flat screen television. Both the bathroom and bedroom are a good size.

There wasn’t much to dislike, the only slight negative was the apartment being located next to a busy road. But it is close to the centre of the town with a good range of shops.

Extremely comfortable and you feel like you are at home. Very clean and spacious. Security staff are so kind and helpful I will definitely be coming back here

Poor customer service at Reception. I arrived at the hotel expecting to be greeted as a guest at the very least. The member of staff that checked me in did not even say hello or welcome instead decided to make a face!

This was the worst stay we have ever experienced and raised serious health concerns. The most alarming issue was the tap water. We unknowingly used it for drinking and washing during our stay. On the morning we were due to leave, ants began coming out of the tap—even when it wasn’t running. When we turned the water on, hundreds of ants came out into the sink from the pipes. It was absolutely disgusting. Shortly after, all three of us became violently ill. Both myself and my daughter have immune disorders, which made this situation even more serious. Contaminated water being accessible to guests is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness overall was extremely poor. There was dirt in multiple areas, and we even found pubic hair in the bedsheets. The washing machine was broken (the bearing had clearly failed and it was extremely loud), and the TV had no signal throughout our stay. The way management handled this was equally concerning. My husband, who is autistic, was initially accused of lying until we showed video evidence. Even then, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, with the manager walking away instead of resolving the issue. We were offered a £20 refund, which is completely inadequate given the severity of the problems and the impact on our health. I had stayed here many years ago without issue, but standards have clearly declined. There are serious problems with hygiene and customer service that urgently need addressing. We are now considering seeking legal advice.

Everything was as expected. Home away from home. Keziah is the perfect hostess and always makes sure the room I request was available and I loved the fact that she remembered my name from our previous bookings with this establishment.

Privacy and location

The room was spacious and was stocked well in the kitchen with enough cutlery, bowls, etc. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The fridge was too cold and turned my milk into ice-cream. The windows were also not great at sound proofing the road so, once the road got busy around 6am, the traffic noise was enough to wake me up (light sleeper).

These are lovely apartments with everything you need. Dog friendly rooms on the ground floor have their own entrance which makes it really easy to nip out for walks. Fantastic value and much better than the local hotels
